石油鉆井現場安全管理工作研究

[摘要]石油的開采離不開石油鉆井，而在石油鉆井中往往存在一些安全隱患。因此，保證石油鉆井現場的安全是維持石油開采有序進行的前提，本文將對石油鉆井現場的安全管理工作進行闡釋，并且針對一些問題，提出合理的管理措施。

石油鉆井工作相較于其他工作存在特殊性，因為其地理位置的特殊，往往石油鉆井現場存在著一些安全隱患，這就導致突發事件的可能性增加以及人員的傷亡。因此，維護石油鉆井的現場安全對石油開采有著重大的意義，同時這也是不可忽視的一大課題。

石油鉆井工作的特殊性

石油鉆井屬于露天高空作業，基本上都是在鉆塔上工作，這就要求鉆塔在安裝過程中要嚴謹，安全性能要高。勞動強度十分大。由于鉆井過程中涉及的設備比較多，所以在工作過程中需要靠工作人員搬運，消費體力大，使得工作人員極易產生疲勞，從而容易發生安全事故。鉆井工作屬于交叉作業，整個過程由許多人分工合作完成，這就要求整體的合作性比較好，如果一方出現問題，則會影響整個產業[1]。另外，由于石油鉆井是露天作業，使得天氣氣候對石油鉆井工作有著很大的影響，惡劣的氣候會大大降低工作效率，對工作人員的身體也是一大嚴重損傷，同時也比較容易發生安全事故。

石油鉆井現場安全管理工作的重要性

石油資源的是否充足直接影響到國家經濟的命脈，而石油鉆井屬于石油開采過程中一個重要的環節。因此，保證石油鉆井安全有序的進行對石油開采有著重要的意義。在規范化的石油鉆井施工中，采用先進的科學技術，可以提高工作效率，減少安全責任事故的發生，消除安全隱患。同時，需要對施工單位制定科學的相關制度及措施，確保石油鉆井現場的安全性，提高生產管理與安全管理的能力[2]。

3.1 制定合理的安管管理制度并不斷完善

石油鉆井現場的安全隱患比較多，所以制定安全管理制度十分有必要，它能保證石油鉆井現場秩序良好，確保工作人員的人身安全。首先，石油企業應該與石油鉆井工作負責人進行溝通，調動各個負責人參與到制定制度中，對他們的管理任務進行合理的分配，確保每個部門之間協同合作順利完成任務。其次，建立相關的勞動管理制度和簽訂保險合同十分有必要，針對施工現場的情況，對該類制度進行妥善的規劃，科學保護每位工作人員[3]。最后，嚴格遵守現場安全管理制度工作，對石油鉆井現場工作進行合理的分配，一旦遇到緊急情況，能盡快找到第一負責人，從而對安全風險管理施以有效的管控。

3.2 石油鉆井現場的禁火措施

石油屬于易燃物，而火災在石油鉆井事故中發生的幾率較高，所以在石油鉆井現場必須嚴格禁止火，可從以下幾個方面進行：第一，嚴格根據國家的防火措施規范規定，禁止一切易燃易爆物品進入到石油鉆井現場安全范圍內，同時對現場的明火進行嚴格的控制，禁止工作人員吸煙等行為，同時也可以設立現場安全區，所有有關火的操作均到安全區進行。第二，對現場的電力線路進行嚴格的檢查，防止電線的老化引發火災的發生，并將防火措施落實到每一處，不放過任何一個細節。第三，增強工作人員的防火意識，對鉆井工作人員進行培訓，并且也要增加他們的消防技能，現場應每隔一段距離設置消防設備，以備緊急使用，嚴格控制好防火措施[4]。

3.3 提高鉆井工作人員的操作技能

石油鉆井工作對工作人員的操作技能要求很高，要求工作人員時刻保持清醒的大腦，并且熟練各種操作。據調查，由于工作人員的操作失誤而引起的安全事故占到80%之多，這就說明了工作人員的操作技能在石油鉆井過程中非常重要，并且相關部門應當予以高度重視。針對工作人員的操作技能，可以從以下幾個方面進行考慮：首先，石油企業應當對工作人員進行定期培訓和考核，對有經驗的老員工進行獎勵，同時提高工作人員的積極性，引起他們的高度重視，可以采用獎懲賞罰制度；其次，還應該采取合理的換班輪休制度。由于鉆井施工工作量較大，工作人員易疲勞導致注意力分散，所以適當的換班輪休有利于石油鉆井的安全進行，促進石油鉆井現場安全管理的提升[5]。

