陳明:在耶路撒冷跑馬
耶路撒冷,在中國70后80后的心中,是從小在電視上耳熟能詳?shù)囊欢衙~:戈蘭高地、約旦河西岸、巴以沖突……但誰能想到在2016年的春天,一大撥中國跑者“沖破”以色列森嚴(yán)的安檢,來到耶路撒冷,成為耶路撒冷馬拉松的第一大亮點(diǎn),成為以色列從政府高層到普通老百姓喜聞樂見的一件大事。
現(xiàn)在大家流行講軟實(shí)力,流行講全球化。這一波體育旅游大潮,中國突然興起的跑步熱潮也蔓延到了全世界。比如江蘇的跑者們,已經(jīng)不滿足于只跑上海馬拉松、南京馬拉松、高淳馬拉松、南京女子半馬等本地馬拉松,而是要去東京、巴黎、芝加哥、柏林、波士頓、倫敦,這世界六大滿貫馬拉松,以及美國海軍陸戰(zhàn)隊(duì)馬拉松、耶路撒冷馬拉松、北極馬拉松這些有特色的馬拉松。2014年時,柏林馬拉松只有100多中國跑者,2015年猛增到700多人,中國跑者超越日本跑者,成為柏林馬拉松上人數(shù)最多的外國跑者軍團(tuán);2015年,東京馬拉松上的中國跑者超過了1000多人。耶路撒冷馬拉松現(xiàn)場
對此,耶路撒冷人根本沒有做好心理準(zhǔn)備。耶路撒冷馬拉松本身的檔次、傳統(tǒng)和組織水平與六大滿貫馬拉松并不在一個層面上,但耶路撒冷卻是世界上文化、歷史遺產(chǎn)最豐富的城市。三教圣城,宏大的歷史敘事,讓中國跑者們尊稱這個馬拉松為“圣馬”。一共有150多名中國跑者來到耶路撒冷,其中100人是通過賽事公司報(bào)名,它與以色列的旅行社合作,幫助跑者們報(bào)名、安排酒店、賽事服務(wù)和游覽行程。這也是目前中國跑者出國跑步的基本模式。
中國跑者軍團(tuán)在賽前兩天抵達(dá)耶路撒冷,晚上舉行了一個歡迎晚宴。而耶路撒冷的市長是個很熱切的跑者,也興沖沖地跑來了,跟大家寒暄“我也是國際跑者呀,俺去過巴黎和柏林跑過,跑過好多馬拉松”;第二天,耶路撒冷馬拉松的新聞發(fā)布會上,市長和以色列旅游部的代表再次長篇大論了中國跑者來參賽的重大意義。而以色列旅游部的發(fā)言更是令人振奮:“今年有超過200名中國跑者來到這里(不是150人嗎?),我們希望明年有超過1000中國人來跑步(真敢喊啊,那豈不是得包機(jī)?),再告訴大家一個好消息,馬上就要開通北京到耶路撒冷的直飛了(還真是得包機(jī))!”聽到以色利人興奮地略微夸大數(shù)字和愿景,在場的中國記者會心地笑了。
到了真跑步的那一天,中國的俊男靚女們穿上最漂亮的裝備,有人在臉上印上國旗,有人手持GoPro,興奮地上場了。其他跑者們可是炸了鍋,他們逮到中國跑者就問:“不要告訴我,你們不遠(yuǎn)萬里過來,真的就是為了跑個步?我可是跟人打了賭的。”“有多少人來?50個?什么,150個!”“你好,你好,你好,加油!”“Come on,my friend!”還有當(dāng)?shù)氐男∶琅t腆地湊過來,“selfy?”意思就是要拉著你一起玩自拍,人家要發(fā)社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)的,顯擺逮著一個上門的活生生的中國人。
與周游全國的中國跑者相比,以色列當(dāng)?shù)厝藢?shí)在是太少見多怪了……只要有太陽升起的地方,就有中國人在跑步。作者:陳明

欒惠賢 同學(xué)們你經(jīng)歷過人生的成功與失敗嗎?是啊,人生如畫,哪怕筆法再純熟,也不可能盡善盡美;人生如歌,盡管旋律很優(yōu)美,但也不能保證個個音符都鏗鏘圓潤。在我們?nèi)〉贸晒Φ牡缆飞希覀兺瑫r經(jīng)歷著這樣或那樣的遺憾與失敗。并且,在今后的人生道路上,或許會遇到更多的挫折和失敗。然而面對挫折與失敗你是選擇逃避還是挑戰(zhàn)? 如果你選擇了逃避,無疑你是個懦弱的人,你苦惱于失敗,退避于失敗,你將永遠(yuǎn)不會達(dá)到成功;然而如果你毅然選擇了挑戰(zhàn),那么可以肯定的是你是個頑強(qiáng)堅(jiān)定的人,你不畏于挫折,勇于挑戰(zhàn)挫折,你超強(qiáng)的自信心,將使你踏上成功的第一步。也許,你們認(rèn)為在人生路上遇到的失敗和痛苦是命運(yùn)的不公,這里,我來給大家講一則寓言:空曠的廣場上有一座雄偉的雕像聳入云霄,地面上鋪的是整整齊齊的大理石板。