例如:My dear father,Dear Tom等。 Tim Scales, Dear Dr.John Smith。
5、結束語(Complimentary Close)在正文下面的一、二行處,從信紙的中間偏右處開始,第一個詞開頭要大寫,句末用逗號。不同的對象,結束語的寫法也不同。(1)寫給家人、親戚,用Your loving grandfather,Lovingly yours,Lovingly等;
(2)寫給熟人、朋友,用Yours cordially,Yours affectionately等;
(3)寫業務信函用Truely yours(Yours truely),Faithfully yours(Yours faithfully)等;
(4)對上級、長輩用Yours obediently(Obediently yours),Yours respectfully(Respectfully yours)等。
1.信頭(Heading)
Wang Ming Dept.of Chemical Engineering Dalian University of Technology Dalian 116023 Liaoning Province P.R.China 齊頭式 Wang Ming Dept.of Chemical Engineering Dalian University of Technology Dalian 116023 Liaoning Province P.R.China 2.
The President Oxford University England 齊頭式 Jiang Bin 64Heping Road P.R.China 3. (Salutation)
在英國,My Dear 比Dear親切,而在美國,Dear比My Dear 親切。
(Body of Letter)
I have received your letter of July Ist.7月1 日來信已經收悉。I have the pleasure to tell you that …….
I am very much delighted to receive your letter. It is my honor to inform you that ……
I am looking forward to hearing from you 盼早日回信。Wish best regards.
Thank you for your help
Wish my best wishes for your success. Wishing you a happy holiday.
Hoping to hear from you soon.
(Complimentary Close)
常用的結束語有: 一般非正式的關系: Yours sincerely, Yours truly, Yours faithfully, Most sincerely, Faithfully yours, 親密的關系: Love, Yours love, Yours Affectionately, With love, Lovingly yours, Yours ever, 上級和長者:
Yours respectfully, Faithfully yours, 6署名(Signature)
如: Enclosure:1.Invoice(發票)2.Resume(個人簡歷)