3.4 加強現場的安全監護工作

在石油鉆井過程中，應安排工作人員對施工現場進行全程監護，設立監護小組，遇到緊急情況隨時出動，監護人員需要對現場的工作人員進行安全的監護工作，提高其自身的安全保護意識，同時也要監督他們的違規舉動，進行及時的制止。監護人員還應該對施工現場進行安全風險評估，制定合適的策略，提前消除施工現場的安全隱患，做到未雨綢繆。在施工時，應當做好各個環節的監護，保障每個環節的順利進行，注意鉆井工作人員之間的協調配合[6]。只有做好了安全監護工作，才能盡可能消除安全隱患，保證鉆井工作安全有序地進行。所以，在石油鉆井現場安全管理工作研究中，我們應當高度重視安全監護這一項內容，這對安全管理有著進一步的提升。

3.5 工作環境的改善

鉆井工作的環境比較惡劣，工作人員心理上的負面情緒對工作產生了很大的影響。工作環境決定著一個人的工作態度和工作心理狀態，安全舒適的工作環境往往帶給人很舒適的工作空間，從而使得員工工作的積極性提高不少[7-8]。因此，不斷地改善鉆井工作的環境，是提高鉆井工作的安全性方法之一。鉆井單位可以在鉆井工作處采用安全防護裝置建立活動空間，改善工作人員的衛生環境以及他們的活動環境，使其身心能夠產生舒適感和放松感，能夠有效地調整工作人員的心理狀態。同時，我們也要留意每個工作人員的心理狀態，及時為他們的崗位作出調整，讓他們能夠很快適應自己的工作環境和工作內容，這就能有效地避免不安全的行為產生。結束語

只有制定并完善石油鉆井現場的安全管理制度，制定合理的規章制度，做好防范和監護措施，嚴格按照合理的規范操作，才能將石油鉆井工作的安全性大大提高，降低安全事故的發生可能性，提高石油鉆井的工作效率，同時也可以保證石油企業的經濟效益。

（一）設備的吊裝

1、設備搬遷前，應組織人員進行危害識別。

2、吊具、索具應與吊裝種類、吊運具體要求以及環境條件相適應。

3、作業前應對索具進行檢查，不得超過安全負荷。

4、吊裝、吊放應符合吊裝作業要求，起重作業應符合：

（1）應有專人指揮，指揮信號應明確，并待合規定。

（2）吊掛時，吊掛繩之間夾角宜小于120o。

（3）繩、鏈所經過的棱角處應加襯墊。

（4）吊車臂、懸吊物下工作區死角不應站人。

5、設備裝載合理、固定牢靠，應由承運方確認。

（二）設備的運輸

1、對運輸人員進行《現場作業安全防護規范》培訓。

2、運輸人員必需持證上崗、所有司機及乘客在車輛行駛中需系好安全帶、車內不允許吸煙、喝酒。

3、運輸過程中禁止拔接電話，如果緊急，必需將車輛靠邊停，然后再拔打接聽。

4、避免夜間長途駕駛、運輸人員在遇到大雪，大霧，冰滑路面或其它極端惡劣天氣時，應及時向負責人請示和報告，以確定是否可動車。必須保持警惕駕駛的態度并采取相應的安全預防措施。

