2009年下半年全國青少年英語技能大賽綜合素質競賽活動簡介 為全面貫徹國務院《關于深化教育改革,全面推進素質教育的決定》,落實教育部頒布的《基礎教育課程改革綱要(試行)》的有關精神,在廣大青少年中倡導研究性學習,進一步促進中小學生學習方式的變革,使青少年創新型人才脫穎而出,特舉辦 “全國青少年英語技能大賽綜合素質競賽活動”,為在創新實踐和學科能力方面表現突出的學生提供展示才智的機會,同時也為選拔優秀人才提供優質平臺。

全國中小學學生。

四、活動內容

本活動是數學、語文、英語等綜合素質競賽活動,是利用所學英文詞匯、語法等知識,結合相關學科知識,通過規定命題,交際對話、現場表演和展示等形式進行的比賽,同時將學科技巧和生活技能相結合,培養、提高學生的綜合素質和能力。具體如下:

五、各分賽區比賽

(二)英語歌曲、微型劇、演講、朗誦、口語競賽

1、比賽形式:分初賽、復賽兩個階段。初賽采取筆試,復賽全部是公開選拔賽;

(三)選手選拔:

1、參加決賽的選手在初賽獲得三等獎以上(含三等獎)的學生中產生;

2、所有初賽獲得三等獎以上(含三等獎)的學生,由地方組委會根據選手的綜合得分,按照初賽獲獎總人數的30%選拔參加總決賽選手。

六、全國總決賽比賽形式:分半決賽(筆試)、總決賽。

2、初賽、復賽(11月—12月)

每年寒假舉辦全國總決賽。

八、獎勵辦法

1、每個項目分別設立金、銀、銅、優秀獎;另外設優秀組織獎,單項獎。

各省、自治區、直轄市教育廳(教委)、語委,新疆生產建設兵團教育局、語委:

為深入貫徹落實《國家中長期教育改革和發展規劃綱要(2010-2020年)》中提出的“加強中華民族優秀文化傳統教育和革命傳統教育”、“加強以愛國主義為核心的民族精神和以改革創新為核心的時代精神教育”的戰略主題,提高中小學生語言文化素質,提升國家通用語言文字應用水平,促進學?!爸腥A誦經典誦讀行動”試點工作的深入開展,我司決定舉辦“中華誦經典誦讀行動”之2011全國中小學生作文大賽。現將有關事項通知如下:

一、活動宗旨和作文主題

2011年,教育部、國家語委、中央文明辦將繼續實施“中華誦?經典誦讀行動”,各地學校誦讀行動試點工作也要繼續深入推進。學校經典誦讀工作是“中華誦”各項活動開展的基礎,各項活動的開展又反過來促進學校經典誦讀工作的深入扎實推進。本屆全國中小學生作文大賽是繼誦讀大賽、規范漢字書寫大賽之后,與學校經典誦、寫、講工作更為密切結合的一項全新活動,是誦讀行動中社會性參與活動的重要組成部分。學生作文水平是語言文字應用能力的重要體現之一,寫好作文是學生語言表達能力的基礎。通過舉辦作文大賽,能夠進一步激發學生的寫作熱情、促進提高作文水平。

今年恰逢中國共產黨建黨90周年。90年來,中國共產黨領導中國人民擺脫貧困和壓迫,走向民主、富強,構建和諧社會,創造美好生活。毛澤東等老一輩無產階級革命家的紅色革命詩

文,也已經成為不朽的經典篇章,是中華經典不可或缺的組成部分。本屆作文大賽的主題為“誦讀經典,感悟成長”,旨在鼓勵和引導中小學生在誦讀、書寫、講解等學習中華經典的過程中,用文字記錄下所思、所感、所悟,既可以是對作品和作者本身的認識、理解,也可以是對作者精神追求、傳統文化思想、革命主義情懷的感悟,還可以是對祖國、對家鄉、對父母、對教師的熱愛、感激之情或對美好生活的贊美、憧憬之情的表達。讓孩子們用筆寫下真情實感,用筆畫出美好生活。

二、組織形式

1.參賽對象:各地義務教育在校學生,分為甲、乙、丙三組(甲組為1-3年級,乙組為4-6年級,丙組為7-9年級)。

2.作品要求:

甲組:作文要求200-500字,可以《我學×××(經典作品)的故事》《母親》《我的經典啟蒙教師》《家鄉的春節(清明節、端午節、中秋節、重陽節、國慶節等)》等為題;

乙組:作文要求400-800字,可以《我最喜歡的經典作品》《我心中的美好家園》《我愛古琴(圍棋、書法、國畫、武術……)》《讓我感動的……詩(詞、曲、古文、革命圣地、共產黨人、歷史故事、歷史人物等)》等為題;

丙組:作文要求600-1000字,可以《照亮生命的紅星》《給孔子的一封信》《古人不遠:我最喜歡的歷史人物》《道不遠人:不能不孝敬父母(感恩社會、誠信待人、學會忠恕等)的(幾個)理由》等為題。

所有參賽作文都可以結合本次大賽的作文主題自定題目。所有參賽者均可為參賽作文自配插圖,作文一旦獲獎,配圖可作為文集出版時的插圖優先選用。

3.參賽方式:參賽者需將作品(作文和配圖)上傳至本次大賽官方網站http://jiaoyu.139.com,具體方式見網站說明。

每人參賽作品數量不限,但參賽者獲獎只以獲得最高獎項等次為準,不重復得獎。本次大賽不接受紙制版本作文投稿。

4.評比規則:比賽成績由網絡投票(權重5%)、手機短信投票(權重15%)和專家評審(權重80%)三項成績綜合確定。所有參賽作品上傳至網站,經審核后,即在網上進行公開展示,并開始接受網絡和手機短信投票(投票規則詳見網站說明)。

三、獎項設置

本次大賽面向參賽者、指導教師和全國基層學校分別設置獎項,分設“省級獎”和“全國獎”兩個級別。

(一)省級獎

1.參賽者獎:每個組別設一等獎10名,二等獎20名,三等獎30名。參賽作品數在20萬份以上的省份,每個獎項可增加10個名額。

獲獎者均可獲得由教育部語用司頒發的證書一份,獎品一份。

獲得一、二等獎的作品推薦參加全國獎評選。

2.指導教師獎:獲獎作品的指導教師(1名)均獲得優秀指導教師獎。

優秀指導教師獲得由教育部語用司頒發的證書一份。

(二)全國獎

1.參賽者獎:每個組別設一等獎10名,二等獎20名,三等獎30名,優秀獎50名。

全國一、二、三等獎獲獎作品將入選作品文集,由出版社正式結集出版。

獲獎者可獲得由教育部語用司頒發的證書一份,優秀文集一本。

2.獲獎者指導教師(1名)均獲得優秀指導教師獎。優秀指導教師可獲得由教育部語用司頒發的證書一份,優秀文集一本。

3.學校獎項:獲獎作品數量(含省級獎和全國獎)排名前50名的學校和參賽作文數量排名前50名的學校,獲得優秀組織獎(兩項不重復獲獎)。

4.特等獎:各組獲得全國一等獎的選手,將受大賽組委會邀請,參加“中華誦?2011全國中小學生口語作文大賽”,現場角逐全國作文大賽特等獎。

特等獎獲獎者將獲得由國家語言文字工作委員會頒發的獲獎證書一份及由大賽組委會提供的獎品一份。
