第四篇：成功管理經驗小故事

錄用廚師

有個酒店的湖蟹很有名，每天都能賣出許多。這天他們要招聘一名廚師長，有兩位廚師同時前來應聘，按常規，兩人將各自上崗試工3天，等6天之后才決定聘用誰。

第一位試工的廚師很勤快也很有管理頭腦，他除了自己帶頭外，還經常與其他廚師來一場“綁湖蟹比賽”。比賽時，包括酒店老板在內的所有入都為他嫻熟的手腳所折服——他5分鐘綁20只湖蟹，其他廚師最多綁12只！讓老板更加滿意的是，他懂得用比賽來提高大家的做事效率！之前他們5分鐘最多只能綁10只。

接下來3天是另一位應聘者，同樣的，他也懂得“競爭”的道理，所以每天一開始綁湖蟹他就號召大家來比賽，但是幾乎讓所有人都沒有想到的是，這位廚師的動作并不快，然而他的喊聲卻很大，于是，這幾乎成為了大家的笑料。

盡管如此，那位廚師卻并沒有覺得羞愧，他反而用更大的聲音喊著一定要追上其他廚師，他拼命加快速度追，其他的員工自然也就拼命地不讓他追上，直到第6天試工結束，他綁湖蟹的效率依舊落在那些廚師的后面。
