一、本學期的指導思想：

在本學期的英語教學中，突出學生主體，尊重個體差異；要面向全體學生，關注每個學生的情感，激發他們學習英語的興趣，幫助他們建立學習的成就感和自信心,培養創新精神；注重過程評價，促進學生發展，建立能激勵學生學習興趣和自主學習能力發展的評價體系；目標設計以學生技能，語言知識，情感態度，學習策略和文化意識的發展為基礎；采用活動途徑，倡導參與，采用任務型的教學模式，讓學生在老師的指導下參與和合作等方式，實現目標。總之，讓學生在使用英語中學習英語，讓他們在使用和學習英語的過程中，體味到輕松和成功的快樂。二、七年級學生基本情況分析：

本屆七年級新生曾在小學學過二、三年英語。大多數學生入校前已學過英語或接觸過英語，他們已經認識了部分字母和單詞，掌握了英語學習的一些基本方法，但多數同學只是會說部分單詞和句子。但部分學生沒有明確的學習目的，缺少學習的熱情和主動性，自覺性較差，學習習慣也差。

三、教材分析

本冊由預備篇（三個單元）和正式篇（十二個單元）兩部分組成。下冊只有正式篇十二個單元。上下兩冊各有兩個復習單元。這同前套教材相同。但在每個單元的內部結構上則完全不同：每個單元分為ABC三部分，并且各有側重點。

A部分的設計。操練新語言時需要用到的重點詞匯；呈現新的表達方式；幾個循序漸進的操練活動；語法聚焦框，總結本單元使用的語法；互動活動，學生在互相合作中使用目標語言來完成本部分的學習。B部分的設計。在循環A部分所呈現的語言的同時引出新的詞匯；以活動幫助學生整合新的目標語言和前面學過的語言。C部分為學生自我檢測部分，復習所有重點詞匯以及新學的語法項目；卡通圖片方式進一步應用了本課的目標語言。A部分為基礎知識和重點詞匯的學習，B部分則強調學生應用知識的學習，C部分則是檢測學習效果。在層次分明的同時，又使學生明白了已掌握的知識點與能力和須待彌補的的地方，從而獲得自我學習效果的清晰認識，注重對學生學習過程中的形成性評價。

四、奮斗目標

鉆研新課標新教材，不斷提高教師的知識水平和教學水平，做到教學相長。

五、具體措施：

1、字母和音標是學習英語的基礎，因此在開學初要嚴格抓好學生學習字母和音標的質量；

2、讓學生養成良好的學習習慣，如課前做好課前準備，按時完成作業和及時交作業等；

3、讓學生每天背課文中的四會單詞和課文中的對話，教師在第二天及時聽寫或抽查，培養學生積累詞匯的好習慣；

4、堅持日測、周測、月測的形成性評價制度：對英語學習實行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要給學生檢驗自己努力成果的機會，讓進步的同學體會到成就感，讓落后的同學找出差距，感受壓力。由此在班里形成濃厚的學習氛圍，培養學生健康向上的人格和競爭意識。
