櫻桃扦插工作總結

一.大棚建設

1.棚體

苗圃共建設日光大棚2座，每棚長45米，寬9米，高3.5米，棚架鋪薄膜為8絲白膜。棚體地面為水泥圈梁，框架為1寸—1.5寸鍍鋅管，其中大棚內部兩側立柱（間距3米）和橫梁為1寸鍍鋅管，其它部分為1.5寸鍍鋅管，每棚內各架設2道頂噴，噴頭為旋轉微噴頭(間距為2.7米)。棚內進水管道為50PVC管，噴頭主管道為50PE管。棚外2則安裝1米高防蟲網。2.棚內道路

棚內主道路寬0.96米，支路0.48米，共預留寬1.57米4道扦插苗穴盤擺放畦。3.建設費用

2個大棚建設以外包形式建設，內容包含2座日光大棚含頂噴、活動板房（約36平米）、蓄水池（約18方）、蓄水池圍欄、潛水泵（揚程25米）、棚頂遮陽網格架等費用共計75910元。二．扦插準備工作

基質配制：用育苗專用基質和素沙比例為50:1混合攪勻。基質有機物含量約45%，PH值為中性。

基質消毒：混合好的基質用800倍甲基硫菌靈噴霧，方法為邊攪拌基質邊用噴霧器均勻噴霧，最終使基質的濕度為用手抓基質稍用力捏成團手松開后基質團能散開為宜。基質消毒時注意一定要均勻噴濕全部待消毒的基質，噴霧不均勻會導致基質消毒不徹底。

裝 穴 盤：基質裝滿穴盤并用木板拍實刮平并擺放整齊。注意裝基質時，穴盤上填基質的高度應比穴盤上表面高2-3公分，再用木板拍實，這樣才能保證基質填到穴盤內的緊密度。

大棚遮陰：扦插前先拉開遮陽網進行棚體遮陰。三．扦插（周期為8月21日-8月29日）

1.剪插穗：選取櫻桃當年生半木質化枝條，每個枝條去掉枝條下端木質化程度較高的部分和枝條頂端的嫩稍，插穗長度15公分，上部剪成平口，留3片葉，每片葉剪掉1/3，留葉目的是讓插穗還能夠進行光合作用。下部剪成馬蹄形斜口，并在插穗下部3公分以下處用剪刀劃3-4道傷口待插。注意劃傷口時不能傷及木質部，插穗表皮劃傷的目的是更有利于插穗的生根。2.激素處理：剪好的插穗用20%萘乙酸配制成1000倍的溶液侵泡，侵泡時插穗下端3公分放入配制好的萘乙酸溶液中寖泡1小時后拿出待插。

3.扦插：先用比插穗略粗的木棍在穴盤孔中間打孔，深度5公分，然后拿插穗順著木棍打的孔插入插穗，深度同樣為5公分，插穗應垂直插入穴盤，并用手壓實插穗周圍基質。注意插穗插入基質后如果基質壓不實，則不利于插穗生根。

4.穴盤加濕：穴盤插滿插穗后立即用噴霧器給插滿插穗的穴盤噴水，直至穴盤底部能流出水為止。待整棚插滿后換用頂噴進行噴霧加濕。5.生根時間

經過管理人員觀察及抽查，扦插后28天生根率約為63%。四．用工及費用

櫻桃共扦插11萬株，共用191個工，費用共計191*60=11460元，用工范圍包括（棚內鋪磚、穴盤基質消毒、穴盤填基質擺放、剪插穗、插穗侵泡扦插等工作）。平均每插穗用人工費用約0.104元。五．養護

1.溫濕度控制：白天盡量使溫度達到30-35度之間，夜間20度以上為好。濕度達到70-80%。注意天氣晴朗棚溫較高時，棚內濕度如果達不到要求時，應隔20分鐘或不間斷噴霧加濕，如遇陰天，棚內濕度較高時，應根據棚內濕度情況酌情葉片加濕。秋季夜溫低于20度時，每棚安裝4個電爐子，每個功率1000瓦，給棚內加溫。注：秋季夜溫低于10度，扦插苗有落葉現象發生。

2.通風：為避免棚內扦插苗發生病害，晴天白天溫度達到28度以上時，需要給棚內通風，通風時長約3-5小時，通風時間為10點-3點。如遇溫度過高時，應根據情況增加通風時間和卷膜器卷膜高度。3.植保防治

用三乙膦酸鋁667倍液、甲托667倍和氯氰菊酯1500倍液防治葉部和桿部病蟲害。4.冬季養護

冬季扦插苗休眠后，為不使新長出根系受凍，應把扦插苗放至0-零下2度空間進行安全休眠越冬，或移至溫度較高溫室打破休眠繼續生長。六．存在問題

1.扦插時間較晚，后期溫度低影響生根。明年建議在6月份進行扦插。

2.插穗未消毒導致部分腐爛，明年用阿米西達侵插穗或穴盤插滿后立即用三乙膦酸鋁進行噴霧殺菌。

3.頂噴噴頭間距較大（2.7米）噴霧不均勻，存在盲區，噴頭間距需調至1.35米或2米。

4.夏季扦插用水量更大，需在棚外增加積水坑，把棚內積水引至棚外積水坑內。

一、實驗目的

1、掌握花卉扦插繁殖的原理和主要技術特點。

2、探究三角梅扦插不同的枝條長度及不同的基質對其成活的影響。

二、實驗原理

利用植樹物營養器官具有再生能力，能發生不定芽或不定根的習性，切取其徑的一部分，插入沙或其它基質中，使其生根、發芽成為新植株的繁殖方法。

三、材料用具 1.植物材料：三角梅

2.用具：噴霧瓶、竹片、地膜、扦插床、沙、黑土、蛭石、剪刀或小刀等。

四、方法與步驟

從校園中剪取三角梅枝條若干

（一）探究扦插枝條長度對三角梅扦插的影響

1、用剪刀分別剪取三角梅的長度分別為5cm、7.5cm、10cm、12.5cm、15cm各10支。

2、在水中浸濕，待用。

3、在扦插床上，以10支為1排進行扦插。

4、定期進行管理，適當澆水，并做實驗記錄。

（二）探究不同基質對三角梅扦插成活的影響

1、以10cm為長度，剪取三角梅枝條30支。

2、扦插床扦插分別用普通黑土壤、沙子、蛭石作為扦插基質，扦插之前對基質進行適當處理：不同基質在插床上按相同厚度鋪平，待扦插時用。

3、取處理好的三角梅枝條進行扦插，每種基質扦插10支枝條。

4、定期進行管理，適當澆水，并做實驗記錄。五.、注意事項

1.選取的插穗以老嫩適中為宜，過于柔嫩易腐爛，過老則生根緩慢。2.母本應生長強健、苗齡較小，成活率較高。3.扦插最適時期在春、夏之交。4.扦插初期，忌光照太強，適當遮蔭。
