anniversary of Xiangsihu College of Guangxi University for Nationalities!On behalf of the College, I would like to extend our warmest welcome to all the leaders and guests from the UK, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam and Taiwan.I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the fraternal colleges and universities both at home and abroad, which have long-term concern and supported the construction and development of the colleges!The college of fifteen years, we hard to start but work hard, we continually working on developing of the college, we reform and innovate the college to services the society.For fifteen years, we become the representative of Guangxi new type college for we continuously push forward the transformation and development, and has made a series of stages and landmark achievements in personnel training, professional design, discipline construction, education and teaching, platform construction, campus culture and international exchange.Since 2005, the first batch of students sent to study abroad, the college has selected a total of more than 4600 students to ASEAN countries and France, Japan, Britain, the United States and other countries of the university for long-term and short-term exchange of study and practice, more than 400 people each year.At present, the college has established friendly and cooperative relations with 24 universities in Britain, France, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia and Taiwan.To carry out the 3+1 project(study in college for 3 years and study abroad for 1 year project), exchange projects in Taiwan, Work and Travel USA, and summer camp in UK.It is proposed to promote 3 + 1 double bachelor degree, 3 + 1 + 1 master, foreign students to China exchange, Chinese teachers to foreign cooperative institutions and other teaching projects.It is because of the strong support and mutual assistance of the fraternal schools in various countries, the international exchange work of our college has been able to successfully develop and booming;It is thanks to all the leader and teacher present here, has been inculcate and take good care of our students, the students in foreign country can have achieved then contribute to society.Today Chinese economic has been in the stage of industrial transformation and upgrading, the public services rapid development , Chinese economy bound into a new situation , requires a large number of applied personnel.We will seize the historical opportunities of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, hub of the 21st century Maritime Silk Road, promote the pace of teaching reform and development, And constantly improve the quality of teaching, so that students really adapt to the international and market-oriented development environment, to enhance the graduates of social competition and employability, and strive to develop into a regional leader, distinctive application of higher education institutions.Now, I sincerely hope that our college will cooperate deeply with fraternal colleges and universities!I wish the 15th anniversary commemoration of Xiangsihu College of Guangxi University For Nationalities a complete success!Thank you!