二、現場設備安裝與拆卸

（一）設備的擺放

1、控制中心、自動節流管匯撬、回壓泵撬、材料房應擺放合理，附近應留有適 當面積的工作場地，逃生通道暢通。

2、控制中心、自動節流管匯撬、回壓泵撬、材料房不應擺放在填筑土方上、陡崖下、懸崖邊、易滑坡、垮塌及洪汛影響的地方。

3、精細控壓服務隊營房應擺放在鉆井隊統一規劃的生活區內。

（二）設備的拆卸

1、控壓鉆井設備應按工作流程分級斷電，并在開關上懸掛安全警示標志。

2、按程序拆卸設備，防止造成人員傷害。

3、廢棄物按要求運至指定地點處理。

4、設備安裝、調試、維修與保養。

三、電路的安裝與使用

電氣系統的安裝

1、控制中心、自動節流管匯撬、回壓泵撬、材料房和營房應架設專用電力線路。

2、控制中心、自動節流管匯撬、回壓泵撬、材料房和營房接地線樁應打入地下不小于0.5m，接地電阻值應不大于0.4Ω。

3、用電設備應根據功率大小，正確選用供電線、開關、熔斷器、漏電保護器。

4、井場防爆區域的電器設備應使用防爆（有EX標志）器件。

電路的使用

1、電動工具絕緣良好，線路不準有接頭，線路接地處符合標準，雨天禁止在露天使用電動工具作業。

2、電器外殼接地裝置標準，電器配件齊全保險符合標準，電器符合防爆標準。

3、電路檢修必須專業人員執行，并按操作規程進行作業。

4、維修電器設備時先切斷電源并掛警示牌，加強現場監護。

5、使用的工具電壓電流匹配。

4、施工過程中安全管理

四、精細控壓鉆井現場施工規定

精細控壓鉆井現場施工規定

1、精細控壓鉆井過程中，應及時做好工程異常預報。

2、精細控壓鉆井過程中，分析鉆井液參數異常變化，及時發現溢流、井涌、井噴、井漏事故。

3、搞好一級井控工作，選擇合理的泥漿密度。

4、加強監測人員的坐崗制度，時刻監測泥漿出口流量,作好記錄。

5、及時校核泥漿排量。

6、監測起鉆速度，減少抽吸。

7、常規起鉆時每10柱灌一次鉆井液，保持井內壓力平衡。

精細控壓鉆井轉井控的條件

1、井口壓力大于5MPa。

2、欠平衡溢流量超過1方或者重力置換溢流量超過3方。

3、如果鉆遇大裂縫或溶洞，井漏嚴重，無法找到微漏鉆進平衡點，導致控壓鉆井不能正常進行。

4、控壓鉆井設備不能滿足控壓鉆井要求。

5、實施控壓鉆井作業中，如果井下頻繁出現溢漏復雜情況，無法實施正常控壓鉆井作業。

6、井眼、井壁條件不滿足控壓鉆井正常施工要求時。

精細控壓現場應急安全操作

1、自動節流管匯節流閥堵塞

（1）發現節流閥堵塞后，自動節流系統轉換到備用通道，確保操作參數恢復到正常狀態，繼續控壓鉆進作業。（2）檢查維修堵塞的節流閥。

（3）維修完畢并將此節流閥調整到自動控制狀態，將此通道備用。

2、隨鉆測壓工具PWD失效

（1）PWD隨鉆測壓工具工程師向控壓鉆井工程師報告PWD隨鉆測壓工具失效，失去信號。

（2）按照PWD隨鉆測壓工具工程師的指令進行調整，以重新得到信號。（3）若無法重新得到信號，使用水力參數模型，預計井底壓力，繼續控壓鉆進?？貕恒@井儀器設備工程師每15分鐘運行一次水力參數模型，計算井底壓力。（4）起鉆，維修PWD隨鉆測壓工具。

3、回壓泵失效應急程序

（1）接單根停泵前通過適當提高回壓值進行壓力補償。（2）控壓起鉆時用泥漿泵通過自動節流管匯進行回壓補償。

4、自動節流管匯失效

轉入手動節流閥，用手動節流閥進行人工手動控壓。

5、控制系統失效應急程序

控壓鉆井控制系統失效后，應立即轉入相應手動操作，控壓鉆井儀器設備工程師向控壓鉆井工程師報告控制系統失效，儀器設備工程師排查控制系統故障。

6、液壓系統失效應急程序

控壓鉆井液壓系統失效后，應立即轉入“手動操作”，控壓鉆井儀器設備工程師向控壓鉆井工程師報告液壓系統失效，儀器設備工程師排查液壓系統故障。

7、測量及采集系統失效應急程序

控壓鉆井數據測量及采集系統中的一個（或幾個）采集點（測量點）失效后，應根據現場情況轉入手動操作，控壓鉆井儀器設備工程師向控壓鉆井工程師報告系統失效，儀器設備工程師排查系統故障點。

8、出口流量計失效應急程序

出口流量計失效后，應立即轉入手動操作，控壓鉆井儀器設備工程向控壓鉆井工程師報告流量計失效，控壓鉆井儀器設備工程師排查流量計故障。

9、內防噴工具時效應急程序

（1）接單根時內防噴工具時效：將井口套壓降為0MPa，然后在鉆具上搶接回壓 閥，用回壓補償裝置對進口進行補壓，保持井底壓力的穩定，進行接單根作業。（2）控壓起下鉆時內防噴工具時效：進行壓井作業，滿足常規起下鉆的要求，然后起鉆更換內防噴工具。

10、井口套壓異常升高應急程序

井口套壓迅速升高（如，大于5MPa或7MPa）時，司鉆應根據現場情況，轉入井控程序。

11、溢流應急程序

（1）溢流量在1方以內：停止鉆進，保持循環，控壓鉆井工程師增加井口壓力2MPa，井隊坐崗人員和錄井加密至2min觀察液面一次液面。如液面保持不變，則由控壓鉆井工程師根據情況采取措施；如果液面繼續上漲，則井口壓力應以1MPa為基數，直至溢流停止。若井口壓力大于5MPa，則請示甲方提高泥漿密度以降低井口控壓。