大理石方磚仰頭看看高聳的雕像,抱怨到:我們都是用同樣的材質(zhì)做成的,為什么你每天接受千萬人的景仰,而我每天卻要遭受千萬人的踐踏?雕像微微笑了笑,緩緩地說:“我們的確是用同樣的材質(zhì)做成的,但你還記得當(dāng)初我們的制作過程嗎?你,只經(jīng)過了簡單的幾次切割,就成了現(xiàn)在方方整整的模樣;而我呢,卻經(jīng)歷了千萬次斧鑿刀刻,才鑄就今天的臉龐?!蓖瑢W(xué)們,聽到這里,你還認(rèn)為在人生的道路的挫折與失敗是不幸還是不公嗎?也許你曾經(jīng)遇到過許多次的失敗和挫折甚至不幸,請把它當(dāng)作財(cái)富吧!它是你邁向成功的最好的臺階。
下面就讓我們走進(jìn)“奔跑女孩”路玉婷的生活,傾聽她的故事,了解她的事跡!
成都女孩路玉婷,因父親離家出走,多年沒有音訊,母親又有患尿毒癥,路玉婷一邊上學(xué)一邊騎車送機(jī)票維持一家生計(jì),還要照顧年邁多病的外婆。送機(jī)票本來是媽媽的工作,媽媽的尿毒癥加重后,路玉婷主動接過擔(dān)子,每天早上把機(jī)票送到客人手中后再上學(xué)。外婆身體不好,路玉婷每晚都要起床扶她上幾次廁所。學(xué)校、家里、送票,讓她每天像打仗一樣來回奔跑。當(dāng)母親去世后,路玉婷又擔(dān)負(fù)起照顧外婆的重任,但她沒有被困難打倒反而變得更成熟堅(jiān)毅和沉穩(wěn)內(nèi)斂?!氨寂芘ⅰ甭酚矜盟诿媾R困境的時候并沒有如常人所料,一蹶不振,身銷志殞,相反,她在逆境中爆發(fā),從困厄中奮起,在自己人生之路上跑出了自己成功。由此看來,逆境并不等于絕境。只要你坦然正視,欣然面對,有志向,肯作為,你就依然擁有捕捉到那束屬于你的生命之光的可能。
法國大作家巴爾扎克有一句箴言:“苦難對于天才是塊墊腳石,對于勇者是筆財(cái)富,對于弱者是一個萬丈深淵。逆境不是注定不能被克服的,人也不是生來注定就應(yīng)被打敗的。是否能無畏于通向成功征途上的重重險(xiǎn)阻,關(guān)鍵還在于人自身的目的。戈壁深處的仙人掌,任憑風(fēng)沙漫漫,屹立不倒。峭壁之上的黃山松,任憑雨雪雷霆,笑傲蒼嵐。生命的本質(zhì)因其與逆境的抗?fàn)幎蔑@。如果我們大家一樣擁有堅(jiān)忍不拔之志,縱然自己是一根被倒著插的柳枝,只要努力向土地索取,向天空追求,也同樣可能撐起自己那一片綠蔭!”
人生是什么?“困難”說人生是布滿荊棘和坎坷的道路,“沮喪”說人生是無窮無盡的煩惱,“失敗”說人生是被擊倒后的眩暈,“自私”說人生是不擇手段達(dá)到目的。而我要說人生是從生命中開出的一朵燦爛的鮮花。時間老人按照它亙古不變的規(guī)律向前推移,歲月不會憐惜任何一個傷痛的心靈。既然挫折痛苦、艱難險(xiǎn)阻從生命開始的那一天便注定與我們?nèi)缬半S形,就讓我們用堅(jiān)強(qiáng)來承擔(dān)這個不圓滿。勇敢去面對生命中的傷痕吧,穿越坎坷的人生道路,在這里灑下一路汗水、淚水甚至血水,也讓我們用堅(jiān)定的信念感動自己、感化別人、感謝生命中與我們迎面而來的痛苦和失敗。總有一天,我們會明白,苦難為師則強(qiáng),笑傲塵俗則剛。
李文磊,1997年進(jìn)入城市管理職業(yè)學(xué)校中,成為物業(yè)管理專業(yè)的學(xué)生。在校期間,他學(xué)習(xí)認(rèn)真努力,表現(xiàn)優(yōu)異。在天泰物業(yè)實(shí)習(xí),在工作中踏實(shí)肯干,任勞任怨,很快就脫穎而出,這期間他干過保潔工,維修工慢慢到最后的物業(yè)公司總經(jīng)理,擔(dān)任總經(jīng)理期間他創(chuàng)作了集團(tuán)奇跡,也成為后者的榜樣。憑借他的出色的管理,獨(dú)特的服務(wù)體系,讓青島市物業(yè)管理進(jìn)入了一個新的階段。同時他帶領(lǐng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)多次評為天泰集團(tuán)“精英團(tuán)隊(duì)”。天泰集團(tuán)也評為崗位精英。通過李文磊的故事,讓我們明白一時的困難并不是真正的困難,只要你努力奔跑,奮勇向前,你的人生會比他更好,更輝煌!

