6.學生嚴重違反校紀校規(guī)，學校有權(quán)開除學生，保證良好的學習環(huán)境。開除學生學費一律

不予退還。

7.以上協(xié)議甲、乙雙方共同遵守。未盡事宜，雙方協(xié)商解決。

8.本協(xié)議一式兩份，甲、乙雙方各執(zhí)一份。甲方簽字蓋章，乙方簽字后生效。有效期______

甲方：金華市新世界英語培訓部

為規(guī)范乙方選擇金華市新世界英語培訓部（以下簡稱甲方）提供的英語培訓課程的優(yōu)惠活動，制定本協(xié)議。乙方需在入讀前仔細閱讀并簽名確認方可享受相關(guān)優(yōu)惠。

一、課程優(yōu)惠活動內(nèi)容：

即日起，凡乙方報讀甲方于____年__月__日開課的______課程，并滿足下列條件可享受相應(yīng)的學費優(yōu)惠： _____年__月__日前付全款并簽署優(yōu)惠協(xié)議，單人報名優(yōu)惠____元/人，__人及以上團體報名優(yōu)惠____元/人。

四、雙方對本協(xié)議的規(guī)定發(fā)生爭議時，本著互惠原則，友好協(xié)商解決。協(xié)商不成，可通過法律途徑解決爭議。

五、本協(xié)議一式二份，甲乙雙方各執(zhí)一份。雙方蓋章或簽字后生效。

經(jīng)過乙方對甲方的考察及甲方對乙方的考核，甲方同意入取________為________級學生。

為了更好的履行各自的權(quán)利和義務(wù)，甲乙雙方本著自愿的原則，達成如下協(xié)議：

4、乙方在學校學習期間要嚴格遵守學校的各項規(guī)章制度，如有發(fā)現(xiàn)曠課、吸煙、喝酒、打架等違紀行為，學校將給予警告、記過、留校察看、勒令退學、開除學籍等處分，并記入學 生檔案，嚴重者司法部門處理。

5、乙方在校期間，如因違反學校規(guī)定而造成的一切事故后果，學校均不承擔責任。

6、新生入學一周內(nèi)如因參軍、出國、遷居外省需持國家有關(guān)單位證明 可以根據(jù)有關(guān)規(guī)定辦理退學，其它時間或其它理由一律不予辦理，所繳納費用一律不退。

7、在學生畢業(yè)安置工作中；對于學生成績優(yōu)秀者、操行評定優(yōu)秀者、對學校做出突出貢獻者，將給予優(yōu)先安置；對于違反校規(guī)、校紀及受記過以上處分者學校將暫緩安置工作或不予安置。

11、本協(xié)議一式二份，甲、乙雙方各持一份。本協(xié)議從簽字之日起生效，有效期_____年，如有違約后果自負。
