第一篇：研究生復(fù)試英語(yǔ)自我介紹

根據(jù)筆者的了解以及歷屆考研學(xué)生的反饋，在英語(yǔ)口試中，一般會(huì)涉及以下幾個(gè)話(huà)題：自我介紹，家庭成員、家鄉(xiāng)、原來(lái)的院校，考研原因，未來(lái)規(guī)劃(學(xué)習(xí)、職業(yè))。筆者對(duì)這些話(huà)題進(jìn)行梳理，希望廣大考生有所了解并做好充分的準(zhǔn)備，順利通過(guò)英語(yǔ)口試。

1.自我介紹篇(重點(diǎn))。基本上每個(gè)院校每個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)的口試中都會(huì)涉及這一方面。考官其實(shí)是要借此了解你的口頭表達(dá)能力以及你的報(bào)名表之外的一些信息。自我介紹時(shí)間以2-3分鐘為宜。思路要清楚，要突出重點(diǎn)，口語(yǔ)盡量流利(不要太流利了，有背誦之嫌)。

開(kāi)頭可以只用一句話(huà)引入：Dear professors, I feel so glad to meet all of you here。然后就可以進(jìn)入主題，介紹姓名、年齡等等。

2)自我介紹的主體內(nèi)容。

① 姓名。介紹自己姓名時(shí)，發(fā)音一定要準(zhǔn)(南方考生要多加注意)。② 年齡。年齡可以跟在姓名后帶過(guò)(I am XXX, 25 years old)。

③ 原來(lái)的院校、專(zhuān)業(yè)。注意：一定要把原來(lái)學(xué)校的英文名稱(chēng)、專(zhuān)業(yè)的英文名稱(chēng)弄清楚(尤其是跨校、跨專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)生)。college of business administration，my major is accounting.④ 性格、能力。可以著重強(qiáng)調(diào)你的個(gè)性對(duì)你報(bào)考的專(zhuān)業(yè)有何積極的作用。如果報(bào)考的是學(xué)術(shù)性的專(zhuān)業(yè)，可以說(shuō)自己細(xì)心(carefully，detail-oriented)、條理分明(logical)、踏實(shí)(steady)等；如果是研究性、應(yīng)用性更強(qiáng)一點(diǎn)的專(zhuān)業(yè)，可以說(shuō)自己負(fù)責(zé)(responsible)、可靠(dependable)、有效率(efficient)等。

其他的一些表示性格、能力的形容詞有：active, aggressive(有進(jìn)取心的)，adaptable, amicable(友好的)，analytical(善于分析的)，cooperative, creative, disciplined, dutiful,energetic, faithful, gentle, independent(有主見(jiàn)的)，innovative, motivated, modest, objective, precise, punctual, precise(一絲不茍的)，temperate等等。

⑤ 愛(ài)好。All work and no play make Jack a dull boy.除了強(qiáng)調(diào)你的學(xué)習(xí)的重視，同時(shí)也要避免給考官一種“書(shū)呆子”的感覺(jué)。一般可以從體育、音樂(lè)、電影等方面來(lái)說(shuō)，同時(shí)要簡(jiǎn)單說(shuō)明這些愛(ài)好對(duì)你的積極意義(build my body, relax myself, open my mind…)。

⑥ 你對(duì)報(bào)考的專(zhuān)業(yè)有興趣(be interested in/be fascinated with/be obsessed with…)，可適當(dāng)舉出一些例子，如經(jīng)常看相關(guān)的書(shū)籍、論文、文章、新聞等。在職考生可以強(qiáng)調(diào)知識(shí)教育對(duì)工作的影響： In my work, I find it necessary to broaden my horizons in communication.That’s why I long for entering your prestigious university。

3)結(jié)束時(shí)可以用說(shuō)：That’s all about me./ Well, that’s who I am.Thanks for your attention。

2.家庭、家鄉(xiāng)、學(xué)校篇。考官其實(shí)是要通過(guò)你的家庭、家鄉(xiāng)或?qū)W校來(lái)了解你的成長(zhǎng)的環(huán)境。

1)家庭。需要注意的是，考官并不是為了做人口調(diào)查而提出這個(gè)問(wèn)題的，所以應(yīng)該避免流水賬似地介紹家庭成員；要盡量說(shuō)明家人(尤其是父母)對(duì)你造成哪些方面(性格、職業(yè)規(guī)劃、做事風(fēng)格等)良好的影響。可以參考以下句式結(jié)構(gòu)：Just like my father, Though my father is an ordinary worker, his responsible attitude towards work has a great influence on me。

2)家鄉(xiāng)。正所謂“一方水土養(yǎng)育一方人”，考官實(shí)際上是想從你對(duì)家鄉(xiāng)的介紹中找出有關(guān)你性格、志向的線(xiàn)索。可以從歷史、歷史人物、著名景點(diǎn)、獨(dú)特風(fēng)俗或特產(chǎn)等方面來(lái)簡(jiǎn)單介紹，注意要表達(dá)熱愛(ài)家鄉(xiāng)的情感。

3)學(xué)校。如果是本校考生的話(huà)，在自我介紹中就可以點(diǎn)到(拉近跟考官的關(guān)系)。如果是外校，考官通常會(huì)問(wèn)：Why did you choose our university? 那么我們就可以說(shuō)說(shuō)它與報(bào)考院校之間的異同，然后說(shuō)明為什么你選擇這個(gè)學(xué)校(I do love the atmosphere in your university.It is full of youthful spirits。)；要注意的是：一定要說(shuō)明你對(duì)在原來(lái)的院校接受教育心存感激之情

appreciation(從好的方面說(shuō)一說(shuō))，著重強(qiáng)調(diào)希望能被錄取，表達(dá)自己堅(jiān)定的決心、展望一下未來(lái)。