Good evening.I have come to Jerusalem today as a novelist, which is to say as a professional spinner of lies.Of course, novelists are not the only ones who tell lies.Politicians do it, too, as we all know.Diplomats and generals tell their own kinds of lies on occasion, as do used car salesmen, butchers and builders.The lies of novelists differ from others, however, in that no one criticizes the novelist as immoral for telling lies.Indeed, the bigger and better his lies and the more ingeniously he creates them, the more he is likely to be praised by the public and the critics.Why should that be?
My answer would be this: namely, that by telling skilful lies--which is to say, by making up fictions that appear to be true--the novelist can bring a truth out to a new place and shine a new light on it.In most cases, it is virtually impossible to grasp a truth in its original form and depict it accurately.This is why we try to grab its tail by luring the truth from its hiding place, transferring it to a fictional location, and replacing it with a fictional form.In order to accomplish this, however, we first have to clarify where the truth-lies within us, within ourselves.This is an important qualification for making up good lies.Today, however, I have no intention of lying.I will try to be as honest as I can.There are only a few days in the year when I do not engage in telling lies, and today happens to be one of them.So let me tell you the truth.In Japan a fair number of people advised me not to come here to accept the Jerusalem Prize.Some even warned me they would instigate a boycott of my books if I came.The reason for this, of course, was the fierce fighting that was raging in Gaza.The U.N.reported that more than a thousand people had lost their lives in the blockaded city of Gaza, many of them unarmed citizens--children and old people.Any number of times after receiving notice of the award, I asked myself whether traveling to Israel at a time like this and accepting a literary prize was the proper thing to do, whether this would create the impression that I supported one side in the conflict, that I endorsed the policies of a nation that chose to unleash its overwhelming military power.Neither, of course, do I wish to see my books subjected to a boycott.Finally, however, after careful consideration, I made up my mind to come here.One reason for my decision was that all too many people advised me not to do it.Perhaps, like many other novelists, I tend to do the exact opposite of what I am told.If people are telling me--and especially if they are warning me--“Don’t go there,” “Don’t do that,” I tend to want to “go there” and “do that”。It’s in my nature, you might say, as a novelist.Novelists are a special breed.They cannot genuinely trust anything they have not seen with their own eyes or touched with their own hands.And that is why I am here.I chose to come here rather than stay away.I chose to see for myself rather than not to see.I chose to speak to you rather than to say nothing.Please do allow me to deliver a message, one very personal message.It is something that I always keep in mind while I am writing fiction.I have never gone so far as to write it on a piece of paper and paste it to the wall: rather, it is carved into the wall of my mind, and it goes something like this:

收到獲獎通知后,我多次問自己,是否要在像這樣的時候到以色列來,接受一個文學(xué)獎是不是合適,這是否會造成一種印象,讓人以為我支持沖突的某一方,以為我贊同某國決意釋放其壓倒性軍事力量的政策。當(dāng)然,我不愿予人這種印象。我不贊同任何戰(zhàn)爭,我不支持任何國家。當(dāng)然,我也不想看見我的書遭到抵制。
然而最終,經(jīng)過仔細(xì)考慮,我下定決心來到這里。我如此決定的原因之一是,有太多人建議我不要來。或許,就像許多其他小說家,對于人們要我做的事,我傾向于反其道而行之。如果人們告訴我——尤其當(dāng)他們警告我——“別去那兒,”“別做那個,”我就傾向于想去那兒,想做那個。你們或許可以說,這是我作為小說家的天性。小說家是異類。他們不能真正相信任何他們沒有親眼看過、親手接觸過的東西。
而那就是我為什么在這兒。我寧愿來這兒,而非呆在遠(yuǎn)處。我寧愿親眼來看,而非不去觀看。我寧愿向你們演講,而非什么都不說。
這并不是說我來這兒,是來傳達(dá)政治訊息的。當(dāng)然,做出是非判斷是小說家最重要的職責(zé)之一。
然而,把這些判斷傳達(dá)給他人的方式,要留給每個作家來決定。我自己寧愿把它們轉(zhuǎn)化為故事——趨向于超現(xiàn)實(shí)的故事。因此今天我不打算站在你們面前,傳達(dá)直接的政治訊息。
但請你們允許我發(fā)表一條非常私人的訊息。這是我寫小說時一直記在心里的東西。我從未鄭重其事到把它寫在紙上,貼到墻上:而寧愿,把它刻在我內(nèi)心的墻上,它大約如此: “在一堵堅(jiān)硬的高墻和一只撞向它的蛋之間,我會永遠(yuǎn)站在蛋這一邊?!?/p>
對,不管墻有多么正確,蛋有多么錯,我都會站在蛋這一邊。其他人會不得不決定,什么是對,什么是錯;也許時間或歷史會決定。如果有一個小說家,不管出于何種理由,所寫的作品站在墻那邊,那么這樣的作品會有什么價值呢?
