三、表明層次

1、平行并列

這種講述層次安排的特點是對演講中心所涉及的幾個主要問題分別進行講述。幾個層次之間的關(guān)系是平列的，它們從不同角度來表現(xiàn)演講中心，或從不同側(cè)面去共同論證某一個論點。

2、正反對比

這種講述層次是，把分論點與分論點之間、段落與段落之間形成一正一反 的對照，使聽眾從兩種事物的不同或?qū)α⒅斜婷髡l是誰非，認識中心論點的正確性。

3、層層深入

這種形式是分論點、段落之間步步深入，層層推進。所謂“層層深入”，分論點、段落之間必須有嚴密的邏輯關(guān)系，先講什么，后講什么，順序不能隨意變動。這種講述方式一般有兩步遞進，三步遞進或四步遞進。上面說的是演講稿主體部分安排層次的幾種基本方法。應(yīng)當提出，這些方法并不是機械死板或互相孤立的，在具體運用時，常常是綜合使用，富于變化。

各段之間有內(nèi)在聯(lián)系，是指各段之間內(nèi)容連貫，上下段之間在內(nèi)容上邏輯聯(lián)系，體現(xiàn)出一段是上一段意思的必然發(fā)展。

長短適度，就是說構(gòu)段不能太長或短。段落過長或過短都不利于演講的進行。過短，段分得零碎，無論演講者或聽眾都難以掌握這一層的意思。過長，會出現(xiàn)一段的內(nèi)容出現(xiàn)幾層意思，而且講起來缺少停頓，聽眾聽起來太壓抑，容易產(chǎn)生疲勞。

五、注重銜接

隨著層次的展開，中間環(huán)節(jié)的出現(xiàn)，使演講稿內(nèi)在聯(lián)系變得復(fù)雜，若銜接不緊，便會使結(jié)構(gòu)松散零亂，有損于演講稿主體的整體性。因此，需要采用必要的過渡銜接手段，使復(fù)雜變清晰，隱蔽變顯露，以達到聯(lián)貫思路，承上啟下，接榫縫合的效果。銜接巧妙，聯(lián)絡(luò)無痕，演講稿似一氣呵成，天衣無縫，這不僅給人以脈絡(luò)清晰的印象，更主要的是使文章渾然一體，給人以完整的印象。

演講稿的銜接，主要指演講稿的過渡與照應(yīng)。

過渡是指層次與層次、段落與段落之間的銜接轉(zhuǎn)換；照應(yīng)是指前后內(nèi)容上的關(guān)照和呼應(yīng)。

演講稿在下列情況下需要過渡：

1、講述的問題由總到分或由分到

總時需要過渡。

2、由一層意思轉(zhuǎn)到另一種意思時需要過渡。

3、由議論轉(zhuǎn)為敘述，或由敘述轉(zhuǎn)為議論時需要過渡。

六、安排高潮

“文似看山不喜平”。演講稿不僅要求節(jié)奏鮮明，張馳相間，跌宕起伏。更要有波瀾起伏的段落和引人入勝的高潮。

演講的高潮，既是演講者感情最激

昂、氣勢最雄勁的時刻，更是聽講者情緒最激動、精神最振奮的地方。一次演講，若能出現(xiàn)一次或幾次高

潮，說明演講者與聽講者之間在感情上產(chǎn)生了強烈的共鳴，說明演講者的信念和意志得到了響應(yīng)，說明他所宣傳的觀點和主張得到了聽眾發(fā)自內(nèi)心的歡迎和贊同。反之，如果一次演講沒有出現(xiàn)高潮，那么，就會使整個演講大為遜色，就不可能達到使“快者掀髯，憤者扼腕，悲者掩泣，羨者色飛”的出神入化的佳境。

怎樣組織和安排演講的高潮

關(guān)于這個問題，當代著名演講家李燕杰教授曾經(jīng)作過精深的論述。他說：“一次演講，怎樣達到高潮？這需要演講者在感情上一步一步地抓住聽眾，在理論上一步一步地說服聽眾，在內(nèi)容上一步一步地吸引聽眾，使聽眾的內(nèi)心激情逐漸地燃燒起來，演講將自然地推向高潮?！?/p>

許多有經(jīng)驗的演講者也正是這樣，他們在寫演講稿時，或是通過對所舉事例的準確恰當?shù)仃U釋分析，從中提煉出驚世駭俗的觀點及深刻的哲理而片語驚人，掀起高潮；或是運用比喻、排比等修辭手法，妙語連珠，滿座皆贊，掀起高潮；或是通過演講的中心論點的精練，透辟地議論，字字珠璣，語語中的，使聽眾為之折服而掀起高潮；或是運用充滿感情的語言，設(shè)計自然得體的動作，飽含真摯熱烈的情感，為聽眾創(chuàng)造一個真切動人的意境而達到高潮；或是語言運用富于變化，時而嚴峻論理，時而輕松談笑，時而慷慨激昂，時而詼諧幽默，使聽眾情緒起伏，掀起一個又一個的高潮。使演講上升到立意高遠、藝道兼?zhèn)洹側(cè)岵t火純青、引人入勝的意境。

組織和安排演講高潮時需要遵循的一般原則

1、體現(xiàn)演講高潮的那些名言、警句或簡短的議論，要從可靠的事實或充分的事理中自然而然地生發(fā)出來，切忌牽強附會，生澀難懂。

2、演講的高潮要切實體現(xiàn)出情感濃烈、哲理豐富、令人回味無窮的特征。要像磁石那樣，緊緊地吸引地住聽眾，讓誰走，誰也不走，臺上臺下達到高度的和諧統(tǒng)一。

針對現(xiàn)在有些人用電腦來干非法事的行為（比如入侵別人的電腦，竊取對方的資料等）。某些保守的人反對使用電腦，他們認為使用電腦弊大于利，認為使用電腦只不過是提高了點速度而已，對提高生活的質(zhì)量沒什么用處,像那些新聞、學(xué)習(xí)資料、歌曲都可以在報紙或電視上做到，完全可以不用電腦。這種看法我認為過于偏激，看上
