第一篇:教你如何解讀導師的回復郵件

樓主偶去年注冊至今,在論壇上也發了幾個貼,當然,也在論壇上交到了了一兩個朋友……由于最近比較忙,很少在論壇里逛,今天上來一看,針對導師的回復問題不少,那么導師究竟是什么意思呢????,讓我們來試著解讀解讀……

首先,先根據導師的回郵件情況可分為三類:第一種:不回郵件型;此類導師比較忙,又或許沒有每天check e-mail的習慣……總之,一句話,對于所有學生的郵件一律不回;第二種:選擇性回復型。顧名思義,即對學生有選擇性的回復,這類導師,一旦回復你的郵件,即表明他or她對的情況比較滿意,也就是說,有希望哦……最后一種,當然是全部回復型,即出于禮貌,對每個學生的郵件均一一回復,當然,措辭委婉客氣……

好了,分完類我們就試著解讀解讀導師的郵件吧。在這之前需要明白,幾乎很少有調劑的學生可以從導師的郵件中得到明確的接受調劑的話語(至于原因嘛,你懂的,當然,有些情況例外,原因么,你也懂滴)。言歸正傳,開始吧~~~~~~~~~

(1)恢復中有“由于國家線尚未劃定……”,“請和研究生院聯系……”諸如此類云云。如果此類郵件是第二類導師發出的,那么恭喜你,導師對你有“興趣”,愿意和你進一步接觸了解,當然,有些導師也會主動讓你加他QQ,和他聊幾句,視頻,發成績單之類的……以進一步了解,具體結果如何,看你的表現咯……話說回來,如果郵件是第三類導師回復的,怎么理解我就不多說了……

(2)回復中含有讓你“好好復習,準備復試”,“盡快填寫調劑信息,辦理相關手續”……這類回復,不管是哪一類的導師,都或多或少地對你表現出興趣了……可以有下文。如果是第二類導師,哈哈,恭喜你,導師對你比較滿意,有戲哦,如果沒意外的話,應該……

(3)這類回復比較少見,但是也有,即包含“如果……,你聯系我?!薄ㄊ÷蕴柕膬热菘梢允嵌鄻拥?,例如,如果你過了國家線……)。這類回復么,還用我多說嗎,已經明顯地不能再明顯了……

(4)這類么,就是沒導師回復……即使這樣,不要著急,也別灰心,可能是你發的導師恰好是第一類的呢……哈哈,誰知道呀,不過,可以確定的是,這樣也不是沒機會:我寢室一哥們去年給每一個導師都發了,結果沒一個回,結果,人家還不是進來了……

分析完這幾類你也許不禁要問,我怎么知道導師是第幾類的,好吧,這個的確是難題,這就要多查查,多問問了,比如你問另一個也發給這個導師的同學,如果他也沒收到回復,那么,這個導師很可能是第一類的了……以此類推。

PS:這幾天有好些同學問我這個導師怎么樣,哪個導師怎么樣,其實,這個我真的不好回答,原因很簡單,我了解到的,也是從其他人那里知道的,是真是假,誰知道呀……另外,復試時還要問服不服從調劑導師呢,你不服從??好吧,如果你撞車了撞得厲害,而且處于劣勢,那么,你很可能就沒戲……所以,個人認為,現階段還不是過于糾結導師的時候。好了,今天就說到這吧,希望對大家有幫助……

第五篇:如何回復工作郵件

“在商務交往中要尊重一個人,首先就要懂得替他節省時間”,電子郵件禮儀的一個重要方面就是節省他人時間,只把有價值的信息提供給需要的人。

要區分To和CC還有BCC(區分收件人、抄送人、秘送人)

1.To的人是要受理這封郵件所涉及的主要問題的,理應對郵件予以回復響應。(收件者:就具體某項工作而已,一般指直接處理者、需要跟進者、需要回復者)

2.而CC的人則只是需要知道這回事,CC的人沒有義務對郵件予以響應,當然如果CC的人有建議,當然可以回Email.(抄送:指只需要知道,例如:上級、其他相關需知道的部門的同事)

3.而BCC是秘送,即收信人是不知道你發給了BCC的人了的。這個可能用在非常規場合。

4.TO,CC中的各收件人的排列應遵循一定的規則。比如按部門排列;按職位等級從高到低或從低到高都可以。適當的規則有助于提升你的形象!

