高中學生在英語閱讀理解方面很薄弱，而高中英語閱讀教學又是高中英語教學中極為重要的部分。近幾年高考的閱讀理解試題除閱讀量較大幅度增加，突出英語國家的文化外，試題還考查了學生對文章整體意義的把握及創新思維能力，要求學生必須具備較高的閱讀速度和記憶思維能力，這就進一步要求我們在教學中必須注意培養學生的閱讀理解能力。

要提高學生的閱讀能力，首先就要總結出學生的薄弱之處，影響學生閱讀最關鍵的一方面是詞匯量。詞匯是學生的一大天敵，一個學生掌握的詞匯量越豐富，對文章的理解就越深，反之則淺，這樣就無法更好的理解文章。但是許多學生一提到記單詞就怕，常常會記了后面忘前面，我們應幫助學生找到合適的記憶方法來減輕他們的學習負擔，提高學習效率。擴大詞匯量的方法有多種，如注重學習與積累，學習是一個日積月累的過程，掌握科學的記憶方法，多看多讀，積少成多；掌握構詞法，通過詞的合成、轉化、派生及通過近義詞、反義詞等聯想對比來記憶單詞。教師平時要培養學生養成歸納同義詞、近義詞、反義詞的良好習慣，要求學生盡可能多記一些有用的詞組、短語搭配，這樣不但可以提高閱讀速度，而且有助于閱讀中把握文脈。同時，教師還應教授學生猜測生詞的方法，遇到大量生詞后，如不影響對整篇文章的理解就跳過去，如要求猜測詞義就通過上下文來猜，盡可能地訓練學生的猜詞能力，讓他們明白這些生詞既不是孤立存在，也并非高深莫測，碰到生詞切勿驚慌，保持一種良好的心態。

影響閱讀的第二方面是語法問題。近年來，由于高考英語語法試題分值減少，以及淡化語法的觀點，學生也就片面理解為學不好語法無所謂，導致他們對英語句子或段落進行語法分析的能力差，對閱讀文中的難句和長句不知如何下手。因此，教學中加強語法學習與鞏固是極其重要的。

學生平時沒有養成良好的閱讀習慣也是問題所在之一。現行高考英語理解共有五篇，閱讀量大，題材、體裁廣泛，在篇章信息量增加的同時，問題設項的表述信息量也在增加，而且形成多樣化，不僅有文字表述，而且有符號、圖像、圖表等。五篇要求35分鐘內完成。學生如果沒有良好的閱讀習慣，對每一篇文章進行精雕細琢，逐字逐句閱讀接受信息的話，很難在有限的時間內答卷，這樣，教師就要幫助學生改掉不良的閱讀習慣，克服逐字停頓，回讀等壞習慣，培養學生要善于抓住句子中的核心句，從一個句子快速地掃視到另一個句子，進行連貫性理解培養閱讀理解習慣，必須課內外相結合。進行課外泛讀，不僅可以使學生鞏固所學的語言基礎知識和閱讀技能，而且還能使學生熟悉各種文章體裁和風格，開拓知識面，提高他們對閱讀各種文章的適應。

為了提高學生的理解能力，教師應教會學生閱讀時先看問題，后讀短文，再做選擇答案，這樣使學生的閱讀速度大大地提高了，從而節省了寶貴的時間，特別適用于圖形表格類題材的理解。同時，教師還應教會學生在有限的時間內用略讀、掃讀、跳讀等技巧快速閱讀，搜索關鍵詞、主題句、捕捉時空、順序、情節、人物、觀點，并且理清文章的脈絡，把握文章實質。

高三這一年，對老師和學生來說都是一次磨礪。一名高三的英語老師，應該學習、研究新題型和高考，以便能夠更好地教授學生。總的來說感受最深的一點是高中英語教學要一氣呵成。

