口語測試都是老套路,不管是用人單位還是獵頭,問你的都是常規(guī)問題,比如自我介紹,比如個性,比如職業(yè)規(guī)劃,比如你的收獲和體會。很多人可能會對口語測試緊張,不知道說什么,其實就象中文面試一樣,你只要事先做個準備就好了。

比如自我介紹,這個是基本都會問的,但是也不要隨便回答。自己事先寫好,背熟,面試時候自然一點流利地講出來,至少可以留下一半的好印象。

對于平時不用英語的人來說,如果有機會去外企面試,至少前一天要把自己的英文簡歷閱讀幾遍,找找感覺,象自我介紹這樣的準備材料,也要熟讀。不然真正面試的時候,一張嘴結(jié)結(jié)巴巴,單詞發(fā)音也不準,句子也不連貫,那就功虧一簣了。