這個隱喻的涵義是什么?有些情況下,它實(shí)在太簡單明白了。轟炸機(jī)、坦克、火箭和白磷炮彈是那堅(jiān)硬的高墻。蛋是那些被碾碎、被燒焦、被射殺的手無寸鐵的平民。這是該隱喻的涵義之一。
可這不是全部。它有更深刻的涵義。這樣來想。我們每個人,或多或少,都是
村上春樹3 一個蛋。我們每個人都是一個獨(dú)特的、無法取代的靈魂,被包裹在一個脆弱的殼里。我是如此,你們每一個人也是。而我們每個人,多多少少都面對著一堵堅(jiān)硬的高墻。這堵墻有個名字:它叫體制(The System)。體制應(yīng)該保護(hù)我們,但有時,它不再受任何人所控,然后它開始?xì)⒑ξ覀?,及令我們殺害他人——無情地,高效地,系統(tǒng)地。
我寫小說只有一個理由,那就是使個人靈魂的尊嚴(yán)顯現(xiàn),并用光芒照耀它。故事的用意是敲響警鐘,使一道光線對準(zhǔn)體制,以防止它使我們的靈魂陷于它的網(wǎng)絡(luò)而貶低靈魂。我完全相信,小說家的任務(wù)是通過寫作故事來不斷試圖厘清每個個體靈魂的獨(dú)特性——生與死的故事,愛的故事,使人哭泣、使人害怕得發(fā)抖和捧腹大笑的故事。這就是為什么我們?nèi)諒?fù)一日,以極其嚴(yán)肅的態(tài)度編造著虛構(gòu)故事的原因。
我的父親去年去世,享年九十。他是位退休教師,兼佛教僧人。讀研究院時,他應(yīng)征入伍,被派去中國打仗。我是戰(zhàn)后出生的孩子,經(jīng)常看見他每日早餐前,在家里的佛壇前長時間虔誠地祈禱。有一次,我問他為什么這樣做,他告訴我他是在為那些在戰(zhàn)爭中死去的人們祈禱。他說,他為所有死去的人祈禱,無論敵友。我凝視著他跪在祭壇前的背影,似乎感到死亡的陰影籠罩著他。
我的父親死了,他帶走了他的記憶,我永遠(yuǎn)不可能了解的記憶。但潛藏在他周圍的死亡氣息卻留在了我自身的記憶里。這是少數(shù)幾樣我從他那兒承繼下去的東西之一,其中最重要的之一。
今天我只希望向你們傳達(dá)一件事。我們都是人類,都是超越國籍、種族、宗教的個體,都是脆弱的蛋,面對著一堵叫作“體制”的堅(jiān)硬的墻。顯然,我們沒有獲勝的希望。這堵墻太高,太強(qiáng)——也太冷。假如我們有任何贏的希望,那一定來自我們對于自身及他人靈魂絕對的獨(dú)特性和不可替代性的信任,來自于我們靈魂聚集一處獲得的溫暖。
花點(diǎn)時間想一想這個吧。我們每個人都擁有一個真實(shí)的、活著的靈魂。體制沒有這種東西。我們一定不能讓體制來利用我們。我們一定不能讓體制完全失去控制。體制沒有造就我們,我們造就了體制。
那就是所有我要對你們說的話。

“是嗎?”楊志峰兩眼放光,興奮異常,去香港是他夢寐以求愿望,想不到會有這樣的機(jī)會,立即答應(yīng)一定努力爭取去。但他猶豫了一下又問道:“可那里找那么多客戶和保費(fèi)???”
