本學(xué)期,我任教六年級兩個班共有學(xué)生73名。經(jīng)過六年級上期一學(xué)期的接觸,他們在學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度、能力、習(xí)慣卻存在三種情況:第一,大部分學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度是端正的,他們的學(xué)習(xí)主動意識很強(qiáng),家長的配合也很到位,這部分學(xué)生是班上的優(yōu)等生,兩個班學(xué)生總數(shù)占50%以上。對于這些孩子,在教學(xué)上,老師不用費心。第二,大約30%的孩子是屬于基礎(chǔ)較好,學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度端正,有上進(jìn)心,自尊心強(qiáng),但是自覺性較差的學(xué)生,對于這些孩子,潛力較大,成績可上可下,教師時刻也不能放松。第三,有20%左右的學(xué)生對英語卻愈乏興趣,他們本身記憶力不高,理解能力不強(qiáng),學(xué)習(xí)上“畏難”情緒較重,加之家長配合不到位,他們的成績是可想而知的,他們是讓很頭痛!所以本學(xué)期的重點應(yīng)做好后進(jìn)生的轉(zhuǎn)化工作,教師對這部分學(xué)生要特別予以關(guān)照,以促使他們養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)英語的習(xí)慣,激發(fā)學(xué)習(xí)英語的熱情和自信心,從而提高學(xué)習(xí)成績。
四、教學(xué)措施
