我有太多的感謝要說，對火箭，對休斯頓這座城市，還有老板亞歷山大，感謝你讓我們相遇。

現在正逢中國農歷新年，首先我要祝各位春節快樂，萬事如意。

當我再次走進這座球館時，抬頭看到球館上空懸掛著的那些號碼，和即將懸掛上去的我的號碼，我就知道自己的新年愿望可能要落空了，因為我再也不可能和火箭簽10天短合同了。

現在，我總是會回憶起1994年，當NBA首次來到中國，也正是那一年，“大夢”奧拉朱旺率領火箭隊首次捧起總冠軍獎杯，我知道今天在座的許多球迷，都是在那一年從電視機前見證了這一時刻，而那也正是我夢開始的時候，大夢，感謝你給我留下的那段回憶。

其次，我還要感謝曾經執教過我的教練，魯迪-湯姆賈諾維奇，杰夫-范甘迪還有里克-阿德爾曼，他們的努力和對我的信任，讓我相信來到休斯頓就是命中注定。

每一次當我站在球場通道時，也許等待著的是勝利，是失敗，是生涯新高，或是生涯終結，但無論會發生什么，我都會毫不猶豫的上場為這座城市而戰。不僅是因為身邊這些偉大的隊友，更因為偉大的球迷給我們的支持。

十年前，我們是一直充滿活力的年輕球隊，相信穆大叔對這一點深有感悟。那時候我經常要不斷跟著弗朗西斯和莫布里打轉換，這感覺就像在飛機場上兩輛坦克拖著飛機前進。

在那之后，T-MAC加入了我們的球隊，感謝有你的陪伴，我們有許多回憶，最需要記住的，就是在比賽還有35秒的時候要把球交到他手上。在那一晚，我是這么和我提前關掉電視的鄰居說的，“最后時刻我和麥迪合砍15分幫助球隊完成逆轉”。

在更衣室中，巴蒂爾經常在“瘋狂三月”期間和我們打賭，我與NCAA不太了解因為我沒有在美國大學打球的經歷，不過幸運的是，我從來沒有贏過“我到底在想什么”獎，因為我總是選美國總統的預測，是上一任，因為我不清楚這屆總統怎么樣。

在我剛來到美國的時候，休斯頓和其他美國城市一樣對我來說非常陌生，但是一段時間之后，身邊的這些面孔，隊友、教練、工作人員、媒體人員還有最重要的球迷，讓我留下了難以忘懷的回憶，就如同坐在那里的一家球迷，他們十多年來一直給予我們支持，謝謝你們。

從現在開始，休斯頓對我來說不僅是一個單詞，每次提起這個名字的時候，你們的面孔都會浮現在我腦海。

最后我要向大家分享一個故事，故事發生在我的新秀賽季，也是在那一年的春節前后，那是我和我的家人第一次在海外迎來新年。所有的教練，隊友和工作人員都聚集在了之前那座球館的更衣室中，史蒂夫(弗朗西斯)你也在那兒，他們每個人都為我準備了一份紅包，因為這正是中國的傳統習俗，感謝你們讓我有了家的感覺。但是當我打開的時候我發現，每個紅包里只有2美元，于是我就跟時任總經理的道森說，“你應該放10美元的，不應該只有2美元”，然后道森對我說，“你知道球隊有工資帽的對吧。”

時至今日，我的錢包中還有曾經的一張兩美元，因為我知道無論我去到哪兒，只要有它陪伴，我的家就在那里。

Good afternoon!

