小學四年級英語教學計劃

一、學生知識能力習慣態度分析 四年級的大部分學生對英語有著較濃厚的學習興趣，但也有少數學生由于遇到困難，學習興 趣會隨之減弱。尤其從這學期開始，對學生又提出了新的要求：培養聽、說、讀、寫的技能。所以教師應該面向全體學生，以學生的發展為宗旨，始終把激發學生的學習興趣放在首位，引導學生端正學習態度，掌握良好的學習方法，培養學生良好的學習習慣

二、教學目的任務

1、能按四會、三會的要求掌握所學單詞。

2、能按四會要求掌握所學句型。

3、能使用日常交際用語，活用四會句型，進行簡單的交流，做到大膽開口，發音正確。

4、能在圖片、手勢、情境等非語言提示的幫助下，聽懂清晰的話語和錄音。

5、初步培養良好的書寫習慣，能做到書寫整潔、規范。

五、教學措施 鑒于以上原因，本學期我將從以下方面著手展開教學：

2、融會話教學與情景表演之中。

3、巧用實物、卡片、chant 及肢體語言等來幫助進行單詞教學。

4、利用讀寫課等時間對學生進行單詞書寫的指導。

5、繼續加強基礎部分的教學，同時采用小老師帶徒弟的辦法，幫助學習相 對滯后的同學。

6、針對部分學生“喂不飽”的現象，本學期繼續把 C 部分的教學內容滲透 到 AB 的教學環節中，同時繼續加強口語練習和日常用語教學，以不斷擴充學 生的英語信息量。

7、在課堂上盡力運用小組競賽法，調動學生學習英語的積極性。

小學英語四年級教學工作總結

光陰似箭，一轉眼一個學期已經過去,回顧教學工作.有令人欣慰的 收獲,又有困饒自己教學的不足.本學期我擔任四年級的英語教學工作，我始終堅持課前認真備課，做到既備教材，又備學生 學生，因材施教，努力 學生 實施課堂改革，積極探索小學英語快樂課堂，小學階段英語教學的目的 是：激發學生 學生學習英語的興趣，培養學生學習英語的積極性，使他們樹立學習英語的自信心，同時培養學生一定的語感和良好的語音、語調基 礎，為進一步學習打下基礎。

在英語課堂教學中，怎樣創設良好的學習氛圍、激發學生的學習興趣是小學英語教學工作的重要一環。下面結合 教學實踐，我把本學期的教學工作總結如下：

一、認真備課、面向全體授課 在教學中，認真備課，認真閱讀各種教科參考書，結合自己的教學 經驗與學生的學習情況，認真編寫好教案制定好教學計劃，并不斷地加 以改善修改，在傳授學生知識的同時，關心愛護學生，特別是差生，課 堂密切注意他們，教育他們求學勿半途而廢，在思想教育的同時，還耐 心地輔導學生復習遺漏知識。使他們的學習成績跟上班里的其他同學。幫助他們樹立學好各門知識的信心。

二、在課堂教學中 第一、在課堂上，認真授課，采用多媒體教學及運用實物教具、簡筆畫，情景教學、手勢語言等方法來啟發、教育學生。教學生做游戲、唱英語歌等來激發學生的學習興趣。鼓勵學生大膽質疑，注重以學生為 主體、教師為導的教學方法，充分調動學生的學習積極性。學生有疑難 和不懂讀的地方，我總是不厭其煩地講解、分析、帶讀，力爭讓他們學 了就懂，懂了會用。第二、在批改作業方面。學生的作業總是及時地批改，并詳細地 做好批注，對普遍性錯誤，在全班重復講解、分析。針對個別學生的作 業還采取面批方法，一一地分析講解、幫助學生解決疑難習題，大大提 高了教學質量。第三、在聽力方面。為提高學生的聽力水平，常讓學生聽英語歌 曲及課文對話的錄音磁帶，還讓學生表演對話，背書。

三、不足之處 由于時間和精力有限，在課堂上，對于每個學生的的關注可能還不夠，對于小學的心理掌握也不太有經驗，在經后的工作中，我將加強對于每個同學的監督，保證每個同學都跟上進度，不落下任何一個有進取 心的學生。總之、一學期以來，本人勤勤墾墾地做好各項教學工作，孜孜不倦地傳授給學生各種英語知識，努力開發快樂課堂，取得了一定的成效。

“抓兩頭 帶中間”工作總結

小學階段開設英語課的目的是從小培養孩子學習英語的興趣，從小培養他們良好的語音、語調，為以后更深入地學習英語打下堅實的基礎。但如果小學階段我們的英語教學兩極分化嚴重，一部分學生開始厭惡學習英語，對英語失去興趣的話，那么，我們不得不說我們的小學英語教學是失敗的，對后進生來說則是悲慘的。因此做好后進生的轉化工作是我們進行個別教育的重中之重。

美國哈佛大學的心理學教授加德納曾提出“多元智力論”的觀點。他認為每個人都有自己的強項和弱項，每個兒童都是一個有潛能的兒童。“英語學習后進生”他學習步子或許小了些，速度或許慢了點，難道能說他明天甚至將來就沒有作為嗎？我們就不該賞識他嗎？正如世上沒有兩片完全相同的東西一樣，由于先天和后天的各種原因，造成了人與人之間的個別差異。只要我們不放棄對他的關心和培養，只要他能努力改變自己，那么就應該堅信他是完全有可能在學業上趕上甚至超過其他人的，并且相信他將來的發展是大有可為的。用伯樂的眼光來看待每一個孩子，他們都是天才，千萬別因為他一點小小的錯誤而忽視了他的存在，我們應盡可能的想辦法幫助他提高。

