個人年度總結(jié)

一、2015年工作內(nèi)容

1、新項(xiàng)目線體規(guī)劃，工藝分析

1.1、CD539項(xiàng)目，福特銳界扶手線體布局。整體布局理念是以熱板焊機(jī)器為參考點(diǎn)，采用U型布線。1.2、B11FL項(xiàng)目，眾泰T600扶手線體布局。在徐經(jīng)理指導(dǎo)下，第一次對產(chǎn)品工藝進(jìn)行解析，產(chǎn)品工裝進(jìn)行輸出。工藝分析過程中，識別出面套卡條與注塑件卡口不匹配問題，改善后節(jié)省50%的工時。另外制作磁鐵防錯工裝，避免磁鐵安裝不匹配的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

1.3、KC-1項(xiàng)目，吉利博瑞頭枕線體布局以及工藝分析。第一個DV項(xiàng)目的工藝分析，識別了比較多的批量生產(chǎn)分險(xiǎn)，通過推動跨部門的工藝評審會議，將開啟的重要問題點(diǎn)都解決關(guān)閉掉。

1.4、E2LB/E2SC項(xiàng)目，君威/邁銳寶頭枕骨架項(xiàng)目線體布局。過程中項(xiàng)目工程師新增了3副工裝，同時項(xiàng)目工藝變更對布線以及工裝有很大的影響，后續(xù)加強(qiáng)與項(xiàng)目工程師的溝通，更詳細(xì)的解析每個項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品。

1.5、bora derivate項(xiàng)目，大眾寶來兩廂車的頭枕扶手線體布局以及工藝分析。1.6、S700項(xiàng)目，北汽SUV扶手。

1.7、NL-3項(xiàng)目，吉利博悅前扶手線體布局與工藝分析。1.8、G7S項(xiàng)目，高爾夫7項(xiàng)目的頭枕涂油工裝制作。

1.9、C84/P84項(xiàng)目，雪鐵龍/標(biāo)致扶手頭枕項(xiàng)目工藝分析，輔助徐經(jīng)理識別生產(chǎn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)，開展工藝難點(diǎn)交流會議。

2、布局改善

2.1、B#F2打包區(qū)域改善。

通過近1周的跟進(jìn)，發(fā)現(xiàn)打包員工在待打包物料池找尋目標(biāo)打包物料耗時較長。另外打包人員不能明確知道目標(biāo)打包物料的具體數(shù)量，這一現(xiàn)象會導(dǎo)致打包產(chǎn)品頻繁切換，耗時，線邊增加未打包完成的半托物料。改良后，將待打包物料根據(jù)項(xiàng)目區(qū)分開，待打包目標(biāo)物料一幕了然，實(shí)際效果跟蹤后也比較理想。

2.2、A#F2物料區(qū)域整改。

將泡沫周轉(zhuǎn)車區(qū)域與托盤物料區(qū)域區(qū)分開來，同時將空閑區(qū)域利用起來，作為員工休息區(qū)。定義打包區(qū)域的區(qū)域劃分，溝通裝配與配送中心負(fù)責(zé)人，定時拉走待入庫成品，降低成品堆積的問題。

3、流程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化

3.1、沈陽繼峰項(xiàng)目收尾，制作完成沈陽目視化看板的中英文版本。3.2、參與廠房布局流程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化梳理，整理相關(guān)的輸入輸出資料模板。

3.3、參與項(xiàng)目工藝分析資料梳理，整理相關(guān)的輸入輸出資料模板，另外定義資料具體的輸入輸出時間點(diǎn)。

3.4、定義線體評審文件，工裝評審文件，并找體系進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。

4、其它

4.1、在屠總指導(dǎo)下，輔助配送中心主任進(jìn)行配送中心人員工作量調(diào)查核實(shí)。通過數(shù)據(jù)采集分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)配送過程中存在的一些可改善點(diǎn)，為配送中心人員調(diào)整提供了參考數(shù)據(jù)。

