記得在我很小的時候，我的體質非常的不好，常常需要打針，吃藥。那時最讓我羨慕的便是我的同齡人能夠自由自在，無所顧忌的去玩耍。后來長大了，漸漸地看見曾經疼我的姥姥開始生病，每一次陪她去醫院打針都會讓我的內心起伏不停，心疼不已。為此，我常常祈禱上天，希望它能夠讓每一個我愛和愛我的人擁有一個健康的體魄，用快活的心活出生命賦予我們最美的年華。也正因如此，我對親情的理解更加深刻：它是我們每個人都不可或缺的事，也是我們所擁有的最美麗的禮物之一。因為親情，我們漸漸地去懂得感恩、去體會他人的內心世界，去安靜的面對一些是是非非。也正因為親情賦予我們的這些，我們才能用心去聆聽他人的話語，收獲真摯的友誼和無悔的青春。

現在，我們大多都已遠離父母家人，在屬于我們自己的圈子中過著我們自己的生活。很少有人會愿意靜下心來與家人溝通。甚至很少認真思考家中的一個電話飽含著多少母親的思念和父親的等待。如果有人問我生命中最珍貴的是什么，我想我的身心已與親情融為一體。親情，這是一個普通但卻沉重的話題，一個我們不能失去的珍寶。謝謝大家！

In every human heart there are some unforgettable things.These things in a short moment may made us realized that what is most precious to us.Deep down inside of me, also treasure some of the things as well as some insights.I remember when I was very young, but I was quite weak, so I often need injections, medication.I’m so jealous most of my peers could free to go play outside.When grew older, I saw my grandmother became sick, every time to accompany her to the hospital, every time I saw her having injections would let me feel down and kept my heart, distressed.So, I always pray to God, I hope it could allows everyone I love and who love me to have a healthy body and we should live vivaciously for the beautiful time that life gives us.Also, because of this, my understanding of the family is more profound: it is absolutely a necessary thing that each of us cannot afford to lose, it’s the most beautiful gift in the world.Because of the family, we gradually understand how to be grateful, we try more to know the inner world of others and we become more quiet in the face of the right and wrong in our life.And, for all the things that family given to us, we can carefully listen to the words of others, and harvest sincere friendship and youth without regret.Now, most of us have been away from our parents and family, to live our own lives in our own circles.Few people would be willing to stop and to communicate with their families.Even rarely seriously consider a phone call from home has how many mothers’ love and fathers’ wait.If someone asked me what the most precious thing in my life is, the answer must be family.Family, a common but serious topic, is a treasure that we cannot afford to lose.Thank you!

愛不能失去自我為了生活，人不能失去自我，自我價值在于自身怎么體現出來。

愛一個人不能失去自己，因為是為了自己能幸福，不是為了為了愛把自己完全的改變。一個連自己都不愛的人也就不會去愛別人。真的愛一個人只是愛的是你的本質，不是愛改變后的你，而是他想象的你。兩個人在一起需要磨合，是彼此之間的相互配合，但不代表是完全按照他的意思去改變，完全是他所要的，那你會真的開心嗎，你愛上一個不是因為他能讓你改變而愛上他，而是因為他能讓你開心幸福，讓你覺得安全而去愛他。愛是為了讓自己更快樂更幸福，但不代表不需要自己的思想不需要自己的生活。即使有一天你真的完全做到了按照他的想法，你就能保證他不會再有新的新的想法新的問題了么。愛是生活的一部分，但是不代表你全部的生活。改變是為了讓愛更好的繼續下去，而不是為了讓自己更難過。當初他選擇的是你，而不是選擇一個洋娃娃。

為了愛情失去自我。或許失去的不僅僅是自我，到頭來連愛情也一起失去了。做自己吧，真愛你的人愛的就是你本身。每個人都缺點，適當改進是好的，但是不要把自己的一切都改了，那你還是你嗎？要你改掉一切的那個人，愛的不是你本身，他只是愛上了他改造后的你，把你變成他喜歡的模樣，證明愛自己多的是他自己。

如果你愛的失去了自我，那么你也就離你的愛越來越遠，因為這已經不是正常的愛，已經是一種束縛與壓力。

Middle-age is a crucial period and middle-aged women are facing even more dangers.Youth is still lingering on there, but it can't stand any carelessness or negligence.Staying youth can be likened to climbing a steep hill, while negligence will lead to decrepitude overnight.Those who feed on their youth will have to opt otherwise at this stage.This is a time full of temptations, alluring girls and glamourous women pop up everywhere, making the discomposed men confused and disoriented, leaving behind more and more broken-up families and abandoned wives, thereby leading the middle-aged to the heartfelt realization that women cannot afford to grow old.Beauty parlors are being opened one after another and the cosmetics market is getting more and more prosperous in order to keep the youthful face of women forever fresh..proper facial care, hair-dressing or aerobics are all necessary for women, but they are only superficial and can not last long.They can in no way do the cosmetic make-ups round-the-clock..What will become of them after removing the cosmetics from their face?