（2）溢流量超過1方：直接由井隊采用常規井控裝備控制井口，按照《塔里木油田公司井控細則》實施關井作業。

12、井漏應急程序

（1）能夠建立循環：逐步降低井口壓力，尋找壓力平衡點。如果井口壓力降為0時仍無效，則逐步降低鉆井液密度，每循環周降低0.01～0.02g/cm3，待液面穩定后恢復鉆進。

（2）無法建立循環：轉換到常規井控，按照《塔里木油田公司鉆井井控細則》進行下一步作業。

13、漏噴同存應急程序

（1）存在密度窗口：先增加井口壓力至溢流停止或漏失發生，逐步降低井口壓力尋找微漏時的鉆進平衡點，保持該井口壓力鉆進，在鉆進和循環時，控制漏失量在50方/天，并持續補充漏失的泥漿。

（2）無密度窗口：轉換到常規井控，按照《塔里木油田公司鉆井井控細則》進行下一步作業。

14、火災應急措施

（1）發現火情立即發出火災報警，報告鉆井隊，執行相關程序。

（2）在允許的情況下，首先要救助人員，然后采用設備、設施控制事態；在不 允許的情況下，迅速撤離到安全區。

（3）若火災對工程影響較大，控壓鉆井HSE管理小組組長及時向公司相關部門匯報，并將處理情況通知相關部門。

15、人員傷亡應急措施

（1）發現傷者立即發出求救信號，本人或較方便的人通知衛生員和平臺經理。（2）衛生員趕到現場對傷者檢查，根據情況進行急救處理。（3）根據衛生員的決定落實車輛、路線、醫院和護理人員。

（4）如果傷勢較重，將傷者送往就近醫院。同時向醫院急救室通報傷者情況：單位、姓名、性別、年齡、出事地點、出事時間、受傷部位、傷情以及到達大致時間等?？貕恒@井HSE管理小組組長同時向公司匯報情況。

（5）送走傷員后，立即查找原因，落實整改或采取防范措施后恢復生產。

16、發現防硫化氫應急程序

（1）接到出硫化氫報警后，應立即向上風頭、地勢較高地區撤離，切忌處于地勢低洼處和下風頭。

（2）若需要協助控制險情或危險區搶救中毒人員則必須正確帶上正壓式呼吸器，并在正壓式呼吸器失效前撤離。

（3）當大量硫化氫突出時，斷電停機后迅速撤離人員，人員緊急疏散時應有專人引導護送，清點人數。

（4）控壓鉆井HSE管理小組組長同時向公司匯報情況。

17、硫化氫中毒時緊急救護程序

（1）急救組迅速實施救援，急救人員在自身防護的基礎上，控制事故擴展惡化，救出傷員，疏散人員。

（2）立即將患者移送至上風處，注意保暖及呼吸暢通。（3）一般中毒病員應平坐或平臥休息。

（4）神志不清的中毒病員側臥休息，以防止氣道梗阻。

（5）盡量穩定傷員情緒，使其安靜，如活動過多或精神緊張往往促使肺水腫。（6）臉色發紫，嘔吐者和呼吸困難者立即輸氧。（7）窒息的患者立即進行人工呼吸。

（8）心跳停止者立即實施胸外心臟擠壓復蘇法。（9）切勿給神志不清的患者喂食和飲水，以免食物、水和嘔吐物誤入氣管。（10）眼部傷者應盡快用生理鹽水沖洗后，滴入考地松液。（11）要密切觀察患者有無腦積水和肺積水征象。

（12）對重度中毒患者進行人工呼吸時，救護者一定要將由患者肺部吸出的氣體吐出，然后自己深深吸氣，再繼續人工呼吸，避免救護者自己中毒。

五、設備維護與儀表的檢定

（一）設備的維護與保養 節流閥定期維護的維護與保養

（1）根據鉆井泥槳的腐蝕性和沖蝕程度，定期打開閥門檢查油嘴座表面的腐蝕和沖蝕情況。如果腐蝕或沖蝕較嚴重，將油嘴座旋轉一定角度，將受損表面從正對入口處移開。如果油嘴座沖蝕厚度大于1/8”，需要更換新的油嘴座。（2）檢查并更換密封件。

（3）檢查油嘴密封及油嘴有無受損，更換密封件。

（4）檢查閥座受損情況，如需要，將閥座調轉方向安裝，延長使用壽命。（5）檢查出口防磨套，必要時更換新的防磨套。

（6）檢查液壓油是否干凈，污濁或有雜質的液壓油會損壞液壓馬達。（7）檢查齒輪箱是否有足量的潤滑油，并松開方頭管塞檢查潤滑油脂狀況。（8）每月檢查一次潤滑脂，視工作量大小縮短或延長檢查周期。積累經驗定期注脂。

