本班同學學風較為端正，基本上做到不曠課不遲到不早退，上課認真聽講，學習態(tài)度積極，交作業(yè)按時按質(zhì)按量，由此同學們?nèi)〉昧溯^好的成績！

六、目前班上存在的問題

1.團活動參加不積極

2.個別班委會成員的表現(xiàn)不好，紀律上較差

3.班里個別同學偶爾上課遲到，對于某些課程態(tài)度不積極，課下自主學習意識不強，成績不理想

七、工作計劃

1.班級要盡快形成優(yōu)良的班風，使之能體現(xiàn)出音樂特色班級的良好精神風貌，在學校樹立一個良好的形象。

2.有些同學對學校的制度、紀律管理產(chǎn)生“逆反”心理，導致思想、行為自由散漫，不利于班風建設(shè)。在這個方面上我想班委會要強化管理、落實制度，避免說做不一，并及時進行階段性總結(jié)。最終，使同學們提高自我管理的能力。

3.狠抓班委會成員自身的紀律作風。建成一個作風正派、強健有力的班委會。

八.個人感想

這一學期已快結(jié)束，作為班長，我學到了很多東西，尤其是在與人打交道這個方面上獲益匪淺。班上的同學來自五湖四海，各自的家庭背景也不同，這就要求我面對不同的對象，采取最合適的方法來與他們交流溝通。只有了解了所有同學們的想法，才能順利地開展班級工作。從這個角度看，我認為自己的表現(xiàn)

是合格的。我基本上做到了和每一位同學保持友好的關(guān)系，并樂于傾聽他們的意見。

多次組織活動也讓我學到了很多，很多東西不是一個人能弄起來的，他需要一個強大的團結(jié)的班級做后盾

。同時做事前要把所有可能發(fā)生的情況考慮周到，才能避免到時候手忙腳亂。總之，我們班是一個蒸蒸日上的班集體，在班主任雷老師的帶領(lǐng)下，我們將走向更加輝煌的明天！走自己的路，讓理想伴我行，走出五彩繽紛的明天！！

一學月的辛苦，有收獲的喜悅，也有不足與遺憾，為總結(jié)經(jīng)驗教訓，利于今后工作,現(xiàn)總結(jié)如下：

一、建立良好的課堂紀律和秩序。

引導學生學會理解老師和尊重老師的勞動，上課認真聽講，認真筆記，課后認真完成作業(yè)。嚴格要求學習委員和課代表及組長從各個方面做好協(xié)調(diào)工作，如作業(yè)布置、作業(yè)的督促和檢查等，切實減輕老師繁重的勞動。同時，指導學生如何在課堂上認真聽講，從而使學生養(yǎng)成良好的學習習慣。

二、目標教育

為此我上了一堂《朝著目標奔跑》的主題班會課。教育學生平時做事在目標選定好后，要像豹子追趕羚羊那樣專一，要有堅定信念和足夠的信心，并能持之以恒地堅持下來，只有緊追一只羊才會距離你的目標越來越近，才會實現(xiàn)自己的理想，特別是那些做事猶豫不決的人更應從中有所受益。

三、開展活動育德

1、為了增加班級的凝聚力，對學生進行團隊訓練。我班組織了和高一4班的班級籃球賽。讓我班所有學生到籃球場為比賽的學生加油助威。這次活動的開展增強了班級的凝聚力，讓學生明白我們班就是一個團隊。

2、為了踐行社會主義核心價值觀，對學生進行正能量的引導。我班組織了每天6：10的“正能量”分享活動。每天一位學生分享語文老師布置的摘抄經(jīng)典里面的正能量文章，讓學生能夠感受到正能量就在我們的身邊，我們自己也可以成為正能量。每一位學生都有機會展示自己對社會主義核心價值觀的理解，也讓學生的摘抄更加精選，更加有意義。

三、存在問題的原因分析

在班級工作中盡管我取得了一定的成績，但也有許多需要改進的地方。學生的進取心還不強，思想意識上對學習不夠重視，對學習目的不是十分明確，存在較強的反復。根據(jù)我的日常觀察，原因如下；

1、許多人在態(tài)度上沒有認真對待，沒有認真復習。畢竟，對學生而言，“學習態(tài)度決定一切”。

2、許多人沒有適合自己的學習方法。沒有意識到高中不同于初中，許多時候?qū)W習要自主，用適合自己的方法學習會更好。

3、應試方法不對路。如：有的同學在考試的時候就想著“這題做過的，以前怎么做的呢？”“這是在書上什么地方的呢？”等問題，而沒有把心思放在“這題現(xiàn)在該如何做（解）？”上。

總之，在這一學月里，我通過以上幾方面的努力，班級工作開展得還是比較的順利，學生的整體素質(zhì)在不斷的提高。但學生當中依然存在許多問題，不容忽視，任務(wù)還很重，工作還存在很多困難。因此，我將不斷努力，及時總結(jié)經(jīng)驗教訓，爭取更加輝煌的成績。
