于不知不覺中，很多人丟掉讓自己舒服的生活方式，扶著眼鏡遍地去找另一種生活方式。

說實話，我的視野里不乏拼命三郎和三娘們，我承認這些人的奮斗熱情在很多時候為我打了不少免費雞血。他們不顧一切，他們目光炯炯，隨便一條微信就已經是最好的勵志雞湯。

別自欺欺人了，上述假設還可能約等于你很蠢、工作效率很低;或者你做的決定多半都是錯的，只能不斷補救，少走彎路。

比起那些天天在喧鬧中拼命、像對待陀螺般抽打自己的人，我現在更欣賞那些活得有張有弛、游刃有余的人。比如有的朋友會在密集工作一個月之后，倏然飛往歐洲度假一個月;或者推掉好幾個閃閃發亮的小機會，宅在家好幾天不洗臉也不社交。

我有個特別好的朋友在央視新聞頻道工作，恨不得天天加班，沒假期。但有一天，她在朋友圈曬了一張挺漂亮的油畫，說是自己報了個周末油畫班去學的，我一下子愛她愛得不行。她和我一樣，特別反感刻意拓展人脈的、看似高大上的局，凡是自己不喜歡的人和調調，機會再好也不去。

還有我特別欣賞的一位朋友，她的生活也很有滋味。身處模特圈，卻從不受浮華習氣的影響，從不拼命攏資源、造人氣，把自己搞得疲憊不堪。她曾經跟我說，人可以決定自己看到什么、聽到什么，有些東西，她選擇不去接觸，因為她覺得自己可能會受到不好的影響。

她潛心做自己的服裝設計，喜歡復古風就沉浸到底。她是真的隨遇而安，非常瀟灑淡定，有機會就出去旅行看世界，可事業照樣風生水起。前幾天我發現她把新款服裝帶去巴黎拍攝，一邊玩一邊拍。

人家沒下功夫嗎?人家沒享受生活嗎?

工作永遠做不完，事業可以做得一天比一天大，可是持續擴張真的是一件好事嗎?

還記得前年去希臘的時候，導游跟我們講，有一幫中國大老板跑到當地一家酒窖，跟酒窖主人談合作，每年買多少多少箱酒，結果被拒絕了。主人說，我們每年只做這么多酒，多的不做，如果做太多，我就沒時間去酒吧、去旅游了。

不僅如此，酒窖主人還把這群人傻錢多的大老板，介紹給了毗鄰的酒窖主人。

這不是傻嗎，自己不賺錢也就罷了，還把錢主動送到競爭對手那兒去?？上н@只是中國人的思維方式。

現在打雞血的機構太多，可雞血到底哪家強?我想給大家提供的雞血，是這樣的：我們打雞血的目的，是享受生活，是豐富人生體驗，是和家人們一起咀嚼奮斗成果，而不是打雞血本身的快感。

況且，你真的覺得自己需要那么多的雞血嗎?需要時再打，不需要時，請屏蔽。