（10）必要時用注脂槍加注潤滑脂，直至堵頭處有潤滑脂流出為止，三缸柱塞泵的維護與保養

正常工作時的維護

（1）臥式三缸柱塞泵在工作時，必須注意壓力表的讀數不應大于35 MPa，泵的安全閥必須可靠。

（2）泵各轉動件工作正常，有異?，F象應立即消除。（3）臥式三缸柱塞泵各處潤滑正常，有不通暢、滲漏油處立即消除。（4）泵液力端閥工作正常，不能有異常響聲，如發現不正常響聲時，應立即消除，注意缸套和柱塞密封情況，發現有漏液情況時應將壓帽旋緊或更換密封件。每次使用后維護

（1）每次使用后，在工作中所發現的一切弊病應排除（2）檢查各連接部件有無松動，管路有無漏失

（3）檢查三缸柱塞密封，發現有磨損嚴重或刺破等情況應進行更換（4）清洗整機及零部件表面的油污、塵土

（5）在寒冷季節，應放凈三缸柱塞泵液力端及管路內的積水（可通過吸入總管下部的頂閥器放凈）保存期的保養

（1）拆下柱塞及密封，擦洗干凈，并在缸套、柱塞、閥等工作表面涂上黃油，以防生銹

（二）儀表的檢定

1、檢查儀表的上次檢測日期，若有過期的儀表及時送往專門檢測部門進行檢測。

2、經常檢查各儀表是否正常工作，以免造成設備損壞和錯誤的操作判斷。

六、污染與人員健康

健康規定

1、從事職業病危害作業的員工必須按規定使用職業病防護設施。

2、對職業病防護設施、急救救援設備和個人使用的職業病防護用品，要定期維護、檢修和檢測其性能、效果，確保完好。

3、飲食衛生達到甲級標準，餐具必須餐前消毒，無過期變質食品。

4、生活垃圾按規定處理，臥具勤換、定期保潔。環保規定

1、加強井場用水管理，盡量減少用清水沖洗設備，搞好污水循環回用。

2、生產施工中，禁止廢水、鉆井液及其它廢物流失和亂排放，嚴禁機油、柴油等各種油料落地；工業廢料和生活垃圾必須進行運送至固體廢棄物填埋場。禁止焚燒原油、廢油品。

3、作業完成后，必須作到工完料凈場地清，恢復現場整潔地貌。

七、交通安全

（一）車輛駕駛人員安全技術操作規程

1、一般要求

（1）嚴格遵守交通規則和有關規定，駕駛車輛司機必須證，照齊全，不許駕駛與證件不符的車輛.嚴禁酒后開車。

（2）車輛通過泥濘路面時，應保持低速行駛，不得急剎車。

（3）在冰雪路面上行駛時，應裝防滑鏈條，下坡時不得滑行，并用低速檔控制速度，禁止急剎車。

（4）車輛陷入坑內，如用車牽引，應有專人指揮，互相配合。

（5）氣制動的汽車，嚴禁氣壓低于2.5公斤/厘米2時起步，若停放在坡道上，氣壓低于4公斤/厘米2時，不得滑行發動。

（6）重車下坡或轉彎應減速慢行，下坡應提前換擋，不得中途換擋。（7）注意克服駕駛疲勞，夜間行車特別是午夜以后行車最容易疲勞瞌睡，另外，夜間行車由于不能見到道路兩旁的景觀，對駕駛員興奮刺激物小，因此最容易產生駕駛疲勞，如稍有感覺就應振作精神或停車休息片刻。

（二）車輛行駛時速度限制

1、根據道路情況，控制車輛以安全速度行駛，主要分土路、沙石路、水泥路、柏油馬路、高速路五種.土路最高行車速度砂石路最高行車速度村村通水泥路最高行車速度柏油馬路最高行車速度高速路根據國標規定小型載客汽車最高車速不得超過每小時120公里，其他機動車不得超過每小時100公里，摩托車不得超過每小時80公里。