Women need to refine their mind and to make themselves more intellectually prepared。They need the sense of security too.We may well say that men's youth lies in their career while women's youth relies on their state of mind and cultivation Because of the rise of Yin and the decline of Yang, we can see many capable women devising and calculating with all their might.They used to be very beautiful, and are now still charming, but they are middle-aged after all.How long can they still preserve their diminishing youth?

What's the point of the sacrifice of our precious youth to send our children to somewhere that may be heaven, or hell?

Why We study English? It is a good and simple question, but not easy to answer.I am saying it is a good question, because We are now working people in English;I am saying it is a simple question, because probably I can simply answer it that my work demands me to do so, working in English is my job.And why I am saying it is hard to answer? The reason is that I have been working in English for years, however, I have been chased for many times now and then by some people and by myself and the answers were always no big difference.Now, here comes the old question again.It is evident that it is the very time and is good to remind all of us to thoroughly review the purpose of our choice and to rediscover and clarify the best rational and convincible motives deep in hearts, so that we can be pushed forward not only in the activities of English studying but also in that of applications today and tomorrow.

Objectively speaking, as we all know, China has been developing for about 20 years and at the moment it is still marching forward at certain surprising high growth rate in world history and is continuing to be involved into the international society much more deeply than before in every aspect such as global economy, international politics, culture intercourse, education exchanges, inter-state trades, and military interplays as well.A more opened China and the much more and heavier global roles and the international responsibilities it is taking and it is pursuing demand more and more skilled experts who are well trained and well experienced in the international communication in English and other languages in all these areas.And therefore, it is true, that the development situation at present and trend in front of us undoubtedly will imply some more serious challenges and more profound opportunities for everyone and already did.All these are forcing us to pick up or continue to study English, or it would not be a chance for anyone to be invincible anyway as previous in this hard-to-breath tide of development unless you are ready to be dead.Nowadays, China is transforming into a more improved market economy system to its perfection, anyone should not ignore the booming market and the arisen competitions surrounding him or around the corner and No one can avoid the shock from it.Whoever you are, and no matter where you stay in the state-owned or private enterprises, there is no where for you to be harbored, thereupon you would better actively to make a show out of yourself and supplement where you lack to tackle different and more and more complicated business and works.For instance, you shall be well qualified to what you are working at, and you should be able to balance with those who came with you in the same year or even later and were with high degrees and good background but now they have differed in position, payment and other treatments as well.That is a very exigent task for almost every one of us.Surely, indeed, the fact is that We are English oriented now and We are working to keep up with times.I believe after years of running in studying English, We would eventually be one of the best order-made qualified candidates for any challenges and better opportunities.If the various knowledge and English are with us, nothing can be against us.Nevertheless, be sure to remember don’t be always content with any historical achievements you have made and don’t forget to review periodically and to study English continuously more in depth and width with a plan of when and where needed, as every body is running like you.Don’t give up and relax by far when you encounter difficulties.A daily but continuous effort you are making today will bring what you expected when you decided on and it will do.

不能失去紅色旅游的底色

紅色，是日出的顏色，象征光明，凝聚力量，引領未來；紅色，是中國的顏色，象征革命與勝利，不忘初心，接續奮斗，日子越來越紅火。瑞金、井岡山、遵義、延安、西柏坡……是紅色基因的發源地和成長地，也無一例外地因為“紅色”而典藏了歷史，穿越了時空，成為一代又一代中國人心中永久的向往和神圣的殿堂。紅色旅游也因此興起，紅色基因孕育了火紅的紅色旅游。但是，過分的旅游開發，往往會有損革命圣地那最寶貴的底色——紅色！如何永葆紅色旅游的底色？在慶祝中國共產黨成立95周年大會上，習近平同志指出：“一切向前走，都不能忘記走過的路；走得再遠、走到再光輝的未來，也不能忘記走過的過去，不能忘記為什么出發。”在參觀將臺堡三軍會師紀念館時指出：“革命傳統和愛國主義教育基地建設一定不要追求高大全，搞得很洋氣、很現代化，花很多錢，那就不是革命傳統了，革命傳統就變味了。可以通過傳統教育帶動旅游業，但不能失去紅色旅游的底色。只有體會到革命年代的艱苦，才能使人們真正受到教育。”