4.2、輔助注塑車間經(jīng)理進(jìn)行注塑車間注塑機(jī)需求核實(shí)，為注塑車間的擴(kuò)產(chǎn)提供理論依據(jù)。4.3、2CN扶手注塑件周轉(zhuǎn)車設(shè)計(jì)以及投資回報(bào)期計(jì)算，為是否制作產(chǎn)品周轉(zhuǎn)器具提供理論依據(jù)。轉(zhuǎn)沫

二、學(xué)習(xí)成果

1、布局規(guī)劃

1.1、數(shù)據(jù)處理方面：

在沈陽繼峰項(xiàng)目順利驗(yàn)收后，通過自己的總結(jié)，在數(shù)據(jù)分析處理上，自己有了一個較大的進(jìn)步。這一次的成都工廠調(diào)整，給了我一個獨(dú)立采集、分析、處理數(shù)據(jù)的機(jī)會，最終的輸出結(jié)果相對準(zhǔn)確地反應(yīng)了成都工廠的實(shí)際情況。1.2、廠房布局方面：

成都工廠的廠房布局，有了我自己的考慮，不再是純粹的復(fù)制黏貼。會結(jié)合整體的物流走向去改變局部的規(guī)劃，雖然做不到完美，相對于一年前的我還是有了一個比較明顯的進(jìn)步。1.3、新項(xiàng)目的線體布局方面：

隨著工藝分析的跟進(jìn)，對每一個新項(xiàng)目有了更進(jìn)一步的認(rèn)識。生產(chǎn)分險(xiǎn)的識別，工裝的識別讓自己能更好的將線體與產(chǎn)品結(jié)合。

2、工藝分析

2.1、產(chǎn)品工藝分析：

加強(qiáng)對產(chǎn)品的了解，通過與徐經(jīng)理討論溝通，識別出新產(chǎn)品在投產(chǎn)階段會出現(xiàn)的問題與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，開啟問題清單，組織跨部門溝通會議，通過跨部門合作盡可能在DV或者PV階段關(guān)閉問題清單，為后續(xù)的批量生產(chǎn)打一個良好的基礎(chǔ)。2.2、工裝夾具設(shè)計(jì)：

積極與研發(fā)、項(xiàng)目、工裝科溝通，通過改善產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)，制作合適的工裝夾具為批量生產(chǎn)打下基礎(chǔ)。

3、交流溝通

跨部門的會議推進(jìn)，提高了自己的溝通能力，整合能力以及協(xié)調(diào)能力。一個合適的溝通平臺，將項(xiàng)目所有相關(guān)部門信息整合到一起，避免了信息的不公開性，減少各個部門的重復(fù)勞動。

三、2016年方向

1、布局規(guī)劃

希望公司組織去看看電子行業(yè)的拉動式生產(chǎn)方式，公司內(nèi)部結(jié)合LED以及電子掃描等設(shè)備，能時實(shí)抓取生產(chǎn)的效率數(shù)據(jù)。讓員工的生產(chǎn)效率以數(shù)據(jù)的形式讓各個部門看到，從而發(fā)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)過程中的浪費(fèi)，進(jìn)行改善，提高企業(yè)勞動成本上的競爭力。

設(shè)計(jì)試制車間的IE功夫道場，結(jié)合柔性制造與新品試制導(dǎo)入于一體。

2、產(chǎn)品工藝分析

細(xì)化產(chǎn)品的工藝分析，盡可能早地介入產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目，參與2D/3D圖紙的評審，降低后續(xù)的改善成本。積累各個項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)驗(yàn)參數(shù)，與試制工藝工程師多溝通，向他們多請教，與徐經(jīng)理多溝通，提高自己工藝分析能力。

3、提高

能多點(diǎn)參觀先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)企業(yè)，對廠房布局規(guī)劃提供現(xiàn)階段的較為先進(jìn)的理念。加強(qiáng)自己的產(chǎn)品圖紙分險(xiǎn)識別能力，對經(jīng)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行積累，為產(chǎn)品工藝分析的準(zhǔn)確性打下基礎(chǔ)。
