2、公共場所禁煙政策得到了大部分公眾的認(rèn)可，但是還面臨著許多的困難。首先，我國人口眾多，要實(shí)現(xiàn)公共所禁煙還有一定的難度。其次，對于公共場所禁煙政策的全面推行還缺少必要的監(jiān)管機(jī)制和懲罰措施。再次，民眾也缺少禁煙的意識。

3、在我看來，公共場所禁煙政策要能夠順利的推行就必須采取一定的獎懲措施，還要設(shè)置相應(yīng)的配套設(shè)施。除此之外，政府要加大煙草制造企業(yè)的稅收力度，提高煙草的銷售價格等等。

煙塔——吸煙者的墳?zāi)?/p>

煙草盛行有300多年了，但是，直到今天大家才知到它的危害，一旦吸食后難以戒除，而且長期吸食會面黃肌瘦、四肢無力，甚至死亡，吸煙可以說是百害而無一利，我爸爸就是吸煙的一員。

我爸爸從三十多歲就開始吸煙，而且沒有節(jié)制，只要有人給他就要，而且就在許多學(xué)生面前還吸煙，讓別人吸了二手煙，害人又害己。自從我降生后，我爸爸就一直說要戒煙，可現(xiàn)在我都十一歲了，他連一根煙都沒少抽，反而量加大了，于是，我給他制訂了一個吸煙表：

周一：7根以內(nèi) 周二：6根以內(nèi) 周三：4根以內(nèi) 周四：3根以內(nèi) 周五：2根以內(nèi) 周六、周日：不許抽

備注：一天只能接受一根敬煙。從第二周不許抽。有了這樣的規(guī)矩，我爸爸吸煙數(shù)量明顯減少了，我還在網(wǎng)上查到多吃西紅柿有助于戒煙，我就讓媽媽多買些西紅柿，在晚上時糖拌西紅柿給爸爸吃，爸爸成功的戒掉了煙，對自己的危害減小了，又避免更多的人吸二手煙。

還有一次，我周六去學(xué)習(xí)，到了草橋站等車，這時來了一個酷哥，隨手從包里拿出一根煙，吸了起來，我心想：國家頒布的條例里不就有：“禁止在車站、餐廳、學(xué)校等十大公共場所吸煙嗎”？他怎么對國家的規(guī)定熟視無睹呢？

我國每年因吸煙引發(fā)疾病死亡的人數(shù)是100，0000！吸煙有害健康，盡人皆知。然而，不少人你說你的，我吸我的。有的甚至覺得吸一支煙只少活幾秒鐘，抽一輩子煙也少活不了兩年，毫不在乎。更可怕的是，當(dāng)前我國的煙民隊(duì)伍在擴(kuò)大，煙民的人均年齡在降低，女煙民在增加，每天平均吸煙的支數(shù)在增多，因吸煙導(dǎo)致各種疾病進(jìn)而死亡的人數(shù)也在增加。大量事實(shí)說明，吸煙對人們健康的危害，已成為世界公害之一，但大家毫不重視，在迷茫之中不停地吸煙。

煙有巨大的危害，如果大家非要吸，那我只能告誡大家一句：“如果大家都吸煙，那么墳?zāi)咕褪悄愠榈臒燁^堆砌成的金字塔！”

煙民有句俗話：飯后一支煙，賽過活神仙。每當(dāng)看到有人抽煙我總是掩鼻屏住呼吸奪路而過，真想不通，煙味那么令人犯惡心，煙民卻很享受“吞云吐霧”，難道他們真的不知道“吸煙有害健康！”？

煙給我們帶來的所有危害，是不可估量的。不管是吸二手煙、還是直接吸煙，對我們的身體都有害。吸煙是導(dǎo)致肺癌的首要危險因素。除此以外，吸煙還會引起心腦血管疾病、呼吸和消化系統(tǒng)疾病、內(nèi)分泌疾病、口腔疾病、眼科疾病，等等。吸煙對青少年的危害性更大。青少年正處在生長發(fā)育時期，各生理系統(tǒng)和器官都尚未成熟，其對外界環(huán)境的有害因素的抵抗力較成人為弱，易于吸收毒物，損害身體的正常生長。如果青少年過早接觸煙草，很有可能會有一些危險疾病發(fā)生，甚至有各種生命危險。在我國吸煙人數(shù)超過3億，其中15歲以上男性吸煙率52.9%，而二手煙暴露人數(shù)更是多達(dá)7.4億。公共場所全面禁煙，建立無煙醫(yī)院、無煙學(xué)校、無煙場所迫在眉睫。

2013年5月31日是世界衛(wèi)生組織發(fā)起的第二十六個世界無煙日，今年世界無煙日的主題是“禁止煙草廣告、促銷和贊助”。因此要在全國范圍內(nèi)開展拒絕煙草廣告、促銷和贊助的倡議活動，減少煙草制品對公眾的影響，尤其是對青少年的誤導(dǎo)。

可是卻有商家企業(yè)“絞盡腦汁”“推陳出新”“想方設(shè)法”打出香煙廣告，甚至無所不用其極。

有媒體報道：某煙草企業(yè)在安徽捐贈希望小學(xué)，卻是變相把廣告商標(biāo)打在捐款儀式正中央；貴州湄潭中南海愛心學(xué)校奠基儀式，煙草企業(yè)把廣告商標(biāo)標(biāo)在儀式的正中；四川煙草希望小學(xué)的校訓(xùn)公然是：天才出于勤奮，煙草助你成才。還擺放在校道中；浙江希望小學(xué)，萬寶路贊助服裝全打上萬寶路的商標(biāo)等等。這些的煙草企業(yè)的公益事業(yè)是種善舉還是一種變相的教唆吸煙惡習(xí)？

為了讓世界變得更加健康，我們要全面禁止一切煙草廣告、促進(jìn)和贊助！從而還我們一片明凈無煙的世界。
