一、活動目的和意義

1.激發同學們對英語的學習激情，營造學習英語的良好氛圍；

2.培養同學們的團隊合作精神與競爭意識;

3.豐富同學們的課余生活，為他們提供一個自我展示與鍛煉的平臺；

4.為全國英語競賽中我系學生能取得優異成績做準備。

二、參賽對象

全院大一，大二，大三全體學生

三、活動準備

1.宣傳工作：

①聯系各系學生會兄弟部門，下發比賽通知和流程，并召集我系各班班長開會，做好本系的宣傳工作

②聯系各系宣傳部出海報對本活動同步宣傳

③聯系英語協會進行同步宣傳

2.報名工作：

以系為單位報名，四至五人人一組（其中一人為領隊），原則上每系不得少于三支參賽隊，參賽隊報名信息統一時間（暫定為****晚6:00—8:00）統一交至****學生會，由學習部匯總報名信息，并提醒各參賽隊熟悉比賽流程，做好賽前準備。

3.賽前準備：

①聯系英語組老師出第一輪競賽試題（競賽試題適量

添加趣味題，打破常規英語考試模式，旨在考察參賽選手英語功底和團結合作精神），并邀請有關老師和各系團總支、學生會主席、英語協會相關負責人做決賽評委和嘉賓； ②借好初賽教室，印制比賽試題，借用決賽彩排和決賽場地

四、大賽具體流程： 初賽：

1.11月17日下午2：00至3：00（暫定），各參賽隊由小組所有成員共同配合，在規定時間內完成一份競賽試題（提前十五分鐘到場，并安排工作人員組織簽到）；地點待定；

2.11月17至18日完成閱卷，并以海報的形式公布成績，成績記為該隊四人的總成績，取成績前六的參賽隊進入下一輪競賽

3.初賽完成后統一各系負責人同步對本系決賽參賽隊進行宣傳

4.11月19日晚9:00組織各隊負責人在本系學生會抽簽決定決賽上場次序和決賽“英語舞臺劇”表演主題 決賽：

①決賽前統一召集決賽參賽隊開會，熟悉比賽流程，做好賽前準備，參賽隊可自行制作PPT，下載背景音樂，如需借演出道具、服裝，可由各系自行聯系；

②聯系院主持人部邀請決賽主持；聯系模特協會邀請決賽禮儀小姐；聯系院學生會相關部門對彩排和決賽音響設備進行調控；協調我系其他部門協助本次比賽其他工作（如：秩序維持，舞臺布置等）