“除了找你的親戚、朋友、同事,”他拉楊志峰走到窗前:“還有,你看到滿大街的人了嗎?你看到辦公樓、住宅樓嗎?里面都是你的客戶,中國最不缺的就是人。你每天“掃樓”,從最上層到最下層,幾個月下來你就是公司最優(yōu)秀的業(yè)務(wù)員了。保險(xiǎn)營銷是個新事物,人們接受要有一個過程,要多跑幾次才行。等你的鞋磨破幾雙,你的業(yè)績就上來了。王玫就是你的目標(biāo),爭取超越她。”
他停頓了一下,把話題引到今天要談的地方:“過幾天公司要開個啟動大會,你在會上做個表態(tài)發(fā)言,好嗎?”
看楊志峰有些猶豫,劉建偉心說:“你只有大膽的把愿望說出去才有可能努力實(shí)現(xiàn),否則你不會全力以赴去做的。當(dāng)那么多人的承諾會給你打拼的動力,何況,公司重要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、省公司精英都來,是你展示自己的好機(jī)會啊!”
“好”,楊志峰一口就答應(yīng)了。
但他有一個小小的擔(dān)心:單位還不知道我做保險(xiǎn),萬一讓人知道了我不專心工作可怎么辦?但只是一閃念,管他呢,車到山前必有路。大不了來保險(xiǎn)公司做。這是剛剛開始的事業(yè),未來機(jī)會很多。
劉建偉滿意地拍了拍他的肩:‘‘公司會要求領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部帶頭辦保險(xiǎn),你可以找分管的趙總和其他領(lǐng)導(dǎo),快去吧,加油,香港見!”
隨后,劉建偉又與了王玫談了他的計(jì)劃,王玫的大單自今無人超越,她的吃苦精神和韌勁讓劉建偉很欣賞?,F(xiàn)在她借10萬保費(fèi)的東風(fēng),開始鼓足勇氣發(fā)起進(jìn)攻了,劉建偉對她也寄予厚望。

省公司的分部經(jīng)理講述了自已如何走上營銷之路,怎樣做出了突出的業(yè)績,她創(chuàng)下一天簽單10份的記錄,一個月天天出單不間斷,簽了30份保單的奇跡也由她創(chuàng)造。她認(rèn)為做保險(xiǎn)就是做慈善、獻(xiàn)愛心,保險(xiǎn)業(yè)傳播關(guān)愛、保障人生的特性深深吸引了她,她將把保險(xiǎn)作為終身的信仰去奮斗,一朝選擇,終身相許。把保險(xiǎn)作為工作,可以去做;把保險(xiǎn)當(dāng)事業(yè)可以做好;把保險(xiǎn)當(dāng)信仰,可以成功。”

在熱烈的、歡快的音樂聲中,劉建偉走上講臺宣讀了“春雷行動營銷獎勵”方案,向大家展示了香港泰國的美麗風(fēng)光,把大家?guī)У搅诵耐耨Y的地方。
大家熱血沸騰、摩拳擦掌躍躍欲試。每一位營銷員臉上寫滿了**的使命感和責(zé)任感,一副舍我其誰的勇氣。熱烈的掌聲表達(dá)了所有的人感動和激情。
這時趁熱打鐵,主持人介紹揚(yáng)志峰、王玫等上臺做了一定完成60萬保費(fèi),讓我們相會在香港的表態(tài)發(fā)言。這一下激發(fā)了許多人的斗志,有幾個營銷員自發(fā)地走上講臺做了激興發(fā)言。安娜也是其中之一。
安娜做晨操展示時趙總就發(fā)現(xiàn)了她,上臺發(fā)言時,趙總的眼睛就沒有從她身上移開,他不禁暗自吃驚:營銷員中竟然有這樣標(biāo)致的人!

想到這里,楊志峰恨不得立即跑出去展業(yè),心中有一種建功立業(yè)的沖動.楊志峰去趙總辦公室時,聽到里面有人說話,他不好進(jìn)去打擾,就在門邊等著,門開著一條縫著,里面的聲音傳了出來,是安娜。楊志峰沒有想到安娜行動這么快,只聽安娜說:“請趙總支持一下我,幫我開張,能擁有您的第一單是我的榮幸。”
趙總看到安娜很精致的臉,檫了很亮的唇彩,上了睫毛膏,眉毛也畫得一絲不茍,白凈的皮膚,笑容嫵媚、聲音甜美,特別是安娜苗條的身材,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的三圍,細(xì)長的腿更象磁鐵一樣吸住了他。本來趙總還在想找個什么機(jī)會接近安娜,可她自己找上門了。
趙總眼睛里立即充滿了熱情,聲音也更加親切:“我分管營銷,應(yīng)該給你們支持,我們帶頭買保險(xiǎn)也是我提議的,什么時候辦呢?”
“最好現(xiàn)在.”
