一、認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n，面向全體，因材施教

在教學(xué)中，認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n，認(rèn)真閱讀各種資料、參考書，認(rèn)真編寫好教學(xué)計劃，根據(jù)學(xué)生的實際學(xué)習(xí)情況和向其他教師取得經(jīng)驗，不斷的加以改善。在傳授學(xué)生知識的同時，不厭其煩，耐心教導(dǎo)學(xué)生，還耐心的輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)，在傳授學(xué)生知識的同時，并對他們進行思想教育，教育優(yōu)生幫助后進生，鼓勵優(yōu)生課后幫助后進生。

二、在課堂上認(rèn)真上課

在課堂上，認(rèn)真授課，運用實物教具，情景教學(xué)手勢語言等方法來啟發(fā)教育學(xué)生，教學(xué)生做游戲，唱英語歌曲等來激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的興趣，鼓勵學(xué)生大膽發(fā)問，注重師生互動，培養(yǎng)師生感情，充分調(diào)動學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性，并不厭其煩地領(lǐng)讀、講解、分析，盡力讓學(xué)生多掌握知識。

三、批改作業(yè)方面

學(xué)生的作業(yè)盡量地規(guī)定按時完成并及時批改，而且詳細(xì)講解，對普遍性錯誤、利用晚修時間重復(fù)講解、分析。針對個別學(xué)生的作業(yè)還采取面批方法，一一地分析講解，幫助學(xué)生解決疑難習(xí)題，提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。

四、在語音方面

為提高學(xué)生的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)讀音，常利用課外時間輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生的48個音標(biāo)，并在教單詞過程中，不斷糾正學(xué)生的讀音，同時，也常讓學(xué)生聽英語歌曲以及課文的錄音磁帶，還對學(xué)生的強制性地背書訓(xùn)練。

五、抓好單元測試關(guān)

各個單元是考察每位同學(xué)在各階段的學(xué)習(xí)成果，因此應(yīng)該予以重視。我每次考試前都讓學(xué)生認(rèn)真復(fù)習(xí)好該單元并能消化運用了就考試，爭取讓每個學(xué)生每單元的過關(guān)，對于單元不能及格的學(xué)生及時采取措施幫助他們復(fù)習(xí)查漏，教師教育學(xué)生幫助，讓不能過關(guān)的學(xué)生及時過關(guān)。而期中考更是檢查前半階段的學(xué)習(xí)成果。考試前進行有系統(tǒng)的復(fù)習(xí)，考試后進行分析結(jié)。從中段考試可以看出兩個班的平均水平相差較大，三班的差生面相對較大。所以在中段考后的時間里，我把力量主要集中在兩班的差生輔導(dǎo)上，特別是三班，以縮短差距。另外，還發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的綜合能力不夠強，所以以后的教學(xué)中要加強這方面的訓(xùn)練。讓學(xué)生輕松學(xué)，容易掌握。而期考結(jié)果證明，適當(dāng)輔導(dǎo)差生對班的整體發(fā)展有很大幫助

五年級的學(xué)生已有了一定的英語基礎(chǔ)，他們中的大部分正在平穩(wěn)的向著二級目標(biāo)要求邁進，即對英語學(xué)習(xí)有持續(xù)的興趣和愛好。能用簡單的英語互致問候、交換有關(guān)個人、家庭和朋友的簡單信息。能根據(jù)所學(xué)內(nèi)容表演小對話或歌謠。能在圖片的幫助下聽懂、讀懂并講述簡單的故事。能根據(jù)圖片或提示寫簡單的句子。在學(xué)習(xí)中樂于參與、積極合作、主動請教。樂于了解異國文化、習(xí)俗。但也有令我們擔(dān)憂的狀況：隨著學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容的增多和學(xué)習(xí)難度的加深，出現(xiàn)了“兩極分化”的現(xiàn)象。

2、學(xué)生的思想狀況

一部分學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣衰減，對英語學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)生畏難情緒，英語學(xué)習(xí)已掉隊。這就要求我們應(yīng)關(guān)注每個學(xué)生，注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對英語學(xué)習(xí)有持續(xù)的興趣和愛好，采取有效措施，防止兩極分化現(xiàn)象的加劇。

三、教材分析 1.總體知識結(jié)構(gòu)