③）11月23日晚6:00大學生活動中心進行決賽第一次彩排；參與人：各參賽隊，各系負責人，院學生會宣企部，我系各部門負責人

④11月25日晚6:00大學生活動中心進行第二次彩排；參與人：各參賽隊，各系負責人，主持人，院學生會宣企部，我系各部門負責人

⑤11月26日晚6:00大學生活動中心進行第三次彩排；參與人：各參賽隊，各系負責人，主持人，院學生會宣企部，我系各部門工作人員，禮儀小姐）

⑥決賽規則：

1.決賽主要以英語舞臺劇形式呈現，共分為兩個環節： 第一環節： 選手風采亮相

由各隊的領隊帶領本參賽隊及本隊隊員以特別的方式進行自我介紹（可以編制英文歌曲或舞蹈搭配英文格言等），本環節評委會以印象分數記錄

第二環節：舞臺劇展示

各隊按抽簽順序對各自英語舞臺劇進行展示

第三環節：即興配音

播放一段無聲視頻，參賽隊根據視頻進行角色分配

并表演（有兩分鐘的準備），（旨在考察選手英語功底和團隊合作能力以及默契程度）

五、獎項設置

一等獎：1名，獎金500/隊及榮譽證書1份/人；

二等獎：1名，獎金300/隊及榮譽證書1份/人；

三等獎：2名，精美紀念品1份/人及榮譽證書1份/人；最佳表演獎：1名，精美紀念品1份/人及榮譽證書1份/人；

最佳創意獎：1名，精美紀念品1份/隊及榮譽證書1份/人；

六、經費預算：

獎金：500+300*2+4*100（精美紀念品）=1500元榮譽證書：21*5=105元

評委禮品：（初賽）20*3+（決賽）30*5=210元試卷費，請柬，茶水費等不可預測費用400元

決賽燈光，舞臺布置、渲染，主持人服裝、化妝等5000元

總計：7215元

少兒英語舞臺劇

突破培訓學校招生困境

一、活動主題：

1．活動名稱：一劇一展演

六一兒童喜樂會 2．活動目的：

? 籌備一期“高、大、上”的國際型六一兒童節； ? 培養學生學習英語的興趣，增長學生“說”英語的自信； ? 豐富老生校內活動，增加家長滿意度

? 企業形象的宣傳，擴大影響力和知名度，獲取更多新生信息； ? 活動后，數據分析及生源轉換方案

3．活動時間：6月1日星期一晚18:00-21:00 4．活動地點：可根據活動報名人數進行校區合并

5．形勢定位：玩游戲，節目表演

6．活動對象：學校的老師、學校的學生、非本學校的學生以及家長 7．主辦單位：XX培訓學校

二、活動實施：

（一）前期準備：

a、XX劇社成立，現免費招募小演員（注：起初針對本校學生，一

周結束招募，采用限時限人饑餓式，人數根據選劇差異決定，建議先編排3到4組）b、宣傳工作

1、海報：根據選劇提供的海報自行添加文字

2、橫幅：在學校前臺接待處掛上橫幅，以起到大范圍地宣傳效果。

3、網絡：在本校的微信公眾平臺以及微博上發帖。

4、前臺接待：前臺先初步登記好報名學生的特長以及聯系方式，以便后續的海選工作開展；

c、XX劇社首屆海選；（評審老師需備注好每位參賽選手的才藝，留檔）；

d、演員確定，劇本的排練（根據所提供的腳本，進行劇目的排練日程）；

e、六一大型國際兒童匯演終極PK賽（注：需學校設計觀眾入場券，準備好觀眾投票所需的筆、紙以及投票箱）； f、終極演員表公布，終極節目的排練；

（二）活動安排

1、活動教室的布置：板書噴繪、氣球、彩帶、留念禮物；

2、活動人員的安排：照相組（任務：負責前期到后期的照片采集，及時通過各個營銷渠道播報出去，譬如微博、微信、微官網的宣傳）、主持組（任務：主持人的篩選工作、主持人的排練工作）、音樂組（DV攝像、音響的安排）、節目組（任務：負責排練六一兒童節所有節目，包括完成節目收集、篩選以及節目后期的彩排工作、負責節目的編排以及晚會全套流程的銜接、準備好晚會需要的一切服裝、負責晚會的串詞、晚會主題的設計、晚會節目單的制作）、道具組（任務：兒童節的場地布置、舞臺的設計、燈光的設計、獎品的準備）、后勤組（負責會場紀律維持、學員簽到、以及會場后勤保障）

3、活動節目環節： 第一環節：播放http://music.haosou.com/playbox/index.html#loaded=true|opener= a、開場舞：可以截選凌智教育提供的舞臺劇里的舞蹈； b、主持人介紹本晚會、嘉賓、并宣布晚會開始；(主持人的臺詞盡量避免英漢互譯的形式，最好采用對話的形式來達到翻譯的目的，一個人說英語，一個人說中文，這樣，既自然又不過于僵硬)