“我想多買一些,沒有帶那么多錢,你看明天過來辦可以吧?”
“那好,我明天來?!?/p>
楊志峰趕緊抽身走了。
看著安娜離去的背影,趙總不易察覺地微笑了。他是出了名的“妻管嚴(yán)”,老婆對他的錢包看的很緊,就是不給他犯錯誤的可能。趙總也有對策,公司各種名目的獎金福利他不會全部上繳,小金庫放在辦公室,避免老婆突擊檢查,自己也方便。

“十分鐘也不行!”周總不耐煩地說。

“唉,好吧,那就過來吧!不過只給你五分鐘。”峰回路轉(zhuǎn),周總想為了讓他死心,不要再來打擾自己,索性見一面,再說還有楊麗麗的面子,不能太不夠意思。終于在辦公室接待了他。
“周總,謝謝您接見我。您時間寶貴,我就長話短說,您是一家之主,又是一廠之主,大家全靠你,托你的福生存,你應(yīng)該給自己買一些保險(xiǎn)?!?/p>
趙總說:"實(shí)話說已經(jīng)有幾個人來過了,我基本了解你們的產(chǎn)品,就是對你們不斷騷擾有些煩。他們都知難而退,你也不要煩我了,我有需要會給你或楊麗麗打電話的。”
“你是成功的企業(yè)家,當(dāng)然是大家關(guān)注的目標(biāo),人們認(rèn)為你理所當(dāng)然應(yīng)該辦保險(xiǎn)。你要是辦了自然沒有人一直打攪你了?!?/p>
“疾病保險(xiǎn)你們有嗎?”。
楊志峰趕緊趕緊介紹大病保險(xiǎn),“您看,這個保險(xiǎn)可以保好三十多種病呢,你看這是資料,只要有醫(yī)生診斷書,就能獲賠?!?/p>
“奧?”
“還有養(yǎng)老險(xiǎn)。如果長壽,這是你的福氣,那選擇養(yǎng)老險(xiǎn),活得越久領(lǐng)的越多?!?/p>
楊志峰見趙總還在那里思索,就說:
“還有意外保險(xiǎn)。交費(fèi)低,保障高,交通、傷害都管?!?/p>
“是嗎?”
“養(yǎng)老、醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)可以維持你穩(wěn)定的生活,意外可以再急用時派上用場。大保額是成功人士的象征,比如李嘉誠吧,他肯定不缺錢,可他為什么還買了幾千萬的保險(xiǎn),那是一種身份的象征。象你這樣的成功人士,就應(yīng)該買大額保單,和你的身份相匹配。孩子、愛人也要考慮?!焙貌蝗菀子辛艘娒娴臋C(jī)會,楊志峰志在必得。王玫10萬保費(fèi)進(jìn)賬營銷部沸騰的場面至今歷歷在目。
五分鐘過去了,周總沒有下逐客令,而是拿著楊志峰遞過去的資料返來復(fù)去的看。看周總還在猶豫,楊志峰開始臨門一腳的促成動作,他邊拿出投保單邊說:“你只要在投保單上把你和家人的一些信息填好,再簽字就完成投保了,手續(xù)一點(diǎn)也不麻煩,我可以替你把保費(fèi)交到保險(xiǎn)公司,正式投保單第二天就給你送來。”
“先不忙,你先幫我設(shè)計(jì)保額共188萬的養(yǎng)老和醫(yī)療計(jì)劃,給我愛人和孩子各設(shè)計(jì)68萬保額的保險(xiǎn),看一共得交多少保費(fèi),而且保費(fèi)數(shù)也要帶8和6。”
這下楊志峰可為難了,保額有零有整,他還從來沒有遇到過,周總對數(shù)字這么在乎,我也不能馬虎,回去好好算算,改天再來。想到這里他說:“我明天給你把保險(xiǎn)計(jì)劃送來,行嗎?”