一、進行有效的分組。

每個學生在學習過程中接受知識能力、速度和水平以及他在家和在校學習的自覺性都是不均衡的，我們要把他們進行歸類、分層，分成學習快速層A，中儼鉈和慢速層C。然后再進行小組搭配。使英語學習后進生有了組長的指導，可以大膽在交流中發表自己的意見，又激發了學生們的團結合作意識，增強英語學習后進生的學習熱情。

二、，努力提高課堂注意力。

讓孩子注意力集中的最好辦法就是盡可能地讓學習任務更加有趣，并給他即時的獎勵。為了在課堂上更吸引他們的學習注意力，提高學習效率要注意以下幾個方面：

1、上課時，教師盡可能多地用抑揚頓挫、語調豐富的英語并配以豐富的表情和手勢來組織課堂教學。要善于使用微笑教學，并輔之于風趣、幽默，往往充滿誘因或懸念的語言，能給學生創造一個開放寬松的教學環境。

2、把“舞臺”讓給學生，更要把舞臺讓給那些學習后進生。這就要求我們教師在教學時更要采用活動教學和直觀教學等來減輕學習后進生的畏懼感。多給他們一些不是很難的任務去完成，這樣能很快體驗到成功感。漸漸地，他們也會愛上英語課，愿意主動地學。

3、設計的任務要考慮英語學習后進生的可接受性，比如在教了新句型時，我要求其他小朋友能表演對話，而對于英語學習后進生只要求能模仿對話；教了新單詞，課堂發言時要求其他小朋友能聽中文說英文，而英語學習后進生能聽著英文指中文，當他們順利完成任務時也要毫不吝嗇的給他們“Well done!”“Excellent!”等這樣的表揚，這能很好保護他們的學習熱情，三、明確任務、主動學習。

在每堂課上，應該讓學生明確自己在課堂上應該怎樣表現，應該做些什么。

1、小組比賽就是以小組進行比，我把他們的隊名寫在黑板上進行評選，以答對次數多和認真聽講為標準，一節課下來評出的前三名組每人都可以獲得一個笑臉，因為是他們共同努力的結果。

2、每個人還要通過英語基本關，也就是每次上課的內容如果能到組長那兒背出、英語學習后進生要能很流利讀出就能獎勵一個笑臉，每節課前，利用幾分鐘時間進行聽寫考核。如果能拿到及格等級就可以獎勵。

四、多指導、多表揚

要經常召集所有的后進生，多和他們交流，談談他們最近的表現，并抓住他們的點滴進步進行夸大表揚。通過表揚孩子的學習過程可以幫助孩子積極樂觀、有毅力的學習，即使遭受困難的學習任務也不會輕易放棄。

總之，在日常教學工作中，我們應該多給他們一些關心，多給他們一些幫助。用老師的心靈去感化他們，用老師的智慧去激勵他們，用成功建立他們的信心。讓他們在成功的喜悅中一點一滴地成長，讓他們在成功的喜悅中感受自己的價值。

一、教學內容

通過本節課的學習，學生能夠掌握對話A和English book, math book, Chinese book, story-book, notebook, schoolbag這幾個單詞。

二、理論指導

學生在明確的任務目標的驅動下，主動參與課堂實踐，真正實現了以話題為核心，以任務為主線，任務以活動為載體，活動以學生為中心。學生在教師的指導下，通過感知、體驗、實踐、參與和合作等方式學習和使用英語，完成學習任務。《國家基礎教育英語課程標準》建議教師在課堂教學中采用實踐性強、具有明確任務的“任務型”學習方式，使學生帶著明確的任務目標，通過實踐、思考、調查、討論、交流和合作等方式積極主動地進行學習英語。它將英語課程的總體目標確定為培養學生綜合運用語言的能力，而這一能力的形成是建立在學生的語言技能、語言知識、情感態度、學習策略和文化意識等素養整合發展的基礎上的。《課程標準（實驗稿）》指出基礎教育階段英語課程的任務是：激發和培養學生學習英語的興趣，使學生樹立自信心，養成良好的學習習慣和形成有效的學習策略。

三、教學目標:

2、過程與方法

本節課通過引導學生完成“認識小木偶的各種教科書”，“幫老師找書”，“聽指令出示各種書”，“給書貼標簽”，“向外國朋友售書”等一連串的小任務，滲透本節課的主要單詞和句型，讓學生在任務的驅動下感知新知，練習新知，鞏固新知和運用新知，循序漸進地培養學生的語言運用能力。

3、情感、態度和價值觀

（1）情感態度：在學習教科書名稱時讓學生了解課本的重要性，教育他們愛護課本，愛護書籍。

（2）學習策略：在各種任務型活動中注重小組協作學習，培養學生小組合作學習的能力。

（3）文化目標：了解中國古代的四大發明：造紙術、火藥、指南針和印刷術。了解我國是歷史悠久的文明古國，激發學生的愛國熱情和民族自豪感。

四、教學重、難點分析

Task 2: 教師用小木偶介紹書包里的各種書。

整體呈現本節課的新單詞和新句型，讓學生集中注意力，整體感知新知。

教師再次展示書本并一一教學這些單詞。引導學生學做小木偶，為小木偶配音。

Task 3: 請學生幫助老師找書。

學生把貼好標簽的書擺放整齊，布置成一個書店，一部分學生扮演外國朋友到書店買書。

七、小結

在此教學案例中，我設計了一系列相關的與學生生活息息相關的小任務構成一個任務鏈，學生在教師的引導下，有目的有秩序地完成這些環環相扣的小任務后，不知不覺地學會了本節課要求掌握的語言知識。本節課通過創設模擬情境，提供大量機會給學生運用語言，能夠很好地培養學生綜合運用語言的能力。