（三）廠內行車注意事項

1、廠內行車速度不大于10公里/小時，危險區域不大于5公里/小時，車輛應在中心道上行駛，嚴禁與生產系統設備管道接觸。

2、駕駛員應精力集中，嚴禁違章作業，行車進入禁火區內嚴禁吸煙。嚴禁在道口，車間，交叉路口上停留車輛。

3、車輛通過道口、拐彎，應顯示信號，要做到“一慢、二看、三通過”，減速鳴笛，注意觀察。

4、嚴禁酒后開車、嚴禁超速開車、嚴禁空擋溜車、嚴禁帶病運行，嚴禁人貨混載行車。

（四）車輛行駛嚴格遵守交通規則

1、禁止非司機駕駛；不要駕駛有機械事故的“帶病車”上路，不要酒后駕車。

2、應嚴格區分車道的職能，分車道行駛，一般情況下走主行車道，只有超車時，才使用超車道，保證車流暢通。

3、行車時隨時注意路邊和道路上空的標志標線，不要駕駛中打手機；不要疲勞駕駛。

4、應保持縱向車間距離，一般情況下，車間距離米以上。遇到霧天、冰雪天氣和路面潮濕時車間距離應增加一倍以上。

5、請不要在主線車道上倒車、掉頭、橫穿；不要妨礙執行任務的消防、急救、公安、搶險等車輛的通行。

6、超車時，估計好距離和雙方車速，情況正常時，應鳴號、開左轉向燈，從超車道超越前車，不準從右側超車。

7、在高速公路上行駛時要始終握穩方向盤，改變車道或超車時，轉向角度不要太大，防止車速過快車輛漂移。需要制動時，分幾次制動為好，不要一腳踩死，防止車輛跑偏。

8、在高速公路上慎重停車，如果車輛出現故障，應提前開啟轉向燈，駛離行車道，按規定停在應急停車帶或右側路肩上，如果車輛不能離開行車道，必須立即開啟危險報警閃光燈，并在后方150米處設置警告標志，夜間同時開啟示寬燈、尾燈。

八、出國安全

一、護照

1.出國前必須先辦理護照，港、澳、臺單獨辦理通行證；

領取護照時應當仔細檢查你的護照上個人資料頁填寫的內容是否和你本人的情況完全符合，特別是你的姓名（包括漢語拼音名）、出生日期等項。出國前應確保你的護照的有效期至少在6個月以上，有足夠的空白簽證頁，并在護照的持照人簽名處簽上自己的名字。辦妥前往國家和途經國家所需要的簽證，要注意檢查你的簽證種類和你的旅游目的地是否相符，入境的有效期限和在旅游目的地的停留期限是否符合你的要求。2.注意有效期

二、目的國的選擇

1、多了解即將前往的國家的情況。隨時留意外交部網站上發布的“出國特別提醒”和“走出國門注意事項”，特別要注意避免前往近期安全形勢不佳的國家和地區。

2、避免前往近期地質災害頻發，疫情流行，氣溫過高、過低或正值雨季的國家，除非專門去滑雪。出發之前，可參考旅游目的地的環境狀況注射必要的預防針，以避免感染疾病。

三、兌換貨幣

一般來說，兌換目的地國家貨幣時應當避免多次兌換，以減少因多次兌換而產生的損失。目前中國銀行柜面可以兌換的境外貨幣，有美元、英鎊、歐元、港幣、日元等13種，一般憑身份證到中國銀行即可辦理。

四、出行

1、仔細檢查出國證件和相關文件。認真核對護照、簽證、往返機票、境外旅游保險(部分國家還需健康證明及疫苗接種書)等證件和文件的有效期，避免入境受阻。

2、隨身攜帶物品要符合有關國家的規定。某些常用藥中含有興奮或麻醉的成分，務必慎重選擇，數量和品種都不能超過允許的范圍，最好請醫生開具處方并隨身攜帶以資證明。盡量不要攜帶動、植物產品。

3.行李箱要輕便牢固。盡量做到輕裝簡行，不要攜帶太多、太重的行李。如果你在出境取行李時發現，行李箱被損毀、被劃破或者被打開，或者箱內物品有被盜的跡象，應立即憑行李單向航空公司提出交涉，做出正式記錄，視情況提出賠償要求。

2.SAFETY INFORMATION 安全注意事項

1)Ensure that escape routes(doors, stairs樓梯, etc.)are accessible，at all times and are not obstructed阻擋，妨礙。by hoses, Tools, etc.隨時保證逃生路線可以使用（門，梯子等），不被管線、工具所阻擋。

2)Special attention must be paid while lifting the drillpipe from the catwalk貓道（跑道）onto the rig floor with the air tugger and lowering the traveling block at the same time.當用氣動絞車把鉆桿從貓道吊到鉆臺并同時下放游車時，要特別注意。

3)Nobody is allowed to stand between the single being brought in / laid down and the joint in the rotary table.Nobody is allowed to stand with their back to the V-door, during these activities.嚴禁站在正在提升或甩掉的鉆桿和鉆盤內單根之間，嚴禁背對井架大門。

4)The Floormen guiding the single across the rig floor must keep feet well clear of the pin end of the single.Winch operators must not lower singles until they are completely sure that feet are well clear of the pin end.鉆臺上的鉆工必須注意使雙腳離開單根公接頭的下方，氣動絞車操作者必須確認鉆工雙腳遠離公扣下放后再下放單根。

5)Keep feet well clear of the drillpipe pin end when the drift is still in the pipe and the pipe is vertical.當通徑規還在鉆桿內并且鉆桿處于垂直位置時，保持雙腳遠離鉆桿公扣下方

