三、畢業創作（設計）作品基本信息:

包括：作品名稱、尺寸（以CM為單位）、種類、作品的創作說明（內容簡明扼要，不超過60字）

四、畢業生的姓名、專業、班級、指導教師姓名

要求：

1.上述第三、四項要求用WORLD文檔形式書寫，并提交電子版。

3.以上信息在5月26日前由各專業（教研室）干事統一上交至遲儉輝老師處。
