原宣武學(xué)校分成東西兩片

早在2010年兩區(qū)合并之初，如何統(tǒng)一“小升初”政策就是家長(zhǎng)和學(xué)生們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。因?yàn)樵鞒菂^(qū)是北京市最先實(shí)行“小升初”電腦派位的，而原宣武區(qū)在北京市率先取消了“小升初”電腦派位，主要采取對(duì)口入學(xué)的方式。如何將二者進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一，成為兩區(qū)合并后面臨的一道難題。經(jīng)過(guò)大半年研究，西城區(qū)最終決定將南、北兩片的“小升初”入學(xué)方式統(tǒng)一成“計(jì)算機(jī)派位”與多種招生方式相結(jié)合。

按照方案，原宣武區(qū)的學(xué)校被劃分成為東、西兩片。其中，東片的炭?jī)汉W(xué)、后孫公園小學(xué)、琉璃廠小學(xué)等11所小學(xué)對(duì)應(yīng)著15中、43中、62中等7所中學(xué);西片的上斜街小學(xué)、康樂里小學(xué)、北京小學(xué)等17所小學(xué)對(duì)應(yīng)著14中、15中、63中等9所中學(xué)。

“我們是根據(jù)南片學(xué)校和學(xué)生的數(shù)量進(jìn)行劃片的。”西城區(qū)教委副主任解釋。據(jù)了解，西城區(qū)2011年“小升初”學(xué)生共有近8000人，其中，北片約有6000人，南片約有2000人。除亞太實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校、育才學(xué)校、育榮實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校因九年一貫制被單列出來(lái)外，其它學(xué)校被劃分成7片，每片學(xué)生在千人左右。

推優(yōu)增加兩個(gè)志愿

由于采取了統(tǒng)一政策，2011年，無(wú)論西城區(qū)南片還是北片的特長(zhǎng)生和推優(yōu)生，都可享受“跨區(qū)選校”的待遇。學(xué)生既可以報(bào)北片學(xué)校，也可以報(bào)南片學(xué)校，從而有了更多的選擇機(jī)會(huì)。

據(jù)了解，2011年西城區(qū)“小升初”推優(yōu)比例仍在30%左右，但每個(gè)推優(yōu)生最多可以填報(bào)5個(gè)志愿，比2010年多出兩個(gè)。藝術(shù)、科技、體育特長(zhǎng)生填報(bào)的志愿數(shù)不變，仍為兩個(gè)。據(jù)了解，參加推優(yōu)的學(xué)校共有45所，既有四中、八中、三帆中學(xué)等名校，也有華夏女子中學(xué)、月壇中學(xué)等特色校，還有廣安中學(xué)、裕中中學(xué)等普通校。

經(jīng)認(rèn)定的藝術(shù)教育特色學(xué)校、體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校和科技教育示范學(xué)校原則上面向西城區(qū)接收特長(zhǎng)生。相關(guān)學(xué)校會(huì)將區(qū)教委批準(zhǔn)的本校招生項(xiàng)目、招生區(qū)域范圍及招生人數(shù)向社會(huì)公示，并在區(qū)教委和相關(guān)部門統(tǒng)一組織下，對(duì)經(jīng)資格認(rèn)定的報(bào)名學(xué)生進(jìn)行專項(xiàng)測(cè)試。測(cè)試內(nèi)容僅限學(xué)生所報(bào)特長(zhǎng)項(xiàng)目，學(xué)校將依據(jù)專項(xiàng)測(cè)試成績(jī)錄取學(xué)生。

推優(yōu)生和特長(zhǎng)生被錄取后，不再參加其它招生方式入學(xué)及劃片派位。

回區(qū)就讀學(xué)生可雙向選擇

2011年，對(duì)于在外區(qū)小學(xué)就讀、戶口所在地或住所地在西城區(qū)，并已辦理參加西城區(qū)升學(xué)手續(xù)的小學(xué)畢業(yè)生，將首次實(shí)行雙向選擇入學(xué)。

按照規(guī)定，這些學(xué)生需持《學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)手冊(cè)》在規(guī)定時(shí)間到志愿學(xué)校申請(qǐng)入學(xué)，由志愿學(xué)校結(jié)合本校辦學(xué)特點(diǎn)，根據(jù)對(duì)學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)錄取學(xué)生。參加雙向選擇入學(xué)的中學(xué)與參加推優(yōu)的中學(xué)相同。

據(jù)悉，寄宿學(xué)校(班)可自主確定招生范圍，其招生區(qū)域范圍及招生人數(shù)需向社會(huì)公示。凡自愿申請(qǐng)進(jìn)入寄宿校(班)就讀的學(xué)生，入學(xué)時(shí)須向?qū)W校出示學(xué)生本人2011年4月份以后在北京市區(qū)縣級(jí)以上醫(yī)院進(jìn)行一般性體格檢查合格的體檢證明。民辦(私立)學(xué)校可參照寄宿學(xué)校(班)的招生辦法。招生時(shí)間可與其它公辦學(xué)校同期或在其之后進(jìn)行。適當(dāng)減少共建單位和學(xué)校

西城區(qū)教委表示，被批準(zhǔn)接收“共建”生的學(xué)校，將嚴(yán)格按照有關(guān)精神接收“共建”單位職工子弟入學(xué)。今后，區(qū)教委將嚴(yán)格控制、適當(dāng)減少“共建”單位數(shù)量和接收“共建”單位職工子弟數(shù)量，原則上不再增加新的共建單位和共建學(xué)校。但是，駐區(qū)部隊(duì)“雙擁共建班”將保留。

另?yè)?jù)了解，在西城區(qū)小學(xué)借讀、無(wú)北京市正式常住戶口的西城區(qū)小學(xué)畢業(yè)生，可申請(qǐng)參加多種招生辦法和推薦派位入學(xué)，也可按借讀小學(xué)所在派位片參加劃片派位入學(xué)。
