全民運動會參賽運動員體檢指導建議

(2017年11月)

一、體檢的必要性

（一）運動存在不可預測性的風險，特別是長期不運動或者本身存在基礎疾病的人參與運動，會對人體的刺激是多器官和深重的，會不可避免地發生急性傷病，以心血管、呼吸、中樞神經、胃腸道和運動（骨和肌肉等）系統的刺激或損害為主，重者可危及生命。

（二）由于急性傷病具有不可預測性，因此運動員形成全面身體檢查、循癥系統監控、積極防治傷病、建立健康檔案等模式是非常重要和必要的。完好的身體狀況是從事運動的基礎，在傷病狀況下進行運動，會極大地擴張和加大運動員的健康安全風險。

（三）為了最大程度地保障參賽運動員的健康安全，確立“超前預防”思想，特制定此體檢指導建議。運動員未能提供體檢證明或檢查結果不符合以下要求的，不得參賽。

二、綜合要求

（一）賽前體檢

運動員必須及時了解自身的健康和體能狀況，并在賽前或最長不超過賽前三個月的時間，自行到醫院進行體檢。

（二）自我監控

賽前單次體檢結果正常，只表示選擇的體檢項目所反映的身體健康狀況。由于體檢方法及項目所限，并不能完全排除身體潛在的風險；由于“人身體狀況的可變性”，更不能證明運動員完全有能力安全完成比賽。因此每位參賽運動員必須做到：

1．賽前主動確保自身狀況良好，沒有感冒、發熱、病毒性或細菌性-扁桃體炎、其它急慢性傷病等。

2．賽前或賽中出現身體異常癥狀，應主動退出比賽，及時告知比賽組委會，盡快就醫。

三、體檢項目

以下體檢項目是根據運動的常見急性傷病所設，比賽組委會將在賽前對其進行審查。

（一）內外科一般檢查

重點詢問和甄別參賽運動員有無以下情況：

1．心血管系統疾病，如高血壓、瓣膜病、冠心病、心肌病； 2．中樞神經系統疾病，如癲癇、嚴重神經衰弱綜合征； 3．猝死等家族史；

4．運動性應激性或急性傷病的既往史；

5、呼吸系統疾病，如過敏性支氣管哮喘、急或慢性呼吸道感染；

6、胃腸道疾病，如消化道潰瘍活動期。

（二）血壓檢查

1．50歲以下的運動員：收縮壓≤130mmHg（17.3KPa），舒張壓≤85mmHg（11.3KPa）；

2．50歲以上（包括50歲）的運動員：收縮壓≤140mmHg（18.6KPa），舒張壓≤90mmHg（12KPa）。

（三）心電圖檢查

心電圖報告須附醫師診斷意見，評估標準如下： 1．正常心電圖（經醫院確診無明顯異常）：（1）竇性心律；

（2）成人心率40～100次/分（專業運動員心率可低于40次/分）。2．不符合參賽條件的異常心電圖包括但不限于：

（1）竇性心動過速，成人心率＞100次/分；室性心動過速；（2）頻發的竇性心律不齊；

（3）竇性停搏；房性、交界性、室性期前收縮或逸搏；（4）病態竇房結綜合癥；

（5）Ⅱ度及以上的竇房、房室傳導、左束支傳導等阻滯；（6）預激綜合征；

（7）心肌缺血，ST段缺血型降低（包括水平型、下垂型、弓背型、下陷型、近似缺血型），T波改變（包括低平、雙向、倒置），Q－T間期延長，U波倒置，心律失常等；

（8）其他心電圖異常，如房顫。

（四）血、尿和生化檢查

判斷血常規、尿常規和肝腎功能情況。

（五）腹部B超檢查

判斷腹部主要臟器情況

運動員參賽之前，需要寫保證書，這不僅是對運動員的承諾，更是一份公平……來看以下中英版的運動員參賽保證書吧！

4、我保證：本人在比賽中因受傷、遭遇意外事故或發生疾病時，對受到的急救處理方法及結果不提出異議。

5、我本人、我的家屬、親戚和保護人已充分理解本次比賽的內容和意義，并認可我本人參賽。在比賽之前我已作了人身保險。因此，我保證：我自己、親屬及遺囑執行人、財產繼承人，對本人在比賽中或參加由本次比賽委會組織的與比賽有關的活動時，不論什么原因所致的傷、病、亡或出現的后遺癥等，不對比賽組委會提出任何起訴。所造成的損失由保險公司和本人承擔，比賽組委會不再提供因此而造成的損失費。

6、我保證：允許比賽組織者自由使用和制作與比賽有關的我的名字、照片等。并承認與本次比賽有關的新聞、廣播、電視等商業宣傳報道。

7、我保證：由于自然災害等客觀原因造成比賽取消或變更比賽時間、內容所引起的有關費用問題，服從比賽組委會的決定；由于我個人的情況而不能參加比賽的，不要求退還參賽時所交納的各種費用。

8、我確認：對參賽所進行的上述保證已充分理解，并承認本保證書解釋權屬比賽組委會。本人自愿簽字。

參賽運動員須知

1、運動員必須首先對照自己的比賽時間、比賽項目，攜帶號碼布參加檢錄處的檢錄，只有參加了檢錄報到方可參加比賽，三次點名不到者作棄權處理，堅決杜絕替代比賽的事件發生。

2、檢錄后運動員不能擅自離開隊伍，必須有組織有紀律的由檢錄處老師或學生統一引導前往比賽地點，中途脫離隊伍沒按時比賽者作棄權處理。

3、徑賽項目的運動員到田徑場入口參加檢錄，田賽項目的運動員到排球場檢錄處參加檢錄。

4、個人田賽、徑賽項目發生時間沖突，田賽服從徑賽，運動員必須主動向田賽項目裁判長請假，待徑賽結束，馬上返回田賽項目。

5、徑賽運動員必須對照自己檢錄的項目、組次、道次進行比賽，切勿出現錯位比賽，否則影響名次和成績。
