問題1:如果我錄用你，你認為你在這份工作上會待多久呢？

朋友的公司想招聘幾位會計人員，過來請我幫忙，讓我替其公司出一份測試應聘者會計業務水平的試卷。我的建議是：“你們招聘的只是會計核算崗位的人員，應聘條件又要求具備會計類專業中專以上學歷，組織個面試就夠了。我幫你出三道面試題，測試一下應聘者的會計基本功。”我告訴他，這三道面試題都是會計專業中最基礎的問題，看似簡單，但要答好也不容易。現在很多學生，學知識囫圇吞棗，即使專業考試成績優秀，也多是憑死記硬背的，其理解分析能力比較差。這會計面試須知的三道題正是用來考核他們的專業知識是否扎實。我出的三道面試題是：首先問：流動資產和非流動資產的劃分依據是什么？（30分）如果應聘者能按標準答案的意思作答，你可以追問他：這個劃分依據，出自哪一個具體準則？如果他能答出是《企業會計準則第30號—— —財務報表列報》，你可以給他再加5分的附加分。

如果應聘者回答：劃分依據是看“是否在1年內或超過1年的一個營業周期內變現”。這時，你給他評20分，并夸獎他學得不錯，同時善意提醒他，這是以前會計教材中的說法，現在新準則的說法已經不同了，要注意知識更新。

如果應聘者回答：劃分依據是看“是否在1年內變現”。這可能是最大眾化的答案，你給他評10分。同時，反問他：為什么企業的一些存貨、應收賬款，變現時間實際上超過了1年，還依然在資產負債表的流動資產項目中列示？他如果通過思考，又補充回答出“這是因為其能在超過1年的一個營業周期內變現”，你可以給他再加5分的附加分，評15分。接著問：對一個企業而言，營業周期是什么意思？如何知曉企業的一個營業周期是多長時間？（30分）如果應聘者能按標準答案的意思作答，你可以追問他：“不同企業的營業周期是否相同？同一企業不同年份的企業周期是否相同？”如果他能答出“都是不同的”，你可以給他再加5分的附加分，評35分。

如果應聘者答對第一問，而答不出第二問，你給他評15分，并告訴他，這個營業周期，企業的會計人員是可以算出來的，同時告訴他計算公式是什么。

最后，給應聘者一張資產負債表、一張利潤表和一個計算器，讓他在3分鐘內算出你企業當年的營業周期是多長時間。（40分）按應聘者實際答題情況，酌情給分。
