本屆論壇是在第一屆的基礎上，將中國集成建筑產業的國際合作范圍集中在澳洲和中東歐地區，在分別獲得匈牙利駐華大使館和澳大利亞都市系統等大力支持下舉辦“走進匈牙利”和“走進澳大利亞”兩個分論壇。其中，“走進匈牙利”分論壇由匈牙利駐華商務參贊、旅游參贊分別介紹匈牙利經濟和投資環
境及政策、匈牙利經濟項目和旅游地產項目推介以及中匈兩國建筑產業貿易往
來情況。“走進澳大利亞”分論壇獲得澳大利亞西南威爾士州駐廣州辦事處、澳大利亞維多利亞州都市系統的支持，分別介紹中國建筑企業在澳投資狀況、中澳建筑產業貿易發展情況以及澳大利亞建筑項目推介。匯集海內外集成建筑產業的知名企業家、投資者、學者、官員，參會人數限127人。
本次論壇通過在特定國家和地區開展系列交流活動，通過國家、商協會、企業三層組織的互動，進而促進國內外集成建筑產業的國際合作與發展，實現先“合作 共贏 和諧發展”的全新理念，旨在為國內集成建筑產業打造一個“走出去”的新思路、推動產業鏈集群式走出去新模式，實現中國企業走出去！

A Brief Introduction to the Forum 中歐（柳州）汽車產業高峰論壇定于2013年10月4日下午舉行。柳州市政府及商務部中歐經濟技術合作協會邀請歐洲各國企業高層代表、國內知名汽車行業企業來柳，圍繞高端交流、凝聚共識、促進合作、開拓共贏的主題就開放政策、投資合作、科技交流、市場展望等多方面開展深入的探討，促進柳州與歐洲各國企業的合作，提升廣西柳州汽車城的知名度和影響力，從而促進柳州市柳東新區中歐合作產業園的建設。

A Brief Introduction to Liuzhou 柳州，史稱“龍城”，地形為“三江四合，抱城如壺，亦稱“壺城”，又因所有奇石較多，被稱為“石都”，也因為市區跨江橋梁多達十余座亦被稱為“橋梁博物館”。柳州是廣西重要的區域中心城市，廣西工業名城、歷史名城、文化名城、旅游名城，自漢武帝時期西漢朝滅南越國建潭中縣城以來，柳州已有2222年建城史，是國務院批準的歷史文化名城和國家甲級旅游城市。柳州的民族風情獨具神韻，壯族的歌、瑤族的舞、苗族的節和侗族的樓，堪稱柳州“民族風情四絕”。作為喀斯特地貌的山水之城，溫家寶曾為柳州題詞“山清水秀地干凈”。
Liuzhou is called the “Dragon City” in history.Its terrain is “a confluence of three rivers, surrounding the city like a pot”, so it is also called the “Pot City”.Because there are many rare stones, it is also called the “Stone Capital”.Due to a dozen bridges across the river in urban district, it is also called the “Bridge Museum”.Liuzhou is an important city in the centre of Guangxi region, a famous industrial city, historical city, cultural city and tourism city in Guangxi.Since Western Han Dynasty destroyed Nanyue State and established Tanzhong County during the Emperor Wu’s time of Han Dynasty, Liuzhou has been a city for 2222 years.It is a famous historic & cultural city and the state class A tourism city.Liuzhou ethnic customs have unique romantic charm.Songs of Zhuang minority, dances of Yao minority, festivals of Miao minority and wooden buildings of Dong minority are called Liuzhou “Four Unique Ethnic Customs”.As the city with the landscape of karst landform, Wen Jiabao wrote an inscription of “beautiful mountain, clear water and cleanly road” for Liuzhou.全市轄6縣4區，總面積1.8萬平方公里，總人口372萬。作為廣西最大的工業城市，柳州工業總量約占廣西的三分之一，以汽車、機械、冶金為支柱的經濟體系已經基本形成，是最靠近東盟國家的工業城市。2012年柳州實現工業總產值2620億，地區生產總值（GDP)1846億，全社會固定資產投資達1683億，財政收入260億元。2009年11月9日柳州成為繼北京、上海后第三個汽車年產量超過100萬輛的城市。是中國第一個市區人均年生產汽車超過一輛，城市人均生產汽車最多的城市。其他支柱產業包括機械業和冶金業，輕工業也較發達。