一、核心是傳承紅色基因

紅色旅游，指的是以中國共產黨領導人民群眾在革命戰爭時期建樹豐功偉績所形成的紀念地、標志物為載體，以其所承載的革命歷史、革命事跡和革命精神為內涵，組織接待旅游者開展緬懷學習、傳承精神、參觀游覽的旅游活動。各類反映中國共產黨革命斗爭歷史的紀念館、紀念地、領袖故居、烈士陵園等愛國主義教育基地，是紅

色旅游的主要載體。紅色旅游，是“紅色”與“旅游”的有機結合，“旅游”是形式，“紅色”是內涵、是底色。“突出紅色，堅守紅色”是紅色旅游的本質和主旋律。習近平同志強調：“發展紅色旅游要把準方向，核心是進行紅色教育、傳承紅色基因，讓干部群眾來到這里能接受紅色精神洗禮。”

“明鏡所以照形，古事所以知今。”中國革命的歷史，蘊含豐富的政治智慧、愛國信仰和道德滋養。紅色旅游正是以一種生活化的方式，切實可行的內容與形式，通過對中國革命史及優秀代表人物精神和人格力量等資源的發掘、闡釋、宣揚來進行愛國主義和理想信念教育，增強人們對中國共產黨領導人民建立新中國的艱辛奮斗歷程的價值認同。習近平同志指出：“對我們共產黨人來說，中國革命歷史是最好的營養劑。”紅色旅游作為政治工程、文化工程，必須突出強調其在加快構建社會主義核心價值體系中的重要作用，教育和引導廣大干部群眾充分認識到，是歷史和人民選擇了中國共產黨，選擇了社會主義制度，選擇了改革開放道路，從而進一步堅定對黨的信任、對中國特色社會主義的信念、對改革開放的信心，進一步鞏固全黨全國各族人民團結奮斗的共同思想基礎。2006年3月，習近平同志率浙江省黨政代表團來到中國革命搖籃井岡山，實地學習和感受井岡山精神。習近平同志說：“我們代表團來到井岡山接受革命傳統教育，通過參觀深切地感受到，當年革命的艱難，當年勝利的不易；也深切地感受到，井岡山發展進程中的艱苦奮斗和來之不易的巨大成就；還深切地感受到，井岡山不僅是中國革命的搖籃，擁有輝煌的歷史，而且革命人文景觀與綺麗的自然風光渾然一體，風光旅游與傳統教育交相輝映，這塊紅土地所具有的獨特魅力令人神往。”

中國共產黨之所以能夠不斷發展壯大，是因為其內在的紅色基因。這就是黨在長期奮斗中淬煉的先進本質、思想路線、光榮傳統和優良作風。紅色資源是中國共產黨人精神與文化的象征，是紅色基因的有機載體。要讓舊居舊址成為激活紅色基因的生動課堂，把紅色資源利用好、把紅色傳統發揚好、把紅色基因傳承好。習近平同志指出：“無數革命先烈留下的優良傳統是永遠激勵我們前進的寶貴財富，任何時候都不能丟。對于紅色文化資源，我們既要注重有形遺產的保護，又要注重無形遺產的傳承，大力弘揚紅色傳統。”2014年11月，習近平同志在福建上杭古田出席全軍政治工作會議期間強調，要“把理想信念的火種、紅色傳統的基因一代代傳下去，讓革命事業薪火相傳、血脈永續，永遠保持老紅軍本色。”

二、把握好兩個概念

自2004年中央號召發展紅色旅游以來，國內紅色文化旅游快速興起并逐漸成為觀光旅游業的熱點，目前在全國已呈現出星火燎原、方興未艾之勢。紅色旅游也已經成為引領老區社會經濟發展的新增長點，并正在對我國革命老區的經濟發展發揮著反哺作用。但同時我們也應該看到，我國紅色旅游在建設與發展中還存在一些不容忽視的問題，特別是在投資開發與建設上“追求高大全，搞得很洋氣、很現代化，花很多錢”，而忽視了精神上的教育引導作用。習近平同志指出：“關于發展革命根據地旅游項目，要把握好兩個概念。紅色根據地，愛國主義教育，這是一個概念。發展紅色旅游，是另一個概念。兩方面要統籌。”

