小升初前期的授課內(nèi)容圍繞以下三個(gè)方面展開(kāi):(1)復(fù)習(xí)課文中的重要單詞,詞匯及句子的用法,主要是跟著學(xué)校老師的進(jìn)度查漏補(bǔ)缺,進(jìn)行了鞏固和強(qiáng)化。(2)重要語(yǔ)法知識(shí)點(diǎn)的學(xué)習(xí),系統(tǒng)復(fù)習(xí)了課文經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的語(yǔ)法知識(shí)點(diǎn)。包括:一般將來(lái)時(shí)的用法;人稱代詞和物主代詞的用法;一般疑問(wèn)句的用法;助動(dòng)詞人稱和數(shù)的變化;各種疑問(wèn)詞的用法總結(jié)等。
一些認(rèn)真、勤奮的孩子,書本知識(shí)學(xué)得比較扎實(shí),輔導(dǎo)時(shí)也很專心和投入。如果對(duì)單詞、課文掌握得比較牢固,對(duì)學(xué)過(guò)的語(yǔ)法知識(shí)也應(yīng)該大體可以運(yùn)用。普遍的不足之處在于:(1)知識(shí)的廣度和深度不夠,例如詞匯量?jī)H限于PEP教材,小升初考試中是不夠的需要擴(kuò)充詞匯量;(2)知識(shí)的綜合運(yùn)用能力欠缺,如句型轉(zhuǎn)換一直是難點(diǎn),還沒(méi)有突破。(3)對(duì)很多語(yǔ)法規(guī)則存在模棱兩可的問(wèn)題,做題時(shí)容易混淆。

筆者作為培訓(xùn)學(xué)校的教師,職業(yè)習(xí)慣使然,愛(ài)觀察愛(ài)思考,故總結(jié)把自己課堂上一些有益孩子進(jìn)步的事情拿來(lái)分享!
小六班上有兩大特點(diǎn):
1、孩子、家長(zhǎng)數(shù)目基本相當(dāng)。
2、家長(zhǎng)學(xué)得比孩子認(rèn)真!其中,令我難忘的是,家長(zhǎng)們往往在課上或課下對(duì)孩子進(jìn)行二次輔導(dǎo),原因的也很簡(jiǎn)單---自己孩子還不會(huì)學(xué),看到孩子手忙口亂,看在眼里急在心中,加之不少家長(zhǎng)英文水平較高,便越俎代皰,直接上陣。可是,這種做法是否可取呢?
經(jīng)過(guò)多年教學(xué)實(shí)踐及思考,筆者總結(jié)三點(diǎn):
1、孩子需要自主學(xué)習(xí)!學(xué)習(xí)是孩子的任務(wù),應(yīng)該獨(dú)立完成,有問(wèn)題及時(shí)請(qǐng)教老師!家長(zhǎng)最好起后勤支援作用,即使完全能教孩子,也面臨著耐心、專業(yè)等諸多實(shí)際困難,且可以成倍增加孩子依賴心理,鄭淵潔式的育子成功案例少之又少!
2、孩子需要培養(yǎng)習(xí)慣!家長(zhǎng)幫孩子養(yǎng)成好習(xí)慣,如授人以漁,影響深遠(yuǎn)。上課認(rèn)真聽(tīng)課,學(xué)會(huì)記筆記;下課及時(shí)復(fù)習(xí),能夠獨(dú)立思考。好習(xí)慣既能提高成績(jī),又能培訓(xùn)性格,何樂(lè)而不為?
3、家長(zhǎng)需要培養(yǎng)耐心!這種現(xiàn)象常見(jiàn)于父母畢業(yè)于頂極名校,想想自己學(xué)生時(shí)代那也是威風(fēng)八面,自己的后代怎么這么差,面子住哪里擱啊!其實(shí),我們想想看,小六英語(yǔ)的內(nèi)容相當(dāng)于家長(zhǎng)們初高中的水平,孩子們年紀(jì)小,接受、理解能力畢竟有限,特別是英語(yǔ),是個(gè)慢功夫的學(xué)科,所以還是那句老話”欲速則不達(dá)“!這方面不乏成功例證:筆者班上的小六學(xué)生,09年暑期班剛來(lái)時(shí),基礎(chǔ)薄弱、聽(tīng)不懂課、不敢發(fā)言,家長(zhǎng)很是擔(dān)心,也起了退課的念頭。我便告訴家長(zhǎng),孩子的現(xiàn)狀不是現(xiàn)在造成的,現(xiàn)在不追,初一處境同樣被動(dòng)。家長(zhǎng)聽(tīng)后,估計(jì)也是半信半疑,但一直跟著我學(xué)過(guò)一年四期課,功會(huì)不負(fù)有心人,孩子進(jìn)了RDF。
當(dāng)然孩子各自情況不同,需要具體問(wèn)題具體分析。
