在這豐收的季節，我肩負著家鄉父老的囑托與厚望，遠赴xxx參加了中國文化館榜樣人物的頒獎典禮。當我從文化部副部長xx今手中接過沉甸甸獎杯的那一刻，我的心情十分激動。我雖然在鄉村文化的工作崗位上，做了一些工作，取得了一些成績，但卻得到了如此之高的榮譽，讓我受寵若驚。

2010年1月，我被鄉黨委政府任命為xx鄉文化站站長。從那時起，我就把全身心的精力投入到了自己的工作崗位上。也就是從那時起，各級黨組織，文化主管部門就給與了我極大的鼓舞和關懷。讓我充滿了干勁兒，高揚了理想的風帆。我忘不了，現任鄉黨委書記李xx同志，上任之初，就解決了文化站的辦公用房問題，幫助文化站制定了未來文化發展的計劃。鄉長陰祖波經常幫助研究解決了文化站的具體問題，并確定了文化強鄉的整體戰略。黨群書記吳洪濤，深入文化工作一線，出主意想辦法。正是有鄉黨委政府的正確領導，才為我鋪就了一條通向圓夢的道路！在我成長的過程中，省市縣文體部門給予了大力支持，文體局長王憲波、副局長郭xx、鄭xx，文體股長xx積極為我出主意，想辦法。。。縣委縣政府領導，更是親臨一線，給了我巨大的關懷和鼓舞。

能夠榮獲這項殊榮，我會倍加珍惜。也會以此為新的起點，繼續在鄉村文化的舞臺上，施展自己的才智，帶領xx鄉的父老鄉親，深入開展“xx鄉十百千”文化工程。即在2015年，塑造10個省級文化品牌、培養100個文化能人和文化帶頭人，帶動1000個鄉村文化骨干，影響10000個以上的普通群眾參加文化活動。繼續打造文化廣場項目，豐富文化大院內容，爭取數字文化站建設。
