實習報 告

時間飛逝，為期一個月的高中英語實習結束了。通過這次實習，我得到了一次較全面的、系統的鍛煉，也學到了許多書本上所學不到的知識和技能。在這一個月里，我收獲了一段快樂而難忘的時光。我不僅從各個老師和學生們的身上學到了很多東西，而且和他們成為朋友，更重要的是，我在實習過程中感覺所學的到東西遠遠要比在校園里學到的更豐富、更精彩。

一、實習基本情況

3、實習班級的基本情況：

我實習的班級是高082班，是一個普通班級。班級的生源構成較為復雜：有來自縣城的學生；有來縣內外各個鄉鎮的農民家庭的子女；也有教職工的孩子；有政府及其他官僚子弟……他們大多數是90年后出生的獨生孩子，自小就嬌生慣養成性，生活散漫，叛逆性很強;全班都是經過重點班篩選后的學生，學習基礎較差，大多無心向學，厭學情緒極高。班級集體榮譽感淡薄，團結互助精神薄弱，組織紀律性差。但他們有很強的自尊心，需要有老師耐心的教育。

二、實習的主要內容

實習期間，本人以一名合格的教師標準要求自己，為人師表；本著對學生負責的態度，盡心盡力做好班主任及教學活動的各項工作，嚴格遵守實習學校的規章制度，尊重實習學校領導和老師，虛心聽取他人的意見，重視和學生保持融洽的關系，主動與老師、學生交流，和其他實習同學團結協作，共同完成實習任務。

在教學實習中，我認真備課，參考多方面的資料，在充分聽取指導老師和同學的意見后，根據教學大綱和教材設計教案，努力做到合理、規范、準確。初到×××中學，在第一周里，我在學校領導的安排下，開始熟悉學校，了解高082班。同時隨堂聽課并做好聽課記錄。在此基礎上，認真修改和完善教案，經指導老師審批合格簽字后上交學校教務處蓋章后才開始上臺講課。在課堂上，我使用了靈活的教學手段和方式，充分激發了學生的學習興趣和積極性，學生的參與度極高，收到了較好的效果。課后，根據學生的反饋和指導老師的意見，認真做好總結，嘗試多種教學方式，不斷完善和提高自己的專業技能。

在上Unit 8 Sports 中的Warming up 和 Speaking部分中，為了能讓學生能充分的參與到課堂中，我采用了彩色圖片的形式吸引學生，同時讓學生作角色扮演來演練對話，學習嘗試在對話中用上新學的有用句型。在Reading 部分中，我在課堂中設臵了一個小游戲，收到了良 1

好的效果，連平常不認真學習的學生都積極參與進來了。此外，在IntegratingSkill中，我利用海報紙把要涉及到的內容——Sample Interview寫在上面并貼在黑板上，使學生一目了然，激發了學生的學習積極性，充分調動了課堂氣氛，讓學生充分享受了課堂。

從學校課堂走向講臺，面對臺下一雙雙好奇的眼睛，有一種興奮感，但同時有些緊張。上課難免出現“講課重點不突出”“師生配合不夠默契”“學生課堂活動不多”和“上課時間掌握不夠好”等等問題。針對這些問題，首先得到了指導老師的幫助，要求我多聽課，多向有豐富教學經驗的老師學習。他們手把手地教，指出我教學中不足的地方，幫助修改教案，讓我能夠理論聯系實際。課前把功夫下在深入鉆研教材，廣泛搜集有關資料，精心設計課堂結構及教學方法上，特別是認真研究怎樣“用最節省的時間、最簡潔的方法讓學生掌握最多的知識，并促使學生最快地轉化為能力”。教學實習中，總的來說，我能認真備課，所設計的教案合理、規范，內容準確。課堂教學中，教學效果好，教學內容能當堂消化、鞏固。課外輔導耐心細致，對不同程度的學生采取了因材施教，答疑解惑正確而有啟發性，批改作業仔細正確。課堂教學中，集中時間，集中精力，講清教材的重點、難點、疑點、能力點、思路和規律，激活課堂氣氛，教得生動，學得主動，充分發揮課堂潛在功能。在課后作業的安排上，根據學生的實際情況來精心設計，合理分配，布臵作業。

在班主任工作中，我通過班主任、課任老師很快便掌握了班級的特點和學生的情況，并以之為根據，制定了班主任工作計劃。在工作中積極主動，認真負責，努力協助班主任做好日常管理工作。由于學生的班級的集體榮譽感淡薄，于是利用班會時間組織開展了以《“11.18”事件之認清》為主題的班會，收到良好的效果。通過此次主題班會，學生感觸很深，學生認清了自我，明確了學習目的。在課余時間，主動與學生溝通，了解現代中學生的心理特點，關系融洽。實習時間雖短，但卻使我學會了對學生的思想教育和個別學生尤其是后進生的轉變工作，班級紀律有所好轉，學習氛圍愈加濃厚。我還從班主任老師那里學到許多關于班級管理方面的許多經驗，讓我受益匪淺。

在宣傳工作中，我以一名宣傳工作者的身份，充分利用課余時間，把我們實習組在×××中學開展的各項活動拍攝下來，以便回到學校后更好地總結和宣傳。尤其體現在“×××之約”英語主題晚會的拍攝上，我根據不同角度、遠近距離抓拍了很多能夠體現各班所表演節目的相片，體現了當代中學生的青春活力。