3.STANDARD OPERATIONAL CONSIDERATIONS(DO'S AND DON'TS)標準操作注意事項

(1)This operation requires a Toolbox Talk, covering equipment use and positioning of personnel.這項操作要求召開工作前安全會，會議內容包括使用的設備和人員的位置。

(2)Ensure that all hoisting / lifting equipment, wires and lifting caps are in a safe condition and conforms with the current GWDC colour coding and have valid inspection certificates.確保提升設備，鋼絲繩和提絲工作狀態良好，符合當前GWDC的顏色識別編號和有效的檢驗證書。

(3)The air winch Operator shall ensure that the winch wire is moving freely in the derrick(possibly guided by pulleys)to avoid any damage to the steel structure, especially the fingerboard.氣動絞車操作者要確認氣動絞車鋼絲繩和井架不干涉(可以用滑輪導向)，以避免損傷井架的鋼結構，特別是指梁。

(4)Ensure that the correct grade of pipe is being picked up.確認吊起的鉆桿級別是正確的。

2.SAFETY INFORMATION 安全注意事項

1)Ensure that escape routes(doors, stairs樓梯, etc.)are accessible，at all times and are not obstructed阻擋，妨礙。by hoses, Tools, etc.隨時保證逃生路線可以使用（門，梯子等），不被管線、工具所阻擋。

2)Special attention must be paid while lifting the drillpipe from the catwalk貓道（跑道）onto the rig floor with the air tugger and lowering the traveling block at the same time.當用氣動絞車把鉆桿從貓道吊到鉆臺并同時下放游車時，要特別注意。

3)Nobody is allowed to stand between the single being brought in / laid down and the joint in the rotary table.Nobody is allowed to stand with their back to the V-door, during these activities.嚴禁站在正在提升或甩掉的鉆桿和鉆盤內單根之間，嚴禁背對井架大門。

4)The Floormen guiding the single across the rig floor must keep feet well clear of the pin end of the single.Winch operators must not lower singles until they are completely sure that feet are well clear of the pin end.鉆臺上的鉆工必須注意使雙腳離開單根公接頭的下方，氣動絞車操作者必須確認鉆工雙腳遠離公扣下放后再下放單根。

3.STANDARD OPERATIONAL CONSIDERATIONS(DO'S AND DON'TS)標準操作注意事項

(1)This operation requires a Toolbox Talk, covering equipment use and positioning of personnel.這項操作要求召開工作前安全會，會議內容包括使用的設備和人員的位置。

(2)Ensure that all hoisting / lifting equipment, wires and lifting caps are in a safe condition and conforms with the current GWDC colour coding and have valid inspection certificates.確保提升設備，鋼絲繩和提絲工作狀態良好，符合當前GWDC的顏色識別編號和有效的檢驗證書。

(3)The air winch Operator shall ensure that the winch wire is moving freely in the derrick(possibly guided by pulleys)to avoid any damage to the steel structure, especially the fingerboard.氣動絞車操作者要確認氣動絞車鋼絲繩和井架不干涉(可以用滑輪導向)，以避免損傷井架的鋼結構，特別是指梁。

4.INSTRUCTIONS 指令 4.1.Singling In 吊拉單根

(1)Verify the size and current colour coding of the lifting cap.核實提絲的大小和顏色編碼。

(2)Clean and examine the threads and shoulders on box and pin ends, and inform the Driller of any damage.清洗和檢驗公、母扣的絲扣、臺肩，發現損傷報告司鉆

(3)Verify the grade of the drillpipe, measure length, record and inform the Driller.驗證鉆桿的等級，測量長度，記錄并報告司鉆

(4)Remove the protector from the box end, apply dope(thread compound), and install the drift and lifting cap, ensuring the lifting cap is tight.卸掉母扣護絲，抹上絲扣油，裝上通徑規和提絲，確保上緊提絲。

(5)Attach the air tugger to the lifting cap and lift the pipe off the catwalk.掛上提絲把鉆桿吊離貓道。

4.2.Singling Out 甩掉單根

(1)After the connection has been broken out the Floormen pull the single over the mouse hole.卸開扣后，鉆工把單根推向小鼠洞。

(2)The Floormen dope the pin and install a pin thread protector.鉆工給公扣抹上絲扣油，戴上護絲

(3)If a top drive is used, after the single has been broken out, the Driller uses the linktilt to move the single towards and into the mouse hole.如果配備了頂驅，卸開扣后，司鉆打前伸按鈕，并把單根推向、放入小鼠洞。

(4)The elevators are opened when the joint stands up and then are held back from swinging across the rig floor.下放吊卡，單根接頭離開吊卡時，打開吊卡并后擺。