回首自己高三這一學期來的教學工作，在老教師的指導和幫助下，在與其他教師的交流和討論中，教學還是比較成功的。對學生的考試技巧指導及訓練是有效的、針對性強的。

進入高三，學生對英語學習主要存在以下問題：

1、學生對英語學習普遍缺乏興趣、自信心和學習動力；在英語課堂上不積極參與，缺少主動發言的熱情或根本不愿意發言；另外，相當一部分學生在聽新課時跟不上老師的節奏或不能理解教師相對較快的指示語。

2、學生對英語課堂知識的掌握不踏實、理解不全面，課外花的冤枉時間多；而大部分學生對書本知識不夠重視，找不到英語學科復習的有效載體，不能有效的利用課本，適時地回歸課本，英語復習缺乏根本, 甚至本末倒置；絕大部分學生在復習與學習過程中不能走在老師前面對基礎知識進行梳理，沒有習慣性地進行課前預習、認真聽課、課后及時復習，英語學習缺乏主動性。

3、部分學生缺少教師明確的指導，在復習時缺乏系統地安排和科學地計劃，或者學習和復習沒有個性化特點, 導致學習效果不明顯。

針對以上比較突出的問題，我們主要采取了以下切實的復習安排：

一、加強研究，提高復習備考工作的針對性。

要想搞好高三英語教學,沒有合理的教學和復習計劃是不行的。在開學初，我們就制定了全年的教學和復習計劃，并在教學的過程中不斷改進和完善計劃。立足教材,夯實基礎知識才是我們這樣的學生的唯一途徑。教學和復習都應該注重實效，實實在在地為學生服務。

認真學習并分析了高考題的類型，從歷年高考試題的整體研究中找共性，目的是總結規律尋找突破口。07年高考新增加的題型為任務型閱讀，考查考生在有限的時間內根據需要捕捉有效信息的能力。閱讀試題的考查全面，對中學英語教學起到了很好的導向作用。在常規教學及復習備考中，我們始終抓住加大閱讀量，開展泛讀教學，加強閱讀技巧的指導，形成有效的閱讀策略，從根本上培養學生的良好的閱讀習慣和邏輯思維能力。

二、制定計劃，加強復習的目標性。

我們根據學生的具體情況，制定出切實可行的復習計劃，把復習分為三個階段。

1、夯實基礎，發展能力。

近年來高考英語逐漸側重于語言能力的考查，對語言知識的直接考查相對地減少了。因此，在復習過程中，首先組織學生鞏固各項基礎知識，同時通過不斷的語言練習，掌握一定的技巧。在此基礎上，再通過科學系統的訓練，發展能力。

2、降低難度，回歸基礎，強化專題訓練。

進入后半學期，根據學生的具體情況把握中檔、低檔題，這對學生取得高分是非常有利的。學生普遍都有這樣的感覺：很多題目“一看就會，一做就錯”。造成這種現象的根本原因在于對基礎知識的掌握不牢固。這時，復習的重點要放在查漏補缺上，進行強化記憶和訓練。

3、整理基礎知識，適當做一些高考題。要在高考前夕找到良好的語言知識感覺和運用能力感覺就必須回歸基礎，整理鞏固基礎知識，用最充實、最滿意的感覺來增強自己的自信心。同時，利用這段時間試著做近幾年的高考題，學會找出每道題的切入點，從中總結命題利益和命題手法。

三、加強閱讀和完型訓練,以語篇為基礎,擴大學生詞匯量。

高考中閱讀理解、完型填空是重頭戲,也是學生英語成績提高的重要突破口。教學中光靠教材所提供的量是遠遠不夠的，所以我們備課組全體成員精心地挑選了一些切合我們學生實際的閱讀材料并收集打印了許多完型材料，用以彌補教材的不足。在教學過程中遵循精泛結合，精少泛多，精泛有序的原則。選擇的精讀材料要能夠在教學中發揮最大效益，啟發學生的思維，促進學生知識的掌握和能力的形成。

