一、課程的性質
專業選修課
二、教學目的
隨著我國改革開放的深入,越來越需要一批既熟悉國際貿易業務,又通曉外語的專業人才進行對外貿易與技術交流。《國際貿易函電》這門課要求學生通過學習,基本了解對外經濟貿易活動的步驟及涉及的基本概念等。在此基礎上,結合各種國際通用的書信格式,掌握對外貿易函電往來的語言規范,專業術語及附帶的各種單證表格。同時,圍繞信函的主題,鍛煉貿易談判能力,學習專門的口頭表達方式。
三、教學內容
《國際貿易函電》內容主要包括兩大部分。第1至12章為基礎理論篇,本篇結合實例從理論上闡述了進行高效率國際商務溝通與函電寫作的方法和技巧以及相關知識。第13到24章為商務函電實務篇,主要結合大量函電范文介紹了與國際商務有關的主要業務函電寫作方法和相關知識。對各個貿易環節,用具體的進出口公司與外國有關公司及銀行間來往函電,證件(如信用證、購貨合同、售貨確認書、保單、提單、發票等)形式講解。同時補充以談判對話的內容。
