第一篇：英語寫信格式

一、英文書信的格式

248 Park Street(寄信人住址)Taipei, Taiwan 105

September 8, 2002(寫信日期)Dear Susan,(稱呼)

I enjoyed reading your letter very much.……………………………………………………………………………… ………………… Your friend,(結尾)Joe(簽名)

1、信紙的右上角寫上日期，如September 8，也常用簡寫Sep.8；非正式的信件，年代常省略；正式的書信則不只會寫上年代，還會把發信者的住址寫在日期的上方。

2、接下來在信紙的左方寫收信人的稱呼語，通常用Dear開始，再接著寫名字(一般都用first name)，如Dear Susan(親愛的蘇珊)；至于名字的后面則通常打上逗號或留白。

3、稱呼語寫完后，通常會先空一行才開始寫信的本文。

4、本文結束后，再寫上結尾語，如See you(再見)、(With)Best wishes(祝你平安)、Yours always(永遠是你的摯愛)、Yours ever(永遠愛你的)、Your friend(你的友人)、Truly yours(摯友)、Sincerely yours或Yours sincerely或Sincerely(最誠摯的友人)、Love(愛人，避免用在兩個男士間的信件)…等。

注意：

（1）結尾語的第一個字母要大寫，最后還要加上逗點。

（2）若要針對收信的對象，將結尾語加以區分，則對于比較親密的對方，可以用Sincerely yours、Yours sincerely或Sincerely；對于一般的朋友可用Your friend；如果是兒女寫給父母，就用Your loving son(daughter)；對長輩則寫Respectfully yours，至于生意上的往來就用Faithfully yours。

5、在結尾語下面的署名必須親自簽名，不可用打字的，而且在簽名之后，也不加任何的標點符號。

二、英文信封的寫法

1、在信封的左上角寫「寄信人」的名字和住址。

2、在信封的中間或右下角偏左的地方寫「收信人」的名字和住址。

3、寄信人不自稱Mr.、Mrs.或Miss，但是在收信人的姓名前則必須加上尊稱Mr.、Mrs.或Miss以示禮貌。

4、住址的寫法與中文相反；英文住址原則上是由小至大，如必須先寫門牌號碼、街路名稱，再寫城市、省（州）和郵政區號，最后一行則寫上國家的名稱。

5、在信封的右上角貼上郵票。

6、信封上的郵政區號(zip code)，在美國州名之后以五位數阿拉伯數字表示，前三位數代表州或都市，后兩位數表示郵區，至于郵政區號10027的念法是one double o two seven。

7、住址中常用字：有簡寫的多用簡寫：

樓 F(e.g.2F)巷 Lane(e.g.Lane 194)段 Section；Sec.(e.g.Sec.Ⅱ)弄 Alley(e.g.Alley 6)路 Road；Rd.(e.g.Chunghua Rd.)街 Street；St.(e.g.Yangkwang St.)
