2012-2013生活部工作匯報

英語學院生活部是英語學院第九屆分團委學生會這個大家庭中不可分割的一份子。自從2012年10月15日成立以來始終秉承“實實在在學生會，全心全意為同學，一言一行樹榜樣，時時處處是學習”的宗旨。認真履行自身的職責，同時積極協助第九屆分團委學生會其它部完成工作，收到了很好的成效。現就本學期生活部的工作進行總結。一：.生活部概況： 1.成員總數：4人

二.思想建設方面

1.成員小型交流會

在第九屆分團委學生會建立伊始，生活部就及時以談心的方式召開了一次小型會議。首先，部長詳細地給每一個干事介紹了第九屆分團委學生會以及大家所身處的生活部，給他們講明了學生會的重要性以及我們這個涉及到學生生活方方面面的生活部的重要性，同時也傳達了學生會以及生活部的實質，要真真正正地做到實實在在學生會，全心全意為同學。同時，著重強調了英語學院分團委學生會雖然分為很多部，但是每一個部都是學生會不可或缺的一份子。雖然在名稱上有部門之分，但是在實際的工作中，我們應該摒棄部門之分的想法，要始終秉承英語學院學生會是一個大家庭，家庭成員之間應該相親相愛，真正凝結成一股繩的原則，在即將結束的這學期里生活部也很好地踐行了這個宗旨，積極協助其它部的工作。此外，部長還向各個干事強調了一點，生活部是英語學院分團委這個大家庭的一個小家庭，成員之間應該也要相互提出意見，任何成員工作上出現了問題都要及時提出，并改正。另外，部長還向各個干事仔細闡述了本部的工作細則，具體負責的工作，以及工作時應注意的問題。部長和各干事也在私下里積極和上一屆的生活部成員進行了溝通，更進一步了解工作。2.生活部成員---學生見面會

第九屆學生會成立不久，進行了一次學生會成員與同學的見面會。生活部各成員抓住了這個好機會及時地和學生之間建立了聯系。首先，我們簡單地做了自我介紹，介紹了我們的部門以及具體負責的工作，鼓勵大家，尤其是新生不管遇到什么問題，不管是否我們部門的工作，都可以尋求我們的幫助，我們也會盡己所能為大家排憂解難。我們留下了自己的聯系方式，方面學生與我們之間的聯系。3.生活部成員---各班班長，生活委建橋梁

生活部很多時候必須通過各班生活委和大家進行溝通。所以我們及時收集了大一至大四各班生活委的聯系方式，并給他們留下了我們的聯系方式。同時，考慮到每個人都會遇到手機停機等狀況，為了不耽誤工作，我們還收集了各班班長的聯系方式以備不時之需。

同時，生活部本部成員之間也有一個君子協定：在校期間不允許有手機停機狀況的出現。二.組織建設方面

1.責任明確

第九屆分團委學生會學生會生活部自成立以來，沒有給各個干事明確地劃分工作任務，我們部的原則是有事情大家共同承擔，共同解決。這樣可以增強部門內部凝聚力。而且生活部的每一項任務都具體指定負責人，責任到人，其他成員輔助負責人完成工作。2.部門成員之間聯系密切

生活部各成員之間一直保持密切的聯系，每一個成員所負責的任務完成之后都要其他成員交換意見，以便更一步做好工作。

3.做好本職工作的同時完成好學習

生活部一直強調學習是學生的本職，必須放在首位。一定要在不耽誤學習的基礎上出色地完成自己的工作。因此，如果本部有什么任務，空課的成員都積極主動地承擔起來，盡最大努力做到學習，工作兩不誤。三．活動組織 1.寢室設計大賽(1)宣傳階段

自從2011年10月中旬收到學校關于第八屆以“錦繡紡織，共筑溫馨”為主題的寢室設計大賽的通知后，英語學院分團委生活部就對本次設計大賽的主題及相關流程等進行了大力的宣傳，并多次積極走寢，動員同學積極參加本次比賽，為營造良好的寢室文化氛圍，增強寢室凝聚力，調動同學積極性，發揮各個寢室的特長和“團結友愛，互幫互助”的精神，給同學們提供更多發揮自己創造性的空間，充分展示大學生風采，并且希望在寢室長的帶領下，用睿智的頭腦，靈巧的雙手，點綴生活空間，詮釋學生理想的生活和飛揚的夢想。(2)準備及報名階段

