請業務員務必要熟讀以下規定，提高自己的業務水準！

為了利用好大家的工作時間，節約有限的公司資源，提高公司的運作效率?，F針對客戶來訪作以下規定：

由于大部分國外客戶都有中國代理，或顧問陪同，在我們還不了解他們的背景關系的情況下，不能隨便帶客戶參觀工廠。

針對不同的情況我們做以下有關規定，并且對客戶的所有回答，業務員都必須遵循站在客戶的角度去做回答的原則，例如說“是因為考慮到你們銷售市，貨期，及銷售的時間……所以我們才……，而不是說你們的采購需求和我們的路線不匹配等話語。

情況一：客戶要求拜訪公司，希望看看我們的產品。

針對這種情況，業務員要了解客戶的背景、求購的產品款式和材質、數量以及目標價格。只有當我們了解到足夠多的信息后，我們才知道花個半天時間去陪同這樣的客戶是否有意義。如果他要做目標價格為5美金以下的公文包，那么業務員可以直接跟客戶說明白我們的核心產品是以真皮為主，價格范圍在……，我們擔心產品無法滿足你們的市場需求，擔心會影響你們的銷售情況，因此如果以后你們有匹配雙方市場的產品采購需求，期待合作?？蛻袈牶髸靼椎摹Ｒ虼嗽卩]件中或是在電話中必須問清楚情況再做下一步決定。

情況二：客戶要求直接參觀工廠。

針對這種情況，業務員同樣要先了解客戶的背景、求購的產品款式和材質、數量以及目標價格。當客戶不是我們的目標客戶，那么可參照情況一的做法。當客戶是我們的目標客戶，那么可以請他先到公司，我們可以說“因為工廠在郊區，路途顛頗遙遠，我們在這里設一個辦公室就是為了方便客戶來參觀，請先到我們公司觀看產品，我們的產品直接反映工廠的做工和質量。假如客戶對產品滿意，需要看工廠，那么可以說：很高興聽到你要去參觀我們的工廠，而且想看一下我們幫你生產時的具情況，就如現在這產品的質量親眼可見，為了你能現場監控大貨的質果，你可以先付定，當備好料后，我們會親自邀請你或是你的代理來工廠，這樣是不是節約了你的時間呢？

假如客戶不愿意交訂金，堅持需要先看工廠，那么無論他要什么產品，都只能帶他回我們自己的展望廠。

參觀烈士陵園過程：