5.只給需要信息的人發送郵件,不要占用他人的資源

6、轉發郵件要突出信息

在你轉發消息之前,首先確保所有收件人需要此消息。除此之外,轉發敏感或者機密信息要小心謹慎,不要把內部消息轉發給外部人員或者未經授權的接收人。

如果有需要還應對轉發郵件的內容進行修改和整理,以突出信息。不要將RE了幾十層的郵件發給他人,讓人摸不著頭腦。關于主題

主題是接收者了解郵件的第一信息,因此要提綱挈領,使用有意義的主題行,這樣可以讓收件人迅速了解郵件內容并判斷其重要性。

1.一定不要空白標題,這是最失禮的

2.標題要簡短,不宜冗長,不要讓Outlook用?才能顯示完你的標題

3.標題要能真反映文章的內容和重要性,切忌使用含義不清的標題,如“王先生收”

4.一封信盡可能只針對一個主題,不在一封信內談及多件事情,以便于日后整理

5.可適當用使用大寫字母或特殊字符(如“*!”等)來突出標題,引起收件人注意,但應適度,特別是不要隨便就用“緊急”之類的字眼。

6.回復對方郵件時,可以根據回復內容需要更改標題,不要RERE一大串。關于稱呼與問候

1.恰當地稱呼收件者,拿捏尺度

郵件的開頭要稱呼收件人。這既顯得禮貌,也明確提醒某收件人,此郵件是面向他的,要求其給出必要的回應;在多個收件人的情況下可以稱呼大家、ALL.如果對方有職務,應按職務尊稱對方,如“x經理”;如果不清楚職務,則應按通常的“x先生”、“x小姐”稱呼,但要把性別先搞清楚。

不熟悉的人不宜直接稱呼英文名,對級別高于自己的人也不宜稱呼英文名。稱呼全名也是不禮貌的,不要逮誰都用個“Dearxxx”,顯得很熟絡。

2.Email開頭結尾最好要有問候語

最簡單的開頭寫一個“HI”,中文的寫個“你好”;結尾常見的寫個BestRegards,中文的寫個“祝您順利”之類的也就可以了。

俗話說得好,“禮多人不怪”,禮貌一些,總是好的,即便郵件中有些地方不妥,對方也能平靜的看待。關于正文

1.Email正文要簡明扼要,行文通順

Email正文應簡明扼要的說清楚事情;如果具體內容確實很多,正文應只作摘要介紹,然后單獨寫個文件作為附件進行詳細描述。

正文行文應通順,多用簡單詞匯和短句,準確清晰的表達,不要出現讓人晦澀難懂的語句。最好不要讓人家拉滾動條才能看完你的郵件,千萬不要學唐僧。

2.注意Email的論述語氣

根據收件人與自己的熟絡程度、等級關系;郵件是對內還是對外性質的不同,選擇恰當的語氣進行論述,以免引起對方不適。

尊重對方,請、謝謝之類的語句要經常出現。

電子郵件可輕易地轉給他人,因此對別人意見的評論必須謹慎而客觀。“郵件門”就是深刻的教訓!

3.Email正文多用1234之類的列表,以清晰明確。

如果事情復雜,最好1、2、3、4的列幾個段落進行清晰明確的說明。保持你的每個段落簡短不冗長,沒人有時間仔細看你沒分段的長篇大論。

4.一次郵件交待完整信息

最好在一次郵件中把相關信息全部說清楚,說準確。不要過兩分鐘之后再發一封什么“補充”或者“更正”之類的郵件,這會讓人很反感。

5.盡可能避免拼寫錯誤和錯別字,注意使用拼寫檢查

這是對別人的尊重,也是自己態度的體現。如果是英文Email,最好把拼寫檢查功能打開;如果是中文Email,注意拼音輸入法帶給你的弱智同音別字。

在郵件發送之前,務必自己仔細閱讀一遍,檢查行文是否通順,拼寫是否有錯誤。

6.合理提示重要信息

不要動不動就用大寫字母、粗體斜體、顏色字體、加大字號等手段對一些信息進行提示。合理的提示是必要的,但過多的提示則會讓人抓不住重點,影響閱度。

7.合理利用圖片,表格等形式來輔助闡述

對于很多帶有技術介紹或討論性質的郵件,單純以文字形式很難描述清楚。如果配合圖表加以闡述,收件人一定會表揚你的體貼。

8.不要動不動使用:)之類的笑臉字符,在商務信函里面這樣顯得比較輕佻

Business Email不是你的情書,所以:)之類的最好慎用。只用在某些你確實需要強調出一定的輕松氣氛的場合,比如現在-:)附件

1.如果郵件帶有附件,應在正文里面提示收件人查看附件

2.附件文件應按有意義的名字命名,不可用外星人才看懂的文件名

3.正文中應對附件內容做簡要說明,特別是帶有多個附件時

4.附件數目不宜

超過4個,數目較多時應打包壓縮成一個文件

5.如果附件是特殊格式文件,因在正文中說明打開方式,以免影響使用

6.如果附件過大(不宜超過2MB),應分割成幾個小文件分別發送,語言的選擇和漢字編碼

1.只在必要的時候才使用英文郵件

英文郵件只是交流的工具,而不是用來炫耀和鍛煉英文水平的。如果收件人中有外籍人士,應該使用英文郵件交流;如果收件人是其他國家和地區的華人,也應采用英文交流,由于存在中文編碼的問題,你的中文郵件在其他地區可能顯示成為亂碼天書。