三、實習總結和體會

在這次實習中，我本著“嚴格遵守紀律、理論聯系實際、勇于開拓創新”的實習指導思想，認真鍛造自己，這段經歷，時間雖短，但卻是我人生道路上的一筆寶貴的財富。從一點一滴耐

心的教育教學工作中，我鍛煉了自我，增強了本領，提高了能力，同時也發現了我的缺點和不足：

首先，意識到了自己的知識體系中存在的缺陷，有待自己進一步去提高和補充能量。在教學的過程中，我明顯得感覺到了自己教學語言不夠豐富，直接影響到了我的教學質量和效果。同時我在講課和批改作業時有很多地方拿捏不定，妨礙了我的剛做效率，這些都是我改進的。

其次我也深切地體會到了教學相長的深刻內涵。實習后，我覺得自己整個人都成熟起來了，以前不知道的很多東西，現在也接觸到了，過去以為完全把握的知識，經過課堂的錘煉和與經驗豐富的老師交流，發現了很多的不足，給我今后的學習指明了方向。

在實習中，我深刻地覺察到了我國的教育環境改變得很快，理想與現實存在著很大的落差。這就需要通過了解學情，掌握多種教育手段和方法，留意學生的時代變遷和心態的新流向，最好是多去參加實踐，只有這樣才會給自己的學習指明方向，發現自己的不足。

在為人師的這條路上，我邁出了第一步，接下來還有第二步、第三步……但不管怎樣，我都會以人為本，把實習中學到的一切加以融會帶到今后的事業中去，我會以我的真心去呵護學生，因為我面對的是一顆顆純真的心。總之，教育是一個互動的過程，老師只要認真投入教學，孩子就會積極配合。這種過程是很開心的！每上完一節課后我最大的感受就是：當好一名老師真不容易啊！上好一堂課不僅要求我們能夠旁征博引，而且平時學生也會提一些書上沒有涉及到的知識，這時候你不僅要自己對這些知識點有所了解，而且更為重要的是你要能夠以學生容易理解的平實的語言將它表達出來。這不僅要求老師對所講的知識理解透徹，怎樣把自己的意圖更盡可能準確的表達出來。一位老師站在講臺上，成為學生關注的焦點，他不僅要頂住各種壓力，去把知識傳授給學生，去與學生互動，調動學生的積極性，讓學生成為學習的主體，自己則是個引導者。做好這些實在需要好好下一番功夫。這是是我感受最深的一點，其他方面同樣也很重要。比如說要有老師的形象、氣質，舉止大方，語言親切，將可要有吸引力；備課關鍵在于備學生，根據學生的實際情況選擇授課方式，講課富于變化性，與學生互動交流。通過本次實習，在我第一次深入課堂時，我還是遇到了許多師范學校里沒學過、事先也沒有料到過的難題。我們取得的少許經驗，要保留下來記錄下來。所犯的錯誤，總結的教訓，更要記住，作為避免以后再犯的警鐘，為以后步入社會打下基礎。讓我體會很深的首先是對教育這份事業的熱愛。

我國環境污染現狀令人擔憂

據專家估計，中國每年因環境污染造成的損失達到二千八百三十億元人民幣，其中，僅水污染一項，估計一年造成經濟損失約五百億元。

據香港《東方日報》報導，自六十年代至今，中國有環境監測的四百三十二條大小河流中，八成受到不同程度的水體污染，其中大江河經過城鎮河段的占二成，支流受污染的占六成，全中國二千八百多個湖泊，凡能接納城鎮污水的，大多出現水體負氧化現象。由于地下水過度開采，京津滬大面積出現土地沉降一點五公尺至二公尺，桂林溶巖區三十米地下水重金屬超標十至二十倍。

大氣污染造成的經濟損失約為二百億元，由于城市燃煤、工廠排放廢氣及汽車死氣污染，大氣中二氧化硫、一氧化碳等有毒懸浮微粒彌漫在城市上空，空氣污染導致許多城市肺癌死亡率增至萬分之二，全國酸雨覆蓋面積已達百分之三十，所有這些損失加起來也等于二百億元。

而生態環境破壞和自然災害造成的損失估計高達二千億元，森林覆蓋率由四九年的三成左右，現已下降至不足一成四，草原的嚴重退化，水土流失面積達一百五十五萬平方公里，占國土面積的百分之十六。

同時，城鎮建設卻仍以每年侵占一百五十萬公頃土地的速度發展，破壞自然生態平衡，加上自然災害帶來的損失，每年至少損失二百億元。

其他污染如固體廢物排放、噪音污染等造成的損失也高達一百三十億元。

專家分析表示，造成環境污染引起的經濟損失原因眾多，但國家工業規劃布局失誤，調控措施不力和公民環保意識不強是主要原因。

我的體會；

學習了該教案后，我總結體會兩點。

一、該教案在教學設計上非常注重學生能力的培養，充分利用教材和多媒體手段逐步引導學生理解課文，并能進一步升華課文的主題，使學生受到心靈的啟迪和道德的震撼。一切都水到渠成。

二、教案所附資料可在課堂中充分被學生利用，使他們的討論言之有據，會使他們更樂于知識的學習和掌握。這點可以作為我今后很好的借鑒