本冊教材共有10個模塊，每個模塊有兩個單元。每個新授單元的第一課均是情景對話，側(cè)重語言的交際功能，旨在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的聽說能力。第二單元在第一單元的基礎(chǔ)上突出語言的基本結(jié)構(gòu)，通過對前一單元主要內(nèi)容的回顧而引出重點句型的教學(xué)，旨在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的讀寫能力，并幫助學(xué)生進一步掌握主要的語言結(jié)構(gòu)。在掌握重點語言之后加強學(xué)生在應(yīng)用方面的綜合操練，通過多種形式引導(dǎo)學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)鞏固所學(xué)的語言知識，提高運用語言的能力。從教材的編制來看，本冊的單詞仍以與學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)、生活密切相關(guān)的詞匯為主，較上冊教材來說這冊教材的單詞量相對來說比較多,學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)起來有一定的難度。本冊教材中安排的情景教學(xué)主要涉及到生活、旅游、食物等。另外，本冊涉及到的語法項目大部分都為一般過去式，還有個別兩個模塊為will引導(dǎo)將來時及be going to…引導(dǎo)的將來式，還有一般現(xiàn)在時。對于本冊來說過去式仍是本冊的教學(xué)重點，但出現(xiàn)了一般將來時，對于他只要求學(xué)生理解其意，教師不做語法結(jié)構(gòu)的分析上的重點講解。2.重點：

(1).能夠理解、聽說并認(rèn)讀各單元主圖下方的詞匯。能夠按所學(xué)語音規(guī)律正確拼背詞匯。

(2).能夠理解并熟練朗讀各單元主圖中的功能性對話。

(3).在教師引導(dǎo)下，能根據(jù)每單元的話題內(nèi)容滾雪球似的將所學(xué)過的語言進行交際運用。

(4).在學(xué)生有一定語言素材的基礎(chǔ)上，引導(dǎo)其歸納出每個單元的語法規(guī)則，并能正確書寫句子。

(5).能在圖片的幫助下聽懂和讀懂每個單元的故事，并養(yǎng)成按意群閱讀的習(xí)慣。能在圖片的幫助下講述每個單元的故事，并完成相應(yīng)的課后練習(xí)。3.難點：

(1).能根據(jù)圖片和提示寫與故事內(nèi)容有關(guān)的句子。

(2).熟悉輔音字母組合wh、wr、ph、gh和元音字母組合ar、or、er、ir、ur在單詞中的讀音。能夠舉一反三讀出含有以上字母的單詞。(3).能夠融會貫通，利用所學(xué)語音知識拼讀記憶單詞。

四、教改措施

1.課前做好備課工作，不但備教材，還認(rèn)真?zhèn)鋵W(xué)生，做到有的放矢。主動學(xué)習(xí)新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，結(jié)合自己實際情況和學(xué)生實際情況展開教學(xué)工作.2、讓學(xué)生學(xué)得主動.在課堂中建立幫困小組發(fā)揮每個學(xué)生的積極性.共同提高數(shù)學(xué)質(zhì)量。

3、定時進行家訪，經(jīng)常與家長取得聯(lián)系，共同關(guān)注學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)情況。家長的配合至關(guān)重要，只要家長關(guān)心、關(guān)注他了，他的成績就會跟上其他同學(xué)，而且學(xué)起來也有了信心。

4、根據(jù)本班學(xué)生的年齡特點，鼓勵學(xué)生大膽說英語，肯定他們的進步，樹立學(xué)習(xí)自信心，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生朗讀和書寫的好習(xí)慣。

5、深入鉆研教材，認(rèn)真設(shè)計好每一節(jié)課，及時反饋課堂中的不足，提高課堂教學(xué)效率。

6、利用多媒體的輔助手段，調(diào)動學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性，教學(xué)英語歌及chant ,教學(xué)小故事，情境創(chuàng)設(shè)等，初步嘗試課本劇的表演，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生濃厚的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。

7、自覺學(xué)習(xí)教育理論與專著，適時撰寫教學(xué)反思、經(jīng)驗、案例，提高自身素質(zhì)，為教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提高打好基礎(chǔ)。

8、利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)教研開闊自己的眼界，積極參加網(wǎng)絡(luò)教研活動，參與評論，參與探討。多向有經(jīng)驗的老師請教與學(xué)習(xí)，取他人之長，補自己之短。