本次寢室設計大賽主要對象是剛大一新生，也是主要的宣傳對向，大二及以上的年級也可自愿參加，到10月中旬末生活部已將參加寢室設計大賽的各個寢室登記在冊。各個參加的寢室也在此期間進行了積極地準備，院內給出的截止籌備時間是10月26日。(3)院內評比階段

2011年10月26日，在英語學院分團委學生會全體成員的共同努力下，我們根據寢室設計大賽的標準對寢室設計大賽的成果進行了兩次審核，并給予打分和攝像，最終評選出院內的六個優秀寢室。

院內選出的優秀寢室即為參加學校評比的寢室，并且優秀寢室于10月28日送交學校參加評比。經過一段時間的悉心等待最終校級的評比結果公布，我院在校級的比賽中獲得了驕人的成績，我院有兩個寢室獲得一等獎的好成績，他們是英語123班S16-314-2和英語122班S16-132，二等獎有三個寢室，他們是翻譯121班的S16-114-1，英語122班的S13-508和英語121班S16-214-2，兩個優秀獎獎，他們是英語122班的S16-207，英語123班的S16-229。

獲得獎項縱然使人高興，但我們更看重的是在寢室審計過程中，寢室成員之間友誼的創建，合作能力的提升。2.后勤體驗篇

本學期有一項重要的活動——大連大學第五屆后勤體驗周活動。在12級新生于躍、杜夢涵、張倩、徐宏玉、毛瑞園五名同學的參與下進行了為期半個月的體驗活動。11月13日，由干事帶領五名體驗學員在行政樓605開了關于后勤體驗周的會議，會上講了后勤體驗周的目的內容及注意事項。同時也標志著大連大學第五屆后勤體驗周活動正式啟動。11月14日早上6：45，干事帶領五名體驗學員參加了新文的衛生清掃工作，主要是幫助負責打掃衛生的阿姨清掃了樓道樓梯，包括窗臺樓梯扶手暖氣等。晚上7：45，所有成員一起參加了新文教室的清掃工作，將新文的六個大階梯教室逐一清掃拖干凈。同學們的反應——累！但是他們也真切的體驗到了后勤工作人員的艱辛。自11月15日到11月22日，正式開始了后勤體驗周的主要內容——調查教室的利用率。每晚7：45，所有參與的同學都頂著風準時到文階逐個調查教室的自習人數，自習情況及衛生情況，并且作了詳細的記錄。教室衛生差

早自習是樓門開的晚，導致大批學生樓前等待 教室內無人卻燈火通明，教室節能差

中間在11月16日中午生活部干事代表英語學院在行政樓605參加了討論會，對后勤體驗周活動進行了進一步的商討。11月24日所有的成員針對大一及大二部分學生做了一份關于大連大學教室使用情況的調查問卷，并對調查問卷進行了統計及數據分析。11月25日，五名 體驗學員統一上交了自己的體驗報告。

之后的收尾工作由負責人來完成。11月19日各院負責人在CC空間討論了此次活動的收尾工作。根據此次會上的討論，王超林同學利用26、27日兩天時間整合了五名體驗學員的報告，并根據工作記錄分析數據，做了一份教室利用率的調查報告，并根據調查問卷的數據分析及體驗記錄做了一份關于大連大學教師存在的問題及建議的總結報告。并在28日上交。11月30日7：30到9：30在物理學院各院負責人集合將各院上交的研究報告包括教室設備問題、衛生問題、利用率問題等統一進行了整合和修改，形成了一份完整的體驗總結報告。至此后勤體驗周活動除了學校的總結大會基本上就圓滿結束了。

3.男生寢室門簾制作篇

因為男生寢室的需要，所以經過生活部主動與學院研究決定為男寢門外的玻璃上統一做小門簾，既可以滿足男同學的需求，同時也展現我們學院的精神面貌，生活部就與11月中旬著手為他們統一制做了門簾。

