【BIM證書】工業和信息化部教育與考試中心的BIM應用工程師證書新鮮出爐 國務院辦公廳〔2016〕71號文件提出“積極應用建筑信息模型(BIM)技術”，國務院辦公廳〔2017〕19號文件提出“加快推進BIM技術”。國家發改委（發改辦高技〔2016〕1918號文件）提出支撐開展BIM及時空仿真建模。水利部、交通運輸部、住建部均大力推進BIM技術應用，鼓勵成立BIM聯盟及BIM試點項目。

為貫徹落實好黨中央、國務院的對新時代全國職業教育改革發展的要求，支撐國家戰略和推動產業有大變強，堅持職業教育服務經濟社會的發展，推動職業教育改革發展邁上新臺階，加快打造信息化發展新高地，工業和信息化部教育與考試中心正式發布《建筑信息模型（BIM）應用工程師專業技術技能人才培訓標準》（標準號CEIAEC002-2018）,并成立BIM專業技術技能項目中心（機構編號PTS144040601），承擔“建筑信息模型（BIM）專業技術技能項目”的推廣與技術服務工作。

2018年6月舉辦“BIM應用工程師”考試，2018年8月8日工業和信息化部教育與考試中心的專業技術技能證書新鮮出爐，恭喜考試通過人員！證書正在奔向大家的路上，準備迎接吧！

2018年6月開考的初級BIM建模工程師和中級建筑BIM應用工程師、結構BIM應用工程師、機電BIM應用工程師共4個考試項目，在考試中實行統一時間開考、統一閱卷、統一考試平臺，考試平臺由工業和信息化部教育與考試中心提供。考試結束后實行全國統一閱卷，理論考試部分由工業和信息化部教育與考試中心在線考試服務平臺自動閱卷打分，實操考試部分由工業和信息化部教育與考試中心BIM工作組專家制定評分細則進行統一閱卷。

現將工業和信息化部教育與考試中心《關于2011年下半年全國信息技術水平考試有關工作安排的通知》的通知轉發給你們，并結合我省實際情況，提出如下實施意見：

一、工業和信息化部全國信息技術水平考試特點

（一）政府部門組織實施的國家級認證考試。2004年下半年，工業和信息化部根據《行政許可法》要求，已廢止了一批信息化方面的考試認證，決定繼續保留工業和信息化部全國信息技術水平考試。考試信息及證書可在工業和信息化部教育與考試中心網站(www.tmdps.cn)查詢。

（二）國家權威的考試認證。國家統一組織實施、統一考試時間、統一考試大綱、統一考試命題、統一合格標準、統一頒發證書。考試與國際認證接軌，不斷跟蹤最新實用的技術，打造國內IT考試精品品牌。保持客觀公正、中立權威，面向就業市場，涵蓋各行業各領域，直接為信息技術人才培訓提供統一、客觀的標準。

（三）考試證書在全國范圍內有效。考試列屬國家機要絕密等級管理。全國實行電子注冊編碼查詢，防止偽證侵權。全國信息技術水平證書是持證人專業技術水平和能力的證明，為用人單位擇優聘用提供有效憑證。

二．輔助教材（自選）

工業和信息化部全國信息技術水平考試內容在各專業教學中均作了安排，原則上不指定教材，由考生根據考試大綱的要求，結合自己的實際情況自選教材和復習資料。考慮部分考生的實際困難，工業和信息化部教育與考試中心組織專家編寫了部分理論綜合考試教材和實踐綜合考試教材，考生可在報名站預訂。三．報考條件與報考對象

凡參加工業和信息化部全國信息技術水平考試的人員，不受年齡、學歷、職業和就業狀況的限制。凡有志于從事信息化與信息產業技術和管理的人員，具備相應技術層次理論基礎及實踐技能，均可根據不同證書類別的相應條件報考。

四、報名時間

2011年下半年全省統一報名時間：2011年9月15日—10月15日。

五、報名手續

1．考生應先了解工業和信息化部全國信息技術水平考試有關政策規定以及考試大綱的要求，選擇適合自己的證書報考。核發準考證后，不辦理考生改報和退考退費事宜。

2．考生在報名前應準備好身份證復印件一份及四張一寸近期半身正面免冠照片，一張貼在報名登記表上（留存），一張貼在準考證上，另外兩張貼在證書上。考生憑準考證和身份證參加考試，以備查對。

3．報名登記表按要求填寫和加貼照片。
