Fifth, in the face of these challenges, we should implement the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and promote inclusive development.To achieve common development is the shared aspiration of all peoples, especially those of the developing countries.According to the relevant statistics, the Gini coefficient has exceeded the widely-recognized alarm level of 0.6 and reached around 0.7 globally.This is something that we must pay close attention to.This year, development is high on the G20 agenda, and we have committed ourselves to implement the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and formulated an action plan.第五，面對當前挑戰，我們應該落實2030年可持續發展議程，促進包容性發展。實現共同發展是各國人民特別是發展中國家人民的普遍愿望。據有關統計，現在世界基尼系數已經達到0.7左右，超過了公認的0.6“危險線”，必須引起我們的高度關注。今年，我們把發展置于二十國集團議程的突出位置，共同承諾積極落實2030年可持續發展議程，并制定了行動計劃。

黃大年同志是著名地球物理學家，生前擔任吉林大學地球探測科學與技術學院教授、博士生導師。2009年，黃大年同志毅然放棄國外優越條件回到祖國，刻苦鉆研、勇于創新，取得了一系列重大科技成果，填補了多項國內技術空白，今年1月8日不幸因病去世，年僅58歲。

會議指出，總書記心系教育，在短短一年時間里，先后對李保國同志、黃大年同志先進事跡作出重要批示指示，充分體現了總書記和黨中央對教育工作的高度重視，對廣大教育工作者的關心愛護。總書記對黃大年同志先進事跡重要指示精神，既是對黃大年同志崇高精神的高度評價，也是對廣大知識分子的勉勵要求，更是對教育事業和教育工作者的殷切希望，為我們在新形勢下弘揚敬業精神、共筑偉大夢想注入了強大思想和行動力量，將激勵、引導我們以更加昂揚的精神狀態和務實的工作作風投入教育改革發展的偉大實踐。