“行?!?/p>
晚上熬到半夜2點(diǎn)鐘,計(jì)劃書做出來了。第二天,晨會一開完,楊志峰就來了。
周總仔細(xì)看完計(jì)劃,沉思了一會兒。“你帶保險(xiǎn)單了嗎?我看,今天咱們就把合同簽了。”
終于簽單了,躉交保費(fèi)26.8萬。
這一單的成功,楊志峰已是毫無懸念地穩(wěn)居第一,也奠定了他在營銷部獨(dú)占鰲頭的地位。
楊志峰漸漸悟出做單的奧秘 “先做朋友,后做保險(xiǎn)”。不強(qiáng)攻,不一開口就大談保險(xiǎn),避免引起客戶反感。同時,他非常注重保險(xiǎn)、金融、法律等方面知識的學(xué)習(xí)和積累,日漸專業(yè)知識和誠懇的態(tài)度消除了客戶的顧慮,設(shè)身處地為客戶分析他們的需求,設(shè)計(jì)滿足他們需求的最佳險(xiǎn)種和險(xiǎn)種組合,而不是那個險(xiǎn)種賺錢就介紹那個險(xiǎn)種,這使他成了客戶信賴的好朋友。他的目標(biāo):不僅是客戶的壽險(xiǎn)顧問,也是他們的生活顧問,他用心收集一些養(yǎng)生、健康之類的資料,自己印出來送給客戶,他深深感到為營銷建立穩(wěn)定的的關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò),將成就自己的輝煌。
他進(jìn)入了收獲的季節(jié),鞋子跑壞了幾雙,自行車騎壞了,索性換成了變速車,買了數(shù)字傳呼機(jī)。
王玫從業(yè)績第一的位置掉到第二,心里那個急呀,晨會后忙過來討教,她在楊志峰那里得到一個重要的技巧,要保就保全家,自己原來傻乎乎的跑一個家庭就辦一個人,太浪費(fèi)時間和精力。
她靠牛老板的介紹開始開拓附近其他服裝市場的業(yè)務(wù),把其他門店老板的業(yè)務(wù)辦了不少。有幾次簽單牛老板親自駕車送她過去,他很欣賞王玫的干勁,特別想“招安”她,自己的市場里有這么一個人該有多好
王玫的保費(fèi)緊隨楊志峰之后。她信心大增,暗暗下決心,一定要超過楊志峰。她在每天做拜訪計(jì)劃的寫字臺上方貼了一句話:“咬定青山不放松,爭取超過楊志峰。”
王玫有自己的優(yōu)勢。她的客戶有不少是鄰居,她只要有機(jī)會就幫助鄰居,先不談保險(xiǎn)。盡顧別人了,自己的事反而沒有空去做,為此老公沒少埋怨,但還是承擔(dān)了大部分家務(wù),給予王玫很大的支持。王玫開始漸漸在服裝生意圈、街坊有了名氣,大家有什么事都愿意找她,當(dāng)然買保險(xiǎn)肯定找她,甚至有別的營銷員講清楚了,到買的時候人們照樣來找她。
她把保險(xiǎn)和生活結(jié)合在一起,都當(dāng)做是幫助別人的事,天生一副熱心腸使她幫助了別人的同時也成就了自己。她和陌生人見面熟的性格也助力她的業(yè)務(wù)快速上升。
她前一段給一位朋友做了計(jì)劃,建議他及家人買保險(xiǎn)。這位朋友一直說不急,等等再說。不料前幾天這位朋友主動找到她,說自己肺部檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)了陰影,有病變的可能,問現(xiàn)在可不可以買保險(xiǎn),王玫遺憾地告訴他已經(jīng)不能了。這件事使王玫認(rèn)識感到很歉疚,不少人缺乏風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識,總是認(rèn)為不幸不太可能發(fā)生在自己身上,等出現(xiàn)問題時再想來補(bǔ)救卻已經(jīng)遲了,而這就是自己應(yīng)該做的工作。如果當(dāng)初自己再努力一點(diǎn),或能更深刻地做些講解,使他認(rèn)識到保險(xiǎn)的重要性,或許今天保險(xiǎn)就能幫他解決難題了。在王玫的努力下,朋友的愛人和孩子都投保了。
王玫愛上了這份工作,把它當(dāng)成一個能幫到別人的事業(yè)。從這份工作中體驗(yàn)到了樂趣,個人的心理素質(zhì)、心理承受能力都提高了,而且可以不斷認(rèn)識新朋友,實(shí)現(xiàn)人生價值。
自行車、傳呼機(jī)、展業(yè)包成了她三件寶,她的展業(yè)包里除了計(jì)算器、投保單、宣傳資料、保費(fèi)收據(jù)、建議書、筆袋外,多了一些小禮物送給需要的人,比如巧克力、小紀(jì)念品、小玩具。她把保險(xiǎn)融入到了生活中,生活保險(xiǎn)化,保險(xiǎn)生活化。
