大家好！今天我演講的主題是《祖國在我心中》。

一、班級整體情況

在優秀班主任xxx的帶領下，我們班比較優秀(進步較大)，上個學期期末我們英語學科是蘭溪市統一測試的，我們取得了優異的成績，但也有小部分學生明顯落后與別人，主要表現在上課注意力不集中，不喜歡張口讀書，動作偏慢，家庭作業沒有按時上交或干脆不交等現象，久而久之，他的各種表現就落后了，不管是考試成績，口語交流，還是書寫。就不如其他學生。

二、英語學科的特點

本學期我們用的是PEP英語教材的升級版，它比原來的舊教版有了更高的要求，在學生聽、說、讀、寫的基礎上，強調語言的運用，注重能力的培養，培養學生自主學習的能力和獨立運用所學語言去做事的能力。但教學內容緊密聯系小學生的生活和學習實際，選擇話題充分考慮到小學生的需求，涉及學校、家庭、飲食、玩具、動物、顏色、數字等。本學期還增加了機器人(Robin)角色，更富有童趣。因此，英語學科的學習本身趣味性比較強，成績好的同學會越學越有趣，小部分同學基礎沒打好，興趣也就減弱了，畢竟學習的過程是從易到難的。低段簡單的沒學會，到高段難的知識點學起來就感覺累了。英語課程每個單元的課型也比較清晰的，每單元有AB兩部分重點內容，每部分有三中課型;單詞教學，對話教學和閱讀教學;還有C部分，也就是故事教學是選學內容，我們一般不作課堂授課，作為有興趣的同學自己自學內容。

三、如何在家監督孩子的英語學習

1。關注家庭作業

每周有三節英語課，這三天里我都會布置家庭作業，并且我對家庭作業有具體的要求：若當天是新授單詞課，那晚上的作業肯定是默寫單詞;若是對話課，那晚上的作業肯定是默寫重點句，對預習作業的要求是：聽錄音，若預習單詞，要在家校聯系本上抄寫單詞，我沒有規定抄寫幾遍，目的是培養學生主動學習的習慣，而不是每天機械地完成老師布置的作業。若對話課或閱讀課，要求翻譯漢語的意思，寫在家校聯系本上。第二天由四人小組長檢查，發現很多孩子是來學校補的，可見聽力作業也不會完成。所以，從今天以后，家長可以根據這幾個要求去關自己孩子完成作業的情況，當然這之前也有做得很好的家長，不但關注孩子的學習還天天在家校聯系本上簽名。雖然我沒有強制性要求學生每天讓家長簽名，目的是杜絕孩子造假，高段了有的孩子很聰明，自己簽個名，每天簽名的家長我是記憶很深刻的，你的孩子也很優秀，我也很感謝您對英語學科的支持和關注。

2。關注單元測試測試卷簽名。其實測試卷上家長簽名，是一個外在的形式，我的目的是，讓家長知道孩子一個階段的學習成果，看孩子的試卷，不光看分數的高低，更要關注孩子錯誤的原因，是因為粗心，還是因為本身就不會。一次考試，不僅僅只是分數上的收獲，更是一種學習方法上的收獲。也是鼓勵和鞭策孩子，讓孩子有學習的.成就感，每次測試后我都以不同的方式給予學生獎勵，有，優秀獎，進步獎，鼓勵獎。考慮到有的學生存在報喜不報憂的情況，每次試卷下發后，我都會以短信的方式，通知給家長。

四、幾點希望

1。家長要轉變觀念，要把語文，數學，英語放在同等位置。經常可以聽到家長的議論，小學英語沒關系，初中會重學的，其實這是一種錯誤的觀念。初中七年級是有三個模塊式復習內容的，但后面的內容跨度還是很大的，明年的中考英語難度系數又增加了，取消了選擇題的題型，9月2日高考制度出臺，高三考試分為英語、語文、數學，各科總分是150分。所以養成良好的學習習慣要從小學開始，孩子的學習必須家校合作，因為時代在進步，再也不要和你那時自己的學習比較。希望家長再家多費點心，多關注自己孩子的英語學習情況。

2。多關注孩子的學習動態，別過早的放棄孩子對英語的學習，要意識到小學的知識相對來說是比較簡單的，更多的是要讓孩子有學英語的動力，多鼓勵，不要一味的責罵，多和孩子交流，溝通。

3。讓我們常聯系，我一個人任教六個班的英語課，平時你的孩子出現什么問題我一般和班主任交流比較多，真的感到抱歉，所以家長朋友們您們若有什么問題，你可以寫在家校聯系本上，或打電話(------537934)，我會盡我所能幫助您的孩子。最后讓我們共同努力，讓孩子在英語學科上取得好成績，養成好習慣，為今后的學習打下扎實的基礎。我就聊這么多，有不當之處，望家長朋友們批評指正。我辦公室就在隔壁，若有事我們也可以單獨交流。

我們祖國有許多的名勝古跡，這些著名的名勝古跡都是我們祖先用辛勤的汗水與鮮血換來的。

萬里長城是中華民族偉大的象征，東起山海關，西至嘉峪關，全長12700余里，是我國古代最雄偉的防御工程，被譽為古代的世界奇跡之一。它是中國偉大的軍事建筑，它的發現給我們中國添上了輝煌的勛章。現在人們登上萬里長城，四處眺望，多好的風景，霎時間覺得自己像在距離地面十萬八千里的地方望著地上，那種感覺是多么舒服，多么自在。我們為自己是一名中國人而感到自豪，驕傲！