Todayis an important day for me.It is a day of special significance for both mypast professional career and future endeavors.Atthe end of last year, I once again had a stress fracture in my left foot andhad to sit out of basketball.Since then, like many friends who cared about me,I waited and hoped that I could return.It was also a frustrating period, manythoughts crossed my mind.Today, I am ready to announce to everyone mydecision: I will end my athletic career and formally retire from the game ofbasketball.Atthis moment, looking towards the future and looking back through the past, myheart is full of gratitude.Firstand foremost, I want to thank the game of basketball.This great sport hasbrought joy to untold numbers of people, including myself.When I was fouryears old, I got my first basketball.At nine, I entered a youth sports schoolin Xuhui district(in Shanghai).I joined the Shanghai Junior Team at 14.And when I was 16 years old, I put onmy dad’s former number, and joined the Shanghai Sharks senior team incompetition.Basketball has allowed me to follow in my family’s footsteps.WheneverI see the joy and satisfaction in my parents’ eyes, I feel a strong sense ofpride.I was also fortunate to win a CBA Championship with my teammates for thecity of Shanghaiin 2002.From that moment on, basketball has connected me with this great city.During that same year, I entered the NBA.Basketball has led me to a bigger andbroader stage to showcase my abilities.It’s a dream for many to play for theNational Team.So in fulfilling my dream, I am especially grateful of theopportunity to play for my country for so many years.And because ofbasketball, I have found the love of my life Ye Li, and a lifetime ofhappiness.Basketball has given me so much and for this, I want to thank thegame of basketball.Ialso want to thank life.No matter if it’s my beloved basketball or otherendeavors.It is all just a part of life.I believe life is like a guide.Ifyou follow him faithfully, he will open doors to wonderful worlds for you.Today, I am retired from basketball, and one of those doors is closed.Butelsewhere, another door is opening and outside that door is a new world waitingfor me to experience and explore。

大家好，感謝大家的光臨。

今天對我來說是一個重要的日子，無論是對我以往的籃球職業生涯，還是未來的個人發展，都具有特殊的意義。

去年年底，我的左腳第三次應力性骨折，我不得不離開賽場。半年多以來，和許多關心我的朋友一樣，我也是在漫長的期待當中度過的。這段時間里，內心十分糾結，反復思考。為此，今天我要宣布一個個人決定：作為籃球運動員，我將結束自己的運動生涯，正式退役。

此時此刻，回顧過去，展望未來，我的內心充滿感激。

我首先要感謝籃球。這項偉大的運動為無數人帶來了快樂，當然也包括我自己。四歲我有了第一個籃球，九歲進入徐匯區少體校，十四歲進入上海青年隊，十六歲背上父親當年的號碼，代表上海隊比賽。籃球使我延續了家庭的傳承，每每看到父母欣慰的眼神，我都無比自豪;也非常幸運能和上海大鯊魚隊的隊友們一起為上海贏得了一次CBA總冠軍。從那時起，籃

球把我和身后這座城市聯系在了一起;同樣在CBA奪冠的2002年，我進入NBA，籃球引領我步入了一個更寬廣的舞臺，使我可以盡情地展現自己;更要感謝能有機會為中國國家隊戰十年，那是無數青年人的夢想;同時因為籃球，與心愛的人結緣，建立了美滿的家庭，獲得了一生的幸福。所有這些，都是我無比熱愛的籃球運動帶給我的，我要感謝籃球。

我還要感謝生活。無論我所熱愛的籃球，還是別的什么東西，都是生活的一部分。我覺得生活就像一個向導，你虔誠地追隨他，他就會為你打開一扇又一扇的門，而門外的世界各不相同，無比精彩。今天我退役了，一扇門已經關上，而另一扇門卻正在徐徐開啟，而門外有嶄新的生活正在等著我去認真品讀。

At the end of last year I broke my left foot for a third time.I had to leave the basketball court, and spent the last half of the year waiting, just as many of those who care about me.During that period, I struggled a lot in my heart and thought a lot.Now I am going to announce a personal decision: I am going to end my career as a basketball player and officially retire。

First I'd like to thank basketball.This great sport has brought joys to so many people, including me.I had my first basketball when I was four.I entered the Sports School of Xuhui District of Shanghai when I was nine and entered the Shanghai Basketball Youth Team at 14.At 16, I began playing for Shanghai Basketball Team, wearing my father's number.I inherited my family's tradition by playing basketball.I feel so proud every time I look into the eyes of my parents, who are proud of me.I feel very honored to have the opportunity to win the CBA title in 2002 with Shanghai Shark teammates, which has linked us all to this city behind.Basketball also led me on a greater stage when I entered NBA t

