3隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展、社會(huì)的進(jìn)步，旅行已經(jīng)成為人們生活中不可或缺的一部分。然而相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)的繁華都市，崇尚原生態(tài)、貼近大自然的戶外旅行受到越來越多年輕人的青睞。許多大學(xué)成立了戶外社團(tuán)，組織社員徒步、騎車、露營(yíng)等戶外項(xiàng)目。而伴隨著戶外旅行不斷擴(kuò)大的參與面和大學(xué)生戶外俱樂部和大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的口號(hào)，一些非盈利的戶外社團(tuán)逐漸走向商業(yè)化運(yùn)作，大力推廣戶外旅行，并在大學(xué)生中形成了一定的影響力。

大學(xué)校園人員集中，學(xué)習(xí)壓力較初高中時(shí)期較小，會(huì)有較多的課余時(shí)間，另外，在大學(xué)學(xué)生中更注重人際關(guān)系的交往和友誼的增進(jìn)，通俗的說就是大家喜歡一起出去游玩，增進(jìn)友情和關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)，甚至愛情。大學(xué)生的消費(fèi)也不能看低，存在一定的攀比，高消費(fèi)現(xiàn)象。再加上人員集中，人員眾多，組團(tuán)容易，據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計(jì)，只在青島地區(qū)就有40多所大學(xué)，平均每所大學(xué)1-2萬人，市場(chǎng)潛力巨大。再加上我公司有一定的資源基礎(chǔ)和人員配置，可以實(shí)行一些優(yōu)惠政策來開發(fā)這一潛在的市場(chǎng)。

平度地區(qū)環(huán)山傍水，自然環(huán)境優(yōu)美，距離青島等校園集中的地方較近，交通方便，非常適合以戶外遠(yuǎn)足，山地自行車形式的旅游項(xiàng)目的開展。針對(duì)這一發(fā)展前景，我對(duì)這一項(xiàng)目的開展做出以下規(guī)劃：

1.組織形式

組織形式有兩種選擇：一是在青島設(shè)立專門的辦事處，組織和策劃活動(dòng)，平度地區(qū)具體實(shí)施和輔助組織工作。二是開始杰瑪仕自行車專賣店，兼職辦事處的作用，這樣的好處是可以順便打廣告，增加業(yè)務(wù)量。

2.人員設(shè)置

以辦事處為例，2-3人即可，分管組織和廣告宣傳工作，提成式經(jīng)營(yíng)，公司不必特意管理。

3.營(yíng)銷方式

營(yíng)銷方面建議和各大學(xué)的社團(tuán)和體育部的主管老師等合作，提成制營(yíng)銷。由我公司具體策劃、施行，大學(xué)社團(tuán)負(fù)責(zé)組織人員。

4.活動(dòng)組織方式和具體流程

我方主要負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)生的接送（即包車）、食宿、自行車車輛出租、安全保護(hù)、活動(dòng)用品（如需帳篷、篝火、食品、急救箱等）、專門教練和負(fù)責(zé)人等，這些費(fèi)用全部計(jì)入基本成本中。另外，可在實(shí)踐中逐漸發(fā)展我們的特色，服務(wù)到位，更多的吸引客戶前來。