There are 6 counties and 4 districts within the jurisdiction of the whole city, with a total area of 18 thousand km and a total population of 3,720 thousand people.As the biggest industrial city in Guangxi, the total industry of Liuzhou is about one third of Guangxi;its economic system of automobile, machinery and metallurgy has been basically formed;it is the closest industrial city to ASEAN countries.In 2012, Liuzhou realized the total industrial output value of 262 billion, the regional gross domestic product(GDP)of 184.6 billion, the total social fixed asset investment of 168.3 billion and the fiscal revenue of 26 billion.On 09 November 2009, Liuzhou became the third city that annual output of automobiles is over 1 million after Beijing and Shanghai.It is the first city that the annual production of automobile per person in urban district is more than one, and the city that products the most automobile per person.Other pillar industries include machinery industry and metallurgic industry, and the light industry is also advanced.2廣西柳州汽車城簡介
A Brief Introduction to Guangxi Liuzhou Automobile City
廣西柳州汽車城（柳東新區）位于柳州市東北部，與柳州老城區僅一江之隔，規劃面積約203平方公里。柳東新區是廣西重點發展的三個城市新區之一，也是柳州市的“一號工程”和實施“再造一個新柳州”發展戰略的主戰場。2007年2月，柳東新區正式掛牌成立，逐漸整合柳州高新區、柳州陽和工業新區，并托管雒容鎮、洛埠鎮。2010年9月，經國務院批準，柳州高新區由省級升格為國家級高新區。同年自治區黨委、政府作出了依托柳東新區建設廣西柳州汽車城的重大決策。2012年，上汽通用五菱40萬輛轎車基地順利竣工投產，東風柳汽新基地動工建設，入駐企業突破200家。
Guangxi Liuzhou Automobile City(Liudong New District)is located in the northeast of Liuzhou City, with a planning area of 203 km2.There is the old urban district across the river.Liudong New District is one of the three key urban zones developed in Guangxi, and also the main battlefield of the “No.1 Project” of Liuzhou City and the implementation of the development strategy of “Rebuild a New Liuzhou”.In February 2007, Liudong New District was officially set up, gradually integrating Liuzhou High-Tech Zone, Liuzhou Yanghe New Industrial Zone, and managing Luorong Town and Luobu Town.In September 2010, upon the State Council’s approval, Liuzhou High-Tech Zone was upgraded from provincial level to national level high-tech zone.In the same year, a significant decision was made by the Party Committee and the Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region that to construct Guangxi Liuzhou Automobile City relying on Liudong New District.In 2012, 400 thousand car base of SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile was completed successfully and put into production, the new base of Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor began construction, and the entered enterprises were over 200.汽車城建設的快速推進，為國內外的汽車及零部件廠商提供了一個全新的投資合作平臺。德國、美國、韓國、日本等汽車強國客商以及國內的汽車行業巨頭紛至沓來尋求商機，加快了核心技術、金融資本和行業人才向汽車城的聚集流動。柳東新區把建設國內領先、國際一流的現代化汽車城作為未來愿景，集制造、博覽、貿易、旅游為一體，力爭成為產業新城與城市新城融合的典范。目前，在各級領導和汽車行業諸多廠商的關注和支持下，汽車城正在顯現出日新月異、大干快上的良好發展勢頭。