2.尊重對方的習慣,不主動發起英文郵件

如果對方與你的郵件往來是采用中文,請不要自作聰明的發送英文郵件給他;如果對方發英文郵件給你,也不要老土的用中文回復。

3.對于一些信息量豐富或重要的郵件,建議使用中文。你很難保證你的英文表達水平或收件人中某人的英文理解水平存在問題,而影響郵件所涉及問題的解決。

4.選擇便于閱度的字號和字體

中文老實點用宋體或新宋體,英文就用Verdana或Arial字型,字號用五號或10號字即可。這是經研究證明最適合在線閱度的字號和字體。不要用稀奇古怪的字體或斜體,最好不用背景信紙,特別對公務郵件。結尾簽名

每封郵件在結尾都應簽名,這樣對方可以清楚的知道發件人信息。雖然你的朋友可能從發件人中認出你,但不要為你的朋友設計這樣的工作。

1.簽名信息不宜過多

電子郵件消息末尾加上簽名檔是必要的。簽名檔可包括姓名、職務、公司、電話、傳真、地址等信息,但信息不宜行數過多,一般不超過4行。你只需將一些必要信息放在上面,對方如果需要更詳細的信息,自然會與你聯系。

引用一個短語作為你的簽名的一部分是可行的,比如你的座右銘,或公司的宣傳口號。但是要分清收件人對象與場合,切記一定要得體。

2.不要只用一個簽名檔

對內、對私、對熟悉的客戶等群體的郵件往來,簽名檔應該進行簡化。過于正式的簽名檔會讓與對方顯得疏遠。你可以在Outlook中設置多個簽名檔,靈活調用。

3.簽名檔文字應選擇與正文文字匹配,簡體、繁體或英文,以免成出現亂碼。字號一般應選擇比正文字體小一些。回復技巧

1.及時回復Email

收到他人的重要電子郵件后,即刻回復對方一下,往往還是必不可少的,這是對他人的尊重,理想的回復時間是2小時內,特別是對一些緊急重要的郵件。

對每一份郵件都立即處理是很占用時間的,對于一些優先級低的郵件可集中在一特定時間處理,但一般不要超過24小時。

如果事情復雜,你無法及時確切回復,那至少應該及時的回復說“收到了,我們正在處理,一旦有結果就會及時回復,云云”。不要讓對方苦苦等待,記?。杭皶r作出響應,哪怕只是確認一下收到了。

如果你正在出差或休假,應該設定自動回復功能,提示發件人,以免影響工作。

2.進行針對性回復

當回件答復問題的時候,最好把相關的問題抄到回件中,然后附上答案。不要用簡單的,那樣太生硬了,應該進行必要的闡述,讓對方一次性理解,避免再反復交流,浪費資源。

3.回復不得少于10個字

對方給你發來一大段郵件,你確只回復“是的”、“對”、“謝謝”、“已知道”等字眼,這是非常不禮貌的。怎么著也要湊夠10個字,顯示出你的尊重。

4.不要就同一問題多次回復討論,不要蓋高樓

如果收發雙方就同一問題的交流回復超過3次,這只能說明交流不暢,說不清楚。此時應采用電話溝通等其他方式進行交流后再做判斷。電子郵件有時并不是最好的交流方式。

對于較為復雜的問題,多個收件人頻繁回復,發表看法,把郵件越RE越高,這將導致郵件過于冗長笨拙而不可閱讀。此時應即是對之前討論的結果進行小結,刪減瘦身,突出有用信息。

5.要區分Reply和ReplyAll(區分單獨回復和回復全體)

如果只需要單獨一個人知道的事,單獨回復給他一個人就行了

如果你對發件人提出的要求作出結論響應,應該replayall,讓大家都知道;不要讓對方幫你完成這件事情。

如果你對發件人的提出的問題不清楚,或有不同的意見,應該與發件人單獨溝通,不要當著所有人的面,不停的RE來RE去,與發件人討論。你們討論好了再告訴大家。不要向上司頻繁發送沒有確定結果的郵件。

點擊“回復全部”前,要三思而行!

6.主動控制郵件的來往

為避免無謂的回復,浪費資源,可在文中指定部分收件人給出回復,或在文末添上以下語句:“全部辦妥”、“無需行動”、“僅供參考,無需回復”。