景區建設上要避免追求大規模、高標準。紅色旅游的亮點和靈魂，是其本身豐厚的文化底蘊和承載的革命精神，而不是規模和形式。不能只追求外在形式而忽略其精神內涵。有的地方由于強調政績工程、面子工程，在景區建設上不切實際，貪大求洋，在紅色旅游景區開發和配套設施建設上，存在過分追求“高大上”傾向。有的以新代舊、盲目新建；有的超規模建設，與弘揚紅色文化的主旨相背離；有的盲目營造人造景觀，仿建、移建遺跡。與紅色旅游所反映的本質內容不協調，甚至變了味。要在景區的設計和建設上，努力保持原汁原味，突出地方特色。建紅色紀念設施要恰當，不要搞一堆跟紅色紀念毫不相干的東西，甚至是影響紅色紀念發揮作用的東西，紅色紀念設施不要搞得太形式化，太形式化反而把原來的意義給破壞了。《2011-2015年全國紅色旅游發展規劃綱要》提出：要注意整合利用現有資源，合理確定建設規模和標準，力戒奢華，避免大拆大建和重復建設。各地要嚴格按照規劃要求，集中力量完成規劃內紅色旅游經典景區建設任務，不得擅自變更國家核定的建設內容、規模和標準。習近平同志指出，“建紅色紀念設施要恰當，紅色紀念設施不要搞得太形式化”，不要“把內在精神弄沒了”。

旅游開發不能“跑調”。很多紅色旅游景區忘記了初衷，抹掉了底色，做出一些“跑調”的事。一是少數“紅色旅游”資源的經營者為了達到自己的商業目的，運用市場經濟的一切手段來進行創收。他們任意篡改甚至踐踏革命精神，什么先輩英魂，什么光榮傳統，已經被他們統統丟到腦后。二是一些地方為招攬游客不擇手段，編造“野史外傳”，甚至搞封建迷信，一些導游在帶領游客參觀時對傳播“另類文化”樂此不疲。到了紅色景點，他們時常掛在嘴邊的不是革命的艱苦、英雄的事跡，而是一些道聽途說的野史甚至艷史，個別導游甚至傳播歪曲歷史、拿英雄開涮的“段子”。

三是只顧游玩，不尊重先烈，一些人在“紅色旅游”中，對革命烈士缺乏感情，對烈士們偉大的獻身精神缺乏理解。《2011-2015年全國紅色旅游發展規劃綱要》提出：要加強監管，規范紅色旅游發展秩序。紅色旅游要真正發揮出引導社會、教育人民的功能，就必須切實加強監管，及時制止編造野史、欺客宰客等有損于紅色旅游形象的錯誤做法和行為。宣傳、文化、旅游、文物等部門要組織編寫紅色旅游培訓教材，加強對博物館、紀念館解說詞、導游詞的審核把關。紅色旅游景區的導游員、講解員要認真學習黨史知識，增強社會責任感，準確把握歷史事件的真實內容和英雄人物的感人事跡、高尚情操，提高宣傳講解的生動性、真實性、權威性，杜絕封建迷信和虛構杜撰，防止低俗化、庸俗化。習近平同志指出：“無數革命先烈留下的優良傳統是永遠激勵我們前進的寶貴財富，任何時候都不能丟。對于紅色文化資源，我們既要注重有形遺產的保護，又要注重無形遺產的傳承，大力弘揚紅色傳統。”

三、發揮好紅色價值

教育價值是紅色旅游最基本的價值，也是其得以發展的重要基礎。人民群眾對于紅色旅游的熱愛，國家對紅色旅游的投入，都是因為紅色旅游的教育價值。《國務院關于促進旅游業改革發展的若干意見》指出：“大力發展紅色旅游，加強革命傳統教育，大力弘揚以愛國主義為核心的民族精神和以改革創新為核心的時代精神，積極培育和踐行社會主義核心價值觀。”習近平同志指出：“革命傳統資源是我們黨的寶貴精神財富，每一個紅色旅游景點都是一個常學常新的生動課堂，蘊含著豐富的政治智慧和道德滋養。要把這些革命傳統資源作為開展愛國主義和黨性教育的生動教材，引導