在教材的基礎上，精選泛讀材料，以鞏固和拓寬語言知識，培養獨立閱讀能力。堅持每天講練一篇完型填空練習，以訓練學生綜合運用知識、通篇閱讀理解和整體把握短文的綜合能力，力爭在完型填空這個試題的考試上有所提高。在平時教學新詞匯的過程中,不失時機地由新翻舊,以舊帶新,通過形近,義近,同義,反義,固定搭配等手段串聯起大量有用的詞匯,讓學生從縱向,橫向及各個方面擴大詞匯量。對于所有精泛讀材料中碰到的生詞,要求學生摘錄下來,老師要采取必要的手段,如聽寫或再現認讀的方式進行檢查,以擴大學生的詞匯量。

四、加強聽力,寫作訓練,合理安排綜合訓練。

加強聽力和寫作指導和訓練,是我們高考取得成績的重要保證。只有多聽多練才可能有好的成績。但只是聽和練還不能取得好成績,一定要加強對學生的集中訓練和對聽力方法的指導。

聽力在高考試卷中占的比分是五分之一，其比分之大使得考生不敢對其有半點的馬虎。因此，掌握一定的聽力技巧在高考時甚為重要。影響學生聽力理解的因素通常有兩方面：一是知識性障礙，如：對語音、語法知識掌握的不夠，對詞匯不熟悉，跟不上語法，對英語國家的文化背景不了解等；二是非知識性障礙，如：教學設備等人為和客觀因素。

針對這一重點，我主要從以下幾個方面加強對學生的聽力訓練：

1、首先要告訴學生保持良好的心態，穩定情緒，集中精力傾聽錄音，整體把握所聽內容。利用聽錄音前的時間，迅速地捕捉每個小題題干和選項所提供的信息，預測短文或對話可能涉及到的內容，預測的目的是提高判斷的準確性，有所側重，提高做題的正確率。從而做到心中有數，提前做好心理準備，變被動為主動。

2、注意重復的詞語，這些詞通常會給你一些線索，還會幫你回憶起你在題目中聽過的人名和事物等名稱。

3、注意各選項中的主要區別。你可能會看到一些不同的名字或地點或不同的動詞，這些不同之處將會幫你確定這道題中哪些是你要聽的關鍵，即關鍵詞。

4、克服猶豫不決的毛病，對自己有把握的試題應快速作答，對無把握的試題也要在所聽信息的基礎上排除錯誤選項，進行優化處理。不會作答的，立即暫時擱置，準備聽新的題目。

5、目前高考聽力測試中短文理解大部分是記敘文或講話稿，所以聽錄音時重在聽懂每句話的意思和內涵，注意捕捉文中所涉及的人物（who）、事件（what）、時間（when）、地點（where）、原因（why）、方式（how）、程度（how long，how soon，how much）、數字（how many/how much）、選擇（which……）等，以便檢查答案。

6、注意聽短文的首句和首段，文章的開首和開首段，往往是對短文內容的概括，如講話目的、主要內容、作者、論點、故事發生的時間、地點及事由等。

7、不管聽什么材料，注意力一定要集中在整體內容的理解上，千萬不能只停留在個別單詞或單句上，聽不清時馬上放棄，不要強迫聽清每一個詞，要把重點放在聽關鍵詞即實詞上，一邊聽一邊把要點及回答問題的關鍵詞記下來。

8、合理利用時間：如拿到試卷后，在試音階段抓緊時間將前五道小題看完，并在旁邊做相應的提示，以便到那道題目是立即能反映出這道題目所考查的信息點。當一道題目已結束，如果早已完成答案，就可以將時間挪到下一個題目；如果遲遲不能作答就不要再糾纏此題，趕緊專心聽下一個。

在做聽力第二部分時，當錄音帶讀題目要求時就要趕緊投入到題干和選項的預覽，如果可以的話盡可能多看幾段材料所對應的題干和選項，因為這部分每段材料所對應的題目都在兩到四個題目，無論是瀏覽題干還是作答的時間都顯得很緊張，所以要將每段材料所對應的題目盡可能在聽完兩邊后就完成。這樣就可以將所給的作答時間盡可能的余到下一組題干的理解和預測上，這樣在聽的過程中就不會慌張，有利于提高作答的準確度。我們選用的聽力材于寫作,在寫的過程中,給予學生合理的指導,對學生有明確的要求:1)繁簡適度；2)有閃光點,要有較高級詞匯和較復雜語言結構；3)層次分明,承上啟下；4)細讀提示,寫全要點；5)書面干凈,整齊,規范。同時讓學生背誦范文,做好語言積累。