大家好，各位領導，各位來賓，各位好，謝謝大家今天的光臨。

今天對我來說是重要的日子，無論對我以往的籃球職業生涯，還是未來個人發展，都具有特殊的意義。

去年年底，我的左腳第三次應力性骨折，我不得不離開賽場，半年多以來和很多關心我的朋友一樣，我也是在漫長的期待中度過，在那段時間里我內心十分糾結，反復思考，為此今天宣布一個個人的決定，作為籃球運動員，我將結束自己的運動生涯，正式退役。

此時此刻，回顧過去，展望未來，我的內心充滿感激，我首先要感謝的是籃球這項偉大的運動，為無數人帶來了快樂，包括易約骸Ｎ?歲的時候有了第一個籃球，9歲進入上海市體校，14歲進入上海訓練隊，16歲背上我父親當年的號碼，代表上海隊比賽，籃球是我延續家庭的傳承，每當看到父母欣慰的眼神，我都感到無比自豪，也非常榮幸能夠和上海大鯊魚的隊友為上海贏得2002年CBA冠軍，和我們身后這座城市聯系在一起。同一年在進入NBA之后，籃球引領我進入更寬廣的舞臺，使我盡情展現自己。更要感謝能有機會為中國國家隊奮戰十年，那是無數青年人的夢想，同時因為籃球，與心愛的人結緣，建立美滿的家庭，獲得一生的幸福。所有這些都是無比熱愛的籃球帶給我的，我要感謝籃球。

我還要感謝生活，無論我所熱愛的籃球還是別的東西，都是生活的一部分，我覺得生活就像一個向導，你虔誠追隨它，它就會為你打開一扇一扇門。今天退役了，一扇門關上，另外一扇門則徐徐打開，門外有嶄新的生活等著我認真品味。我雖然離開賽場，但是不會離開籃球，上海東方大鯊魚籃球隊是我籃球的延續，我正在用新的方式管理俱樂部，用這種方式為家鄉帶來快樂。我將繼續投身社會公益事業，姚基金是我個人的基金會，已經成立三年，接下來會以此為依托，影響更多的人參與慈善事業，幫助更多的人。同時我希望結識更多的朋友，一起做喜歡的事情，相信在與各行各業，有識之士的交往中，會學到更多的東西，豐富精彩生活，引領著我從上海走向全國，從中國走向世界。所以我要感謝生活，今后我要認真對待它，才是對生活最好的回報。

Today is an important day for me.For myself, my basketball career and the personal growth in the future, it has a particular meaning.今天對我來說是重要的日子，無論對我以及以往的籃球職業生涯，還是未來個人發展，都具有特殊的意義。

At the end of last year I broke my left foot for a third time.I had to leave the basketball court, and spent the last half of the year waiting, just as many of those who care about me.During that period, I struggled a lot in my heart and thought a lot.Now I am going to announce a personal decision: I am going to end my career as a basketball player and officially retire.去年年底，我的左腳第三次應及性骨折，我不得不離開賽場，半年多以來和很多關心的朋友一樣，我也是在漫長的期待中渡 過，在那段時間內心十分糾結，反復思考，為此今天宣布一個個人的決定，作為籃球運動員，我將結束自己的運動生涯，正式退役。

Looking back on the past and right into the future, I am deeply grateful.First I'd like to thank basketball.This great sport has brought joys to so many people, including me.I had my first basketball when I was four.I entered the Sports School of Xuhui District of Shanghai when I was nine and entered the Shanghai Basketball Youth Team at 14.At 16, I began playing for Shanghai Basketball Team, wearing my father's number.I inherited my family's tradition by playing

I would also like to thank life.No matter my favorite basketball or something else, they are all parts of the life.Life is like a guide.When you sincerely follow it, it will open one and another door for you and the world outside of them is so different and exciting.Today, I retired.The door
