第四篇：軍訓小貼士

1、買一兩雙鞋墊。軍訓穿特定的服裝和鞋，鞋的質量是很差的，鞋底比較薄，里面本身沒

有鞋墊，穿起來不舒服，軍訓一兩天很多人的腳底就會磨出水皰(特別是天氣熱的時候)，如果不是長水皰的話~我覺得軍訓還是挺輕松的。

2、解放鞋不透氣，晚上睡覺前將鞋墊拿出吹一下并可放置幾張餐巾于鞋內吸潮，避免腳氣的發生。

3、買支消炎用的膏藥。如果真的起水皰了，晚上睡覺前用針把水皰弄穿（多弄幾個洞），把里面的水擠出，然后涂點藥膏，第二天腳板就不會那么痛了。

4、輕便裝的防曬油。雖然出汗會把防曬油沖走~~但是用了總比沒有用的好，休息的時候拿出來用就可以了。

5、帶一塊小手帕，擦汗。

6、有條件的同學,中午可以喝一瓶運動飲料，個人首推佳得樂，補充體能最好，其次是寶礦力。N,可以喝適量鹽水。

軍訓是大學新生的必修課，新生進校就將面對軍訓。軍訓是一件很辛苦的事情，訓練過程中總會遇到許多問題，如天氣炎熱、運動強度大、陣雨時降等，這些都會增加訓練的難度。為了保證新生們健康順利地完成軍訓，醫生就飲食、休息、個人衛生及安全等方面提出了建議。

吃好三餐

軍訓時合理搭配三餐十分重要，是補充體力最主要的途徑，所以不能忽視。首先早餐要保證熱量的攝入，最好干稀搭配；中餐要保證葷素搭配，多吃含鈉、鉀、鈣高的食物，這幾種營養元素容易隨汗水流失，需要及時補充；晚餐盡量不要和中餐的食物雷同。有吃夜宵習慣的同學不要吃太多，以免影響睡眠質量。大家要注意身體，補充體力，多吃一些肉類、蛋類食物，注意補充維生素，多吃蔬菜。有條件的同學晚上睡覺前可以喝點熱牛奶，既補充營養，又能改善睡眠狀況。

合理適量飲水

高溫加上艱苦的訓練必然導致大量汗液的分泌，人體隨之需要補充水分和鹽分，大量的礦泉水、飲料卻讓人越喝越渴。其實，此時人體所缺少的是鹽分，最需要補充的也是鹽分。這時應多喝些鹽水，水瓶里不妨加少許食鹽，以便隨時補充鹽分。同時，喝水也要適量，過多的水會讓細胞的鹽度過低，引起頭暈和發燒等不適。

注意防曬

防曬是女生最關心的話題，其實對于男女生來說，防曬都是一件很重要的事情。軍訓開始前可以擦一些防曬霜，因防曬霜的功效只能維持二、三小時，如果戶外訓練時間較長，一定要及時補擦防曬霜。曬后可用濕毛巾敷曬傷或曬紅的皮膚，不宜用防曬霜等外涂物品涂擦，因為這些物品的化學元素容易被曬后的皮膚吸收，產生副作用

準備防暑藥物

軍訓時，溫度比較高，而軍訓過程中運動強度大，體力易透支，每年軍訓都發生學生中暑等現象，為了避免這類現象發生，學生可隨身攜帶藿香正氣液、風油精、金銀花露等物品，輕微中暑可服用這些藥物，但出現頭痛、麻木、眩暈、不安等癥狀時，不要硬撐，要及時向教官報告，至陰涼處休息或求助醫務人員緊急救治。如遇下雨，衣服淋濕，要注意防感冒。