一天,她在銀行排隊(duì)準(zhǔn)備存錢,在她的前面是一位中年男士,他的兒子在旁邊玩耍。王玫主動和他攀談,話題就選擇在了他的可愛兒子身上,他們家長總是最疼愛自己的孩子,這個話題很容易拉近距離。談話中,他對孩子的愛溢于言表。從中也得到了一些關(guān)鍵信息。他是生意人,自己開了一個較大規(guī)模的超市。他們相互換了名片,看得出來,他對王玫留下不錯的印象。這第一次他們沒談保險(xiǎn)。王玫僅僅告訴他自己是一名保險(xiǎn)營銷員。
后來他們一直保持著著聯(lián)系。一次兒童節(jié),王玫特意把展業(yè)的路線改到經(jīng)過這位先生家上,按照地址去了他的超市,見到了他的愛人,他當(dāng)時不在。因?yàn)橐郧耙恢庇新?lián)系,所以王玫和他愛人見面也都很自然。王玫把小玩具、巧克力送給孩子,孩子和大人都很高興。他愛人見王玫手里拿著很多資料,就主動問起王玫的工作。王玫說要去給幾個同她家孩子差不多大的孩子送保單,她頓時很有興趣,便向打聽起更多的詳細(xì)信息。王玫就很‘隨意’地和她談起像她兒子這么大的小孩最需要什么樣的保障,應(yīng)該做哪些保險(xiǎn)設(shè)計(jì)。當(dāng)然,事先王玫對自己所要說的內(nèi)容早就做過深入詳盡的思考了。她向王玫提了很多關(guān)心的問題,因?yàn)橥趺凳孪瓤紤]到對方會有怎樣的問題,所以都做好了回答的準(zhǔn)備,同時又有大量相關(guān)詳細(xì)的資料,可以有據(jù)可依地向她講解。
沒過多久,這個保單就簽下來了,她乘勝追擊,把這位先生和他愛人的保險(xiǎn)都辦了。這家人現(xiàn)在和王玫曾經(jīng)陌生拜訪的很多人一樣都和王玫成為相互信任的好朋友。
公司營銷服務(wù)部剛剛組建,簡陋的職場,幾十名營銷員,只有很少又缺乏經(jīng)驗(yàn)的管理人員,產(chǎn)品也不多,但人氣很旺。系統(tǒng)的、專業(yè)的培訓(xùn)還未進(jìn)行,但每天晨會上的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴知識都被營銷員們?nèi)琊囁瓶饰?,對保險(xiǎn)一無所知的這些“白板”好畫最新最美的圖畫。每天的業(yè)績也在不斷刷新。
今天的晨會,王玫分享了自己的展業(yè)經(jīng)歷:“有一天在拜訪完客戶后,走到了一家雜貨鋪,正好走累了,就在小賣鋪休息一會兒,和小賣鋪老板聊了起來。老板是個喪偶的中年男子,下有一個小孩,上有一個老母。聊著聊著我就和他聊起了保險(xiǎn),我說:‘老板,你一家三口,就靠你這個頂梁柱,你想過沒有,萬一你發(fā)生什么意外,這個家庭怎么辦?’老板說:“保險(xiǎn)是有錢人買的,我的錢剛夠用,還說什么保險(xiǎn)?!蔽覜]能說動他,旁邊一位位買東西的客戶聽了覺得不錯,就在我這兒買了保險(xiǎn)。等這位客戶的保單下來我去送保單時,我特意去了那家小賣鋪,在我又跟老板談起保險(xiǎn)時,他終于接受了,買了一份550元的保單。簽好單后他問:‘錢要今天給嗎?’我回答說:‘是的,今天付錢有困難嗎?’他猶豫了一會兒說:‘沒困難’就拿出鑰匙,走到放在里面的桌子旁,打開一個抽屜,小心翼翼地拿出一個布包,打開一看,里面全是一角、五角、一元、五元、十元的小幣,都分類放的整整齊齊。我就和他共同數(shù)好錢,整理成一小捆。550元不是個大數(shù)目,可是我拎著這袋錢覺得真是沉甸甸的,我卻覺得很開心和輕松。保險(xiǎn)并不是富人才可擁有的東西,人人都應(yīng)該擁有它。我為幫助這個家庭獲得了保險(xiǎn)的保障而感到欣慰。保險(xiǎn)是一份可以幫助無數(shù)需要得到幫助的人的工作。我覺得我們的工作挺有意義.”
王玫的展業(yè)經(jīng)歷改變了一些業(yè)務(wù)員的思維習(xí)慣,大家不再只找“大戶”,而是見人就講保險(xiǎn),接孩子和家長說,去酒店和服務(wù)員、老板說,聚會和朋友們說。一時間,西瓜要撿,芝麻也不丟,大單、小單通吃,保費(fèi)持續(xù)攀升。
楊志峰、王玫成了營銷部的展業(yè)明星,他們兩人也在暗中較勁,每天晨會廳出來,都會問對方這兩天的拜訪情況,是不是還有什么猛料要抖。每次被問的一方都會淡淡地說準(zhǔn)客戶都快用光了,這幾天的趕緊做新的拜訪積累客戶,暫時不會有大舉動,然后就急匆匆走了,都希望在晨會上震一下對方。楊志峰眼前又浮現(xiàn)出羚羊和獅子賽跑的故事,不敢有絲毫懈怠。
