Movie review of “You’ve got mail”
The film is about the love between the hero and the heroine in virtual and reality. In the beginning of the film, they send electronic letters to each other for offsetting the emptiness in their daily lives, they talk about happiness and sadness about themselves. But in reality, they are opponent in the business circles and they always sneer at each other upon the media. The hero opens a small profits but quick turnover bookstore company beside the heroine’s bookstore which is running out of business. And a mouth later, the heroine’s bookstore was closed...However, to our joy, they finally wind up with each other. The hero who names Tom Hanks has acted the leading role in the movie “Forrest Gump” and the movie “The Terminal”, and he also starred in the movie “sleepless in Seattle” together with the heroine Meg Ryan in “You’ve got mail”.From these movies, we can obviously find the growth of Tom Hanks, and we can easily be attracted by his excellent performance.Furthermore, we think Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan are not only well matched in the movies, but also out of the movies.Nowadays, we come into the world of Internet. The communication between people becomes more and more quick and convenient. We can use MSN, QQ and some other chat tools to connect our relatives and friends.Internet makes the world become smaller and smaller, and the relationship between people becomes closer and closer.Maybe it is easier
for us to open up our minds in the Internet, we can’t see our relatives or friends, but our communication on the Internet can bring us together to truly feel the existing of each other.Sometimes people make friends on the Internet, even fall in love with each other on the Internet.Maybe some of them wind up with each other in the end, but actually, Internet is virtual, there are many cheaters on it.When we make friends on it, we should be careful and we must learn to protect ourselves. The network is like a double-edged sword, which activates us on the one hand, and puzzles us on the other hand.We should know how to distinguish it and make best use of it.Mavis
