1、自我認識

想一矢中的，首先必須認清自我，一定要弄清以下三個問題。你現在是干什么的？你將來要干什么？你過去是干什么的？

這三個問題不是按時間順序從過去到現在再到將來，而是從現在到將來再到過去。其奧妙在于：如果你被雇用，雇主選中的是現在的你，他希望利用的是將來的你，而這將來又基于你的歷史和現狀。