廣大黨員干部學習黨的歷史，深刻理解歷史和人民選擇中國共產黨的歷史必然性，進一步增強走中國特色社會主義道路、為黨和人民事業不懈奮斗的自覺性和堅定性，永葆共產黨人政治本色。”

解讀紅色故事，讓紅色旅游自身涉及到的歷史故事以及革命先烈的事跡深入人心，營造濃厚的文化底蘊，對游客起到良好的教育意義。紅色旅游是讀解紅色故事最有效的方式之一，一段故事既是一個好的紅色旅游產品，又是一份好的正能量教材。每個紅色景點都有紅色故事，每個紅色故事都有紅色人物，每個紅色人物都有紅色傳奇。東北烈士紀念館始建于1948年，是國內較早設立的烈士紀念館之一，這里曾是偽哈爾濱警察廳的所在地，抗日女英雄趙一曼1936年8月在這里遭受酷刑后走上刑場。80年過去了，雖然我們一直沒有找到她的遺體在哪里，但她卻永遠活在我們心中。無數先輩的革命故事是因為有了紅色旅游才讓人們了解，無數英雄的感人事跡有了紅色旅游才讓世人知曉。

紅色旅游具有不可比擬的教育宣傳功能，擔負著弘揚和培育民族精神的使命。中國共產黨成立以來，在革命、建設、改革的各個歷史時期，帶領全國各族人民艱苦奮斗、開拓進取，孕育了極其寶貴的紅色精神。在革命戰爭時期，形成了井岡山精神、長征精神、延安精神、太行精神、紅巖精神、西柏坡精神等；在社會主義建設時期，形成了“兩彈一星”精神、雷鋒精神、鐵人精神、焦裕祿精神；在改革開放時期，形成了以改革創新為核心的時代精神。這些精神都是偉大的民族精神在一定歷史時期的錘煉和升華，是黨的光榮傳統和優良作風的時代體現，是我們中華民族極其寶貴的精神財富。紅色旅游寓教于游、寓游于教，是革命傳統教育方式的創新，是紅色精神教

育的大課堂。

以紅色旅游自身為背景所以創造出的系列紅色文化作品，既豐富了紅色文化，又豐富了社會主義先進文化和中華民族的文化大家園。紅色旅游打造的紅色旅游線路和經典景區，既是觀光盛景，又是了解革命歷史、增長革命知識、學習革命精神，培育時代精神的活教材。紅色旅游區應當精心設計紅色旅游產品，讓其更有內涵、更有詩意。就要與文化有機結合，貫穿文化元素，體現紅色精神。很多紅色旅游景區根據當年革命歷史深挖紅色文化基因，創作了大批革命歷史題材文藝和文學作品，涌現了大批群眾喜聞樂道的紅色影視、紅色舞臺劇、紅色歌曲、紅色出版物等,營造出健康濃厚的紅色文化氛圍，成為中華大地一道亮麗的風景線。

紅色旅游對于推動革命老區經濟發展、促進新農村建設具有重要意義。紅色旅游景區景點大多處在革命老區，位置偏遠，經濟發展水平普遍不高，貧困人口也多。這些革命老區自然資源條件比較差，而紅色旅游資源比較好，通過發展紅色旅游實現旅游扶貧是一條有效途徑，紅色旅游在精準扶貧中可以發揮更大的作用。紅色旅游發展給革命老區帶來了人流、資金流和信息流。老區人民通過發展旅游產業，增加了收入，使大批當地群眾脫貧致富。《2011-2015年全國紅色旅游發展規劃綱要》提出：要大力推動紅色旅游發展和革命老區經濟發展相結合，充分發動廣大革命老區干部群眾共同參與紅色旅游發展，結合新農村建設，整合利用各方面資源，提供紅色旅游餐飲、住宿等經營服務，延長紅色旅游產業鏈，進一步帶動革命老區經濟社會發展。習近平同志指出：“關于發展紅色旅游，指導思想要正確，旅游設施建設要同紅色紀念設施相得益彰，要接紅色紀念的地氣，改善人民生活。”

“鐵石相擊，必有火花；水氣相蕩，乃生長虹。”在神州大地上，紅色永不褪色；在我們心中，紅色始終激蕩。走在那些灑滿烈士鮮血的紅色道路上，那些在血與火中誕生的紅色基因不斷給予我們新的能量。
