中午我返回課室，帶著疑惑和一些老師溝通交流。我與老師都會贊揚職校的管理制度。自身靜下心來細心想一想：初中教育和高等職業教育的總體目標不一樣，大家老師是務必讓學生升學，而職校沒有升學的工作壓力，學生能夠個性化發展趨勢。也就是說，在職校的小孩，每一個人都找到信心和自身前行的方位。學生自身本質造成了驅動力，那麼孩子成長一定是順向的發展趨勢。和公司辦公室老師在溝通交流的全過程中，老師們嘴中說得數最多的就這樣的事例：中學太差的學生，來到職校以后都是有了非常好的發展趨勢，有的考入了高校，有的自身設立了企業，也有的出國留學數不勝數，舉不勝舉。