c、嘉賓發表講話；

d、根據策劃小組安排的節目進行演出

（1）外教節目：由XX老師負責（2）學員團體節目：由XX老師負責（3）全英文舞臺劇上演（4）互動游戲：

《頂氣球》趣味游戲規則：

1）、賽制：比賽分6隊進行單淘汰制。經過抽簽每兩個隊之間進行比賽，勝隊進入第二輪，負隊淘汰。每場比賽每隊上場4人，至少1名女隊員。

2）、開球：裁判中線拋球，球飄往哪方場內，由哪

一方首先接球。

3）、接球：隊員只能用頭頂球，頭部以外任意部位

觸球，視為違例；

4）、得分：球在本方區域內（以中線為界分割）觸

及地面，對方得1分；隊員違例一次，對方的1分

5）、勝負：在3分鐘內，率先獲得3分的球隊獲勝。

如在3分鐘內沒有一個隊獲得3分，加發“點球”。

6）、點球：由裁判在中線向上拋球，雙方隊員用口

吹氣（不得用身體任意部位觸球），球一旦進入一方場區觸及場區任何東西，則對方獲勝。

（5）、中文歌曲或是舞蹈（6）、互動游戲：

乒乓球接力游戲規則： 1）、每組4-5人，共分3組；

2）、參加活動隊員用吸管將乒乓球從A箱吸出，依

次傳遞（不得用手接觸乒乓球，違者視為此次傳遞失敗），到達B箱，規定時間內傳遞乒乓球數量多者獲勝。

（7）、抽獎環節一：

即時驚喜抽獎：參加晚會者，全部參加即時驚喜抽獎節日，請來賓保管好自己的號碼，即抽即送，驚喜帶給您！（注：此次活動僅限活動當晚有效；每人當晚中獎僅限一次，重復中獎取最大；制作彩票箱一只，來賓入場券，入場時發放，留下副券）

第二環節：新課展示一:暑假特色課程（20元學英語）學校有引進新的項目，那么，就要在這個時候做好新課的展示。例如，學校要開新的口語特色課程，那么，就需要老師準備一個用英語說的繞口令，搭配快板，繪聲繪色表演出來。結束的時候，需要主持人的配合，如主持人的串詞是大家覺得這種課有意思不？想不想以后都換成這種模式上課呢？那么，接下來還會有更多的驚喜等著你們！

（8）、互動游戲： 豎鉛筆游戲規則：

1）、在規定時間內，參加隊員用嘴唇將橫放在桌面的鉛筆豎起，不得用手接觸鉛筆；

2）、規定時間內，豎起數量最多者勝利。（9）、英文詩歌朗誦

第三環節：有獎問答

獎品：書包、筆記本、免費試聽課券、筆、糖果盒、水杯、文具盒等

第五環節：兒童節禮物的發放

小孩子收到禮物后，每人發一張賀卡，給自己的家

長寫祝福語，與此同時，課程顧問需在這期間，做好家長報班的說服工作。

（以上只是節目類型，詳細節目另制定節目單）

（三）晚會所需物品：彩燈、六一小禮物、氣球、禮花、彩噴、彩帶、彩條、熒光棒、水果、瓜子、水果糖、紙杯、吸管、乒乓球。

2、工作組在尚未開展自己的工作或完成自己的工作時，請自覺參加其他工作組的工作以加快整體工作進度。

3、晚會結束后立即開展清理會場工作，各負責人完成自己的工作即可離開會場。

晚會結束后的客戶回訪工作：

1、會場每個家長需掃學校的二維碼（務必做到）

2、結束時，每個小朋友寫一張祝福賀卡，送給自己的父母（注明父母的姓名、電話、工作單位，以郵寄的形式將祝福送到家長的手中）。

3、電話回訪：把當天錄制的視頻發到家長的郵箱中，同時，回訪一下他們對于我們學校的課程是如何看待的。

第三篇：舞臺劇策劃方案(可通用)

為了豐富XX文化，營造XX世外桃源的氛圍，擴大XX旅游產業在全球的知名度，深化XX的文化底蘊，提高部門工作能力，豐富XX市民業余生活，（并且向XX市民普及“魅力XX，從我做起”，向世界人民展示XX，讓世界人民讀懂XX，了解XX。）特舉辦XX舞臺劇。

（1）劇本搜集：搜集劇本，以及各地宣傳舞臺劇，于XXXX前上交并經過篩選確定最終使用劇本

（2）成立劇組：組織部負責邀請有經驗的舞臺劇劇組

（3）演員選拔：從市委或者民間選出適合出演劇本的優秀人才，具體方法如下：

一、活動選拔形式：

由參加報名者通過個人才藝展示和即興話劇表演兩個環節的展示自己與團隊的能力后由評委與外來嘉賓進行系統的審核評分。最后由舞臺劇負責人和導演根據選手的表現為其分配角色，并確定最終話劇的出演人員。

二、活動舉辦階段：

由公安負責會場秩序，并安排參賽選手依次有序入場，選手入場時通過抽簽確定編號（編號對應劇本），進入第一環節的選拔：自我介紹與個人才藝表演（6分鐘左右）；全部表演完成后，進入第二環節：根據編號對應的劇本，以小組為單位，輪流上場進行話劇表演（時間控制在4~8分鐘）；