五、狠抓教學環節，優化課堂教學促進備考。

注意復習課的針對性。我們把復習重點放在學生的難點、弱點上以及常易出錯或失誤的內容方面上，努力做到有的放矢。課堂上堅持精講多練，做到舉一反三。復習課上我們注意加強學生的操練活動，讓學生多動腦筋思考問題，讓他們盡可能多地舉些例句，使他們能訓練掌握語法的用法。

另外，在課堂上及時有效地獲取學情反饋，有效地進行課前回顧，課堂小結等環節的落實。堅持對學生的聽課、作業、自習等方面進行跟蹤，及時了解學生的學習、復習狀態與狀況，以便在課堂教學過程中做出針對性的調整。

六、培養學生的自學能力，激發學生學習英語的興趣。

只有通過輔導學生掌握一套科學的學習方法，并培養學生的自學能力，才能使學生的學習積極性和主動性得以發揮。具體包括：培養學生的預習能力，各種方法掌握英語基本知識的能力，學生自己整理所學知識的能力。另外，自學能力的提高還得益于大量的獨立閱讀，于是新學期開始就要要求學生人人必備一本英漢詞典作為工具書，讓學生勤查字典。

一、先談談2013江蘇高考英語試卷的情況 整體印象：

試題整體‘穩中求變，穩中求新’。考點分布合理全面，又重點突出，注重考查閱讀能力。突出對基礎知識的考查，更關注考生綜合素質和能力的考查，尤其是用英語獲取信息、處理信息和分析問題、解決問題的能力。題型探究：

聽力像以往一樣，連續10年采用全國卷。試題整體難度與去年相當。只是第9和10段材料，都出了4個題目，難度稍有上升。話題方面集中在學生的生活學習上，只是第8段和第9段材料講的是面試就業和游記工作的情況，學生稍許陌生，不過題目設問不是太難。

單選考查與近3年相仿，不是太難，但是更強調語言的原汁原味和詞匯知識的廣度和深度。

完型的話題倒是挺時尚，中國夢和美國夢，但是文章的設問有點偏難，尤其是第44、45、55題。文章整體語境性強，對于閱讀的整體把握能力要求較高。

閱讀的設置有了新的變化，題目設置的數量增減不一，總體上前3篇文章好理解，而且歷史上高考也出現過。只是第4篇文章即長又難，對學生的綜合語言運用能力和閱讀能力提出了非常高的要求。文章選材不是太有時代性、人文性和教育性。

和前幾年的任務型一樣，文章選擇了企業管理類的。總體生詞偏多，句子較長，結構復雜。文章的設問的答案，要求學生具備較高的概括能力和閱讀題材的深度和廣度都提出了新的要求和挑戰。

作文再次出了像2011年的圖話題，難度一般，話題較好。為學生提供了良好的價值觀和情感教育。

二、再談談教師方面

改變過去過分重視語法和詞匯知識的講解，忽視對學生實際語言運用能力的培養。

堅持‘注重基礎、定位語篇、強調應用’，強化學生對語言的靈活運用和把握文章整體結構的能力。

強調學生學習的‘語境性’，無論是選材還是體裁，都應當多樣化。

對于單詞的講授要義字典為主，提供‘語境性’很重要，要適當拓展和補好基礎詞匯。高考基礎很重要，高分就是4級詞匯的拓展。

加強對學生多種閱讀和聽力的指導。不斷強化好的原汁原味的英語時文、美文，適當借鑒4級考試的材料也不失一個好方法。當然別忘了其他省市的高考英語試卷，那是寶中寶，是高考的秘訣所在。
