首先介紹下。我進入考場后老師問我要四六級等證書。我告訴他我沒有帶來（本來想給老師個驚世駭俗的印象。。沒想到唉。。）老師很生氣當時就說：你沒有帶來讓我們如何給你打分！！。結果開頭就死掉了。然后老師讓我做自我介紹就是下面這個。老師應該比較滿意吧。背完之后老師又問了我三個很棘手的問題。結果我都答錯了。。痛哭。走出考場以為完蛋了。。最后結果雖然不是很高（考慮到其他都錯了，就這一個出彩的地方，這篇自我介紹應該很值分吧。）。但是沒有掛掉也不錯了。這篇邏輯比較強，背起來很順暢，而且中間有些拉風的詞匯很容易讀出來。所以，冒昧的分享下。。呵呵

給導師寫信的萬能模板

最近，很多即將參加復試或者等待調劑的朋友都來問到一個大家比較關心的問題，在以前寫過的幾個帖子中，我也談到過關于復試和調劑的事情，如果你對此還有些不太清楚，請花幾分鐘的時間再回去讀讀我的《復試圣經》，雖然是以前寫的，但我相信對大家都還是有所幫助，好了，閑話少說，回到我們的主題上，如何給導師寫信？

首先，弄清楚你為什么給導師寫信？我認為最大的目的是給導師留下好的印象以及在入學后方便選導師，除此之外，給導師寫信沒有任何作用，碩士生招生不如博士招生，碩士生導師沒有什么決定權，當然了，除非你聯系的導師是領導，否則，你是否調劑成功，或者你是否被錄取，這還是二話。

其次，給導師的信中，里面應該包含些什么？

一、你原來報考的學校；二，你的考試分數；三，告訴他你為什么聯系他？是想調劑？還是想詢問一些關于復試的問題？要簡單明了。當然，還要簡單說明自己本科其間的情況，比如，是否過了六級，是否發過論文等（如果過六級，入學后你可以專心專業，論文發表了，說明你有那么一點科研潛力，沒有就不用提了）其他一大堆獎狀什么的就不要寫太多了，導師對此不感興趣。

最后，禮貌是少不了的了，告訴導師你從哪里得到他的郵箱，是在某個期刊或者學術著作，或者是學校網站上得到？如果你能在信件上說明到這一點，導師會覺得你很細心，懂得尊重別人。始終以一種謙虛而又不失自信的態度向導師表達你的困惑所在，再次強調，要簡單明了。信件在300字左右為宜。

有一點還想再啰嗦的是，導師回不回信，不要花太多的心思去猜的，如果回，說明你很幸運，沒有回，那也沒什么。回不回本人覺得沒有太多的意義，不過是自己心態的問題而已，還是哪句話，碩士生導師在招生時沒有太多的決定權，除非是領導，與其花太多的時間去琢磨導師的信件，不如腳踏實地地看書。

下面是模板，大家可以借鑒：

(一定要提到他的姓并清楚是男老師還是女老師，為什么？這就不多說了吧？)

冒昧打攪您了，我是某某某（男、女，年齡，老家哪的），現是某某大學大四學生（如果是工作過的，就寫在某某單位工作，如果沒有工作，就不寫了），我是從網上（哪個網，或者某本書，或者某本學術期刊上）得到您的郵箱，我于09年1月參加全國碩士研究生考試，政治多少分，外語多少分，專業一多少分，專業二多少分，參照去年的復試分數線，我可能有機會參加某某學校的復試（沒有機會參加某某學校的復試，想調劑到我們學校來，不知道是否還有調劑的名額），但由于初試考得不是很好，想在復試時候多拿一點分，目前不知怎樣著手復習更有效一些，心里比較著急，特向您請教，如果能得到您的指點，那將是我的榮幸！（針對調劑的：如果能順利調劑的話，我想順便請教您如何準備復試效果會更好一些）

個人忠告一句，千萬別原本地照著下面的去面試。畢竟自我介紹，面試官雖然不見得會太認真聽，但也必定不喜歡聽到一些模板出來的話。你最好把你的經歷自己用英語寫一遍，不會的查詞典或靈格斯，然后再慢慢修改。修改完后最重要的是要熟悉地背下來，你的簡介可能語法用詞上有些不合適，不要緊，只要您能背得很熟練，就能把錯誤掩蓋過去（錯誤自然能少盡量少啦）。當然，你最好準備幾個有關外貿的英語問題并備好答案，所謂有備無患。