2.SAFETY INFORMATION 安全事項

Snub lines for the rig tongs must be inspected and be in good working order.鉗尾繩必須檢查并狀態良好。

3.STANDARD OPERATIONAL CONSIDERATIONS(DO’S AND DON’TS)標準操作注意事項

(1)Always use two sets of rig tongs of the proper size to break out or make up connections.要使用合乎標準尺寸的雙鉗上、卸扣。

(2)The Floormen must lubricate rig tongs at regular intervals, and always before and after each trip 鉆工必須定期保養大鉗，如起鉆前和下鉆后。

(3)The slack in the rig tong safety line must be sufficient for the tong to obtain full benefit from the pull of the cathead, but short enough to prevent half rotation of the rig tong 鉗尾繩的長度長短合適，足夠長以滿足大鉗施加足夠的拉力，足夠短以避免大鉗的旋轉角度不夠。

4.1.Breaking Out Connections with the Rig Tongs 用大鉗卸扣

(1)The Floormen remove the safety latch springs and the tong pins and change the tong jaws to match the size of the pipe or tubular to be broken out.鉆工打開安全彈簧和取下大鉗銷子，換上合適尺寸的鉗頭以匹配鉆桿或管子的尺寸

(2)The Driller ensures that the safety latch springs are replaced on the tong pins.司鉆要確保大鉗銷子上的安全鎖定彈簧被放到原位。

(3)The Floormen set the slips, or where applicable, the Driller sets the automatic slips.鉆工卡上卡瓦（如果有的話，司鉆卡上自動卡瓦）。

(4)The Floormen engage the rig tongs on the drillpipe or tubular tool joint.(The breakout tong is placed on the top tool joint and the makeup tong is placed on the bottom tool joint).鉆工在鉆桿或管子接頭上上打上大鉗（內鉗打在上方接頭上，外鉗打在下方接頭上）。

Note: Special attention must be made to ensure the rig tongs are placed above the hard facing on the tool joint.注意：大鉗必須打在接頭耐麼層之上。

(5)The Floormen make the rig tongs bite by pulling on the tong jaw and pushing on the tong arm.鉆工通過拉鉗頭、推鉗柄使鉗子咬緊。

(8)The Floormen apply proper pipe dope into the thread box of the pipe joint.鉆工用合適的絲扣油涂抹接頭母扣。

(9)The Floormen remove the rig tongs and tie them back safely out of the way.鉆工打開大鉗，放置到安全位置并拴牢。

4.2.Making Up Connections with the Rig Tongs 用大鉗上扣

(1)The Floormen remove the safety latch springs and the tong pins and change the tong jaws to match the size of the pipe or tubular to be made up.鉆工取下安全彈簧和大鉗銷子換上合適尺寸的鉗頭以匹配鉆桿或管子的尺寸。

(2)The Driller ensures that the safety latch springs are replaced on the tong pins.司鉆要確保鉗銷上的安全鎖定彈簧被放到原位。

(3)The Floormen set the slips and the Driller picks up a joint or a stand of pipe.鉆工卡上卡瓦，司鉆提起一單根或一立柱。

(4)The Floormen apply pipe dope to the box and pin end of the connection thoroughly.鉆工均勻地在公、母扣上抹上鉛油。

(5)The Floormen stab the pin end of the joint into the box of the joint in the rotary table.鉆工把公扣接頭放進轉盤上單根母扣接頭內。

(6)The Floormen rotate the pipe into the box utilising the air spinner or where applicable, the Driller utilises the top-drive or the kelly spinner.鉆工用氣動旋扣器旋上扣或者司鉆用頂驅或方鉆桿旋扣器上扣

The Floormen engage the rig tongs onto the drillpipe or tubular tool joint(The makeup tong is placed on the top tool joint and the breakout tong is placed on the bottom tool joint).The Floormen make the rig tongs bite by pulling on the tong jaws and pushing on the tong arm.鉆工在鉆桿或管子接頭上上打上大鉗（內鉗打在下方接頭上，外鉗打在上方接頭上）鉆工通過拉鉗頭推鉗柄使鉗子咬緊。

Note: The Floorman must properly place their hands on the rig tongs to prevent injury.注意：鉆工必須正確放置手的位置以免受到傷害。

(8)The Driller engages the makeup cathead, pulls on the makeup tong causing the make up tong to bite on the top tool joint.At the same time, the breakout tong bites on the bottom tool joint.The Driller continues to pull on the makeup tong until proper torque is applied to the connection.司鉆操作上扣貓頭拉動上扣大鉗，這會使上扣大鉗咬緊上部接頭，同時卸扣大鉗咬緊下方接頭 司鉆繼續拉動上扣大鉗直到達到合適地扭距