Liuzhou Industry Museum
柳州工業博物館總占地面積11萬平方米，總建筑面積6萬平方米。園區設計以紅色為基調，設計主題寓意為“追憶激情燃燒的火紅年代”，分為室內展區、室外展區、旅游休閑購物、企業家會所等部分。其中，室內展區設有“柳州工業歷史館”、“柳州企業風采館”、“柳州生態宜居館”、“機動展廳”、“多功能廳”等。柳州工業博物館的建成，成為了一部生動、豐富的工業經濟和社會文化發展史，填補了廣西工業類博物館的空白，展示了一座城市的歷史文化底蘊，標志著一座城市的文化品位，成為柳州、廣西、乃至全國的第一所城市綜合性工業博物館。
Liuzhou Industry Museum covers an area of 110 thousand square meters and the total construction of it is 60 thousand square meters.The keynote of design is red and the meaning of the theme of design is to recall “the burning fire red age with passion”.It can be divided into indoor exhibition, outdoor exhibition, tourism leisure shopping, entrepreneurs’ club.Among them, the indoor exhibition is of “Liuzhou Industry History Museum”, “Liuzhou enterprise style Museum”, “Liuzhou Ecological Livable Pavilion”, “Locomotive Exhibition Hall”, “Multifunction Hall”.The construction of Liuzhou Industry Museum becomes a vivid and rich industrial economy and social and cultural development history and fills the gap of Guangxi Industry Museum and shows the historical culture background of the city.Besides, it representatives the cultural taste of a city and becomes a comprehensive Industry Museum of Liuzhou, Guangxi, even on the whole country.城市規劃館
The Planning Exhibition of the City
柳州城市規劃展覽館位于柳州市柳江東岸文昌綜合樓東裙樓，是一座展示柳州城市規劃建設成就的專業性展館，全館展示面積約為230平方
米，是目前廣西最大的、展示手段最新的城市規劃展覽館，它以“規劃讓柳州更美好”為主題，分別展示了柳州的昨天、今天和明天。規劃展覽館采用了“一線三面五點”的平面布局。“一線”既整個展館設計以柳州的母親河-柳江作為基本元素，蜿蜒穿越，貫穿其中，充分體現了柳州城市規劃鮮明而獨有的特點。“三面”既突出：現代城市的大氣、工業城市的霸氣、山水城市的靈氣。“五點”既挖掘文化底蘊精髓、凸顯歷史文化名城、全面展示規劃成果、展望美好規劃前景、公眾參與
互動交流五個立足點。主展區分為兩層，一層包括歷史沿革、城市發展變遷、總體規劃沙盤、規劃成果、百里柳江虛擬漫游等12個展區，其中以按照1：750比例建造，反映柳州300平方公里左右地區規劃和現狀的整體沙盤為中心，全面詳細介紹了柳州的總體規劃，該沙盤還是全國第一個運用動態投影等技術與多媒體結合物理模型的城市總體規劃沙盤。二層包含橋梁、重點實施工程、六縣等6個展區。六縣展區展示了柳州六縣的城鎮建設成就、文化旅游、民族風情。柳州城市規劃展覽館是系統了解柳州歷史沿革、城市發展和變遷的最佳去處。

Liuhou Ancestral Temple 柳侯祠原名羅池廟，位于柳州市中心柳侯公園內的西隅，原名羅池廟（因建于羅池西畔得名），現改名為柳侯祠，是柳州人民為紀念唐代著名的政治家、思想家、文學家柳宗元而建造的廟。現在的柳侯祠是按照清代建筑物重建的，祠內陳列有許多文物及史料，反映了柳宗元的生平和政績。著名作家朱千華先生在其園林文化著作《雨打芭蕉落閑庭·嶺南畫舫錄》中，對柳州的柳侯園有詳盡記述。祠分前、中、大殿三進，內有柳宗元石刻像、柳宗元塑像以及“荔子碑”等歷代珍貴石刻40余方。“荔子碑”是宋代大文豪蘇軾的書法，寫的是韓愈《柳州羅池廟碑》中供祭祀柳宗元吟唱的《迎頌享神詩》，因唐宋三大文豪的文采神韻凝于一碑，故有“三絕碑”之稱。祠后有柳宗元衣冠墓，東側有紀念與柳宗元同稱為唐二賢的政治家、柳州司戶參軍事劉蕡的賢良祠，并有柑香亭、羅池、講堂、山長住房、齋房、回廊、院門等附屬建筑。
