其次，老師和家長(zhǎng)要針對(duì)孩子的學(xué)習(xí)情況做出針對(duì)的計(jì)劃性方案，包括孩子的每次英語(yǔ)成績(jī)，考試中每一項(xiàng)目的成績(jī)變化以及日常作業(yè)完成情況。除此以外，要把握老師、家長(zhǎng)與學(xué)生的關(guān)系情況，每一樣都做好記錄，從根本改變學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)心態(tài)，摸透孩子的缺漏，從而讓學(xué)生按計(jì)劃一步步的穩(wěn)固提升，最終在高考時(shí)取得佳績(jī)。