在做之前我們部內部進行了一系列的準備工作，我們于2012-11-5號晚上分別去光伸，清源以及北區進行了選材，價格對比等，最終確定在北區制作小門簾，并在其上寫上“惟吾德馨，英語學院”，并于11月12日完成后及時發給男生各個寢室，事后在檢查寢室的過程中看了一下整體效果很好。同學對此也非常滿意。門簾制作以及圖釘共計309元人民幣。后續工作方面我們還需要向男同學強調應保持小門簾的清潔，及時清洗，爭取能讓此工作效果保持較長的時間，并展現我們英語學院的精神風貌。

4.大一自習室衛生檢查及學院大清掃報告

十月份，生活部著重督查了大一兩個自習室的衛生情況，前期520自習室的衛生情況較差，提出以后進行限期整改，效果不錯且一直在保持。

11月15日，進行了一次學院大清掃，由生活部部長汪中燕，干事張影、張阿麗輔助，干事王超林負責。此次學院大清掃定于中午十二點十分，但同學們普遍都是拖拖拉拉的，唯獨 123班同學準時到學院，干勁十足不挑剔不抱怨，效果非常好。可能是剛上大一，第一次參加學院大清掃，同學總體表現比較亂。生活委缺乏經驗，之前沒有明確參加大清掃的人名單，時間已經到了但學生沒來，生活委也無從查起。再一個問題，任務沒有落實到人，造成現場混亂，有些同學忙得不可開交，有些同學則在談笑風生，沒有真正組織起來。所以此次學院大清掃所用時間較長。之后各班生活委也在班里總結了此次大清掃的弊端，相信也增長了不少的經驗。5.寢室衛生大檢查篇

寢室是大家生活，學習的地方，有一個干凈衛生的環境會讓人感受到舒適與放松。寢室就像是一個室友共同的家，整潔的家會讓里面的人覺得溫暖。而且，搞好寢室衛生也能預防一些疾病的發生，臟亂差的環境很容易滋生細菌，影響人的身體健康。所以良好的寢室衛生與人與己都是有利無害的。在2012年十月25日和2012年十一月1日（周四中午的12點四十），我們分別進行了兩次寢室衛生大檢查，第一次主要是針對大一的新生寢室，第二次主要是針對大二和大三的寢室。在這兩次檢查中，有很多亮點，但也有很多的不足之處。對于第一次檢查，女生寢室都表現得很好，地面都非常干凈，自己的物品也都整理的非常整齊，各個死角也都打掃的非常干凈,有個別寢室還把自己寢室的玻璃擦得十分干凈,所有女同學都對這次檢查很重視，所以都很認真的打掃。其中有個別寢室非常值得表揚，以前學校都給打掃的非常不好的寢室貼白條，但是我們竟然發現學校給大一的某個寢室貼了一張“非常優秀”的白條，這在我們學院甚至是在整個學校都是很難見到的，所以要提出深切的表揚。再說一下大一的男同學寢室，相比較與女生寢室而言，男生寢室就顯得非常差。這也與男生的寢室環境有關，男生的寢室非常狹窄，而且每個寢室最多住五到六個人，所以寢室的物品就顯得很多，如果稍稍擺放的不整齊，就會顯得特別的亂，但是同學們做的還都很好，從他們整理后的寢室可以看出他們都很用心的打掃了，只是其中有某個寢室，其空氣不是特別的好，我想這肯定與某個人的衛生習慣有關，所以希望那些同學可以搞好自己的個人衛生。

第二次檢查的是大二和大三同學的寢室，相比于大一同學的寢室，大二和大三的寢室就顯得不那么整潔，這與大二和大三的同學物品非常多也有著密不可分的關系，但從整體上來說，寢室的衛生還是弄得很不錯的，女生寢室與男生寢室相比，還是略勝一籌，考慮到男生的寢室條件，也可以理解他們的狀況，只是希望所有的寢室都能認真的對待每次的衛生檢查，保持好寢室的衛生環境，給自己也給自己的室友一個舒適、溫馨的生活環境。

最后，還有很重要的一點，就是所有的寢室都嚴格遵守學校的規章制度，都沒有發現有使用違規電器的寢室，這點是很值得表揚的一點，這不僅僅是遵守著學校的要求，這同時也是對自己的安全負責的表現。希望在以后的日子里，所有的寢室都能保持好自己的寢室衛生，同時也遵守學校的規章制度，對他人負責，同時也是對自己負責。四．總結
