岳西縣新華書店綜合樓工程由岳西縣新華書店投資建設(shè)，座落于岳西縣南園開發(fā)區(qū)，西北面臨天堂大道，南園中心大道，東靠陽(yáng)光花園小區(qū)，南接天際大廈。本工程八層框架，建筑面積4063m，土建造價(jià)220.6萬(wàn)元。由岳西縣規(guī)劃建筑設(shè)計(jì)院設(shè)計(jì)，岳西縣緣生建設(shè)有限責(zé)任公司承建，我司負(fù)責(zé)施工階段全過(guò)程及保修期間的監(jiān)理。

二、本期工程形象進(jìn)度

自四月十日開工起，完成樁基工程、土方開挖工程，并通過(guò)驗(yàn)收。澆筑部分墊層及承臺(tái)。

三、工程進(jìn)度

因樁基施工后養(yǎng)護(hù)至檢測(cè)時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)，故土方開挖工程相對(duì)延長(zhǎng)，與計(jì)劃7月30日驗(yàn)收地基與基礎(chǔ)工程的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃滯后，只有在以后的施工中采取措施趕上工期。

五、工程款支付

7月5日支付樁基工程款10萬(wàn)元。

鷂落坪保護(hù)區(qū)小學(xué)教學(xué)樓工程，座落于鷂落坪保護(hù)區(qū)境內(nèi)。總造價(jià)約25萬(wàn)元。本工程由岳西縣現(xiàn)代建筑設(shè)計(jì)院有限公司設(shè)計(jì)，岳西縣鑫林建筑安裝工程公司承建，我司負(fù)責(zé)該工程施工階段全過(guò)程及保修期間的監(jiān)理。

二、本期工程形象進(jìn)度

自開工之日起，陸續(xù)完成基礎(chǔ)土方工程、毛石基礎(chǔ)工程、主體結(jié)構(gòu)工程，并順利通過(guò)驗(yàn)收。

三、工程進(jìn)度

由于“9，2”洪災(zāi)影響，道路毀壞，材料有很長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)間無(wú)法進(jìn)場(chǎng)。道路恢復(fù)后，通過(guò)施工單位的抓緊施工，目前已完成主體結(jié)構(gòu)工程，已趕上計(jì)劃工期。

四、工程質(zhì)量

1、工程材料：本期鋼材送檢2次，合格證齊全，水泥送檢3次，合格證齊全，磚送檢1次，合格證齊全。本期所使用材料合格。

2、施工試驗(yàn)情況：本期混凝土試塊送檢3組，評(píng)定合格3組砂漿試塊送檢3組，評(píng)定合格3組，合格率為100%。

3、質(zhì)量驗(yàn)評(píng)情況：8月8日地基與基礎(chǔ)分部工程順利通過(guò)驗(yàn)收。10月24日主體結(jié)構(gòu)工程通過(guò)驗(yàn)收。

1、本期工程質(zhì)量合同管理、安全管理等工作正常開展。

四、工程質(zhì)量

12月14日市檢查組來(lái)工地檢查，給予高度評(píng)價(jià)，認(rèn)為近年來(lái)，岳西縣工程質(zhì)量躍上一個(gè)新的臺(tái)階，認(rèn)為本工程完全有希望創(chuàng)“振風(fēng)杯”工程。

五、工程計(jì)量與工程款支付情況 及時(shí)簽認(rèn)施工單位所報(bào)工程量，并簽證支付證書（11月15日工程款123900元，12月10日工程款123900元，累計(jì)支付工程款840951元）。

工程變更：11月10日，就屋面返水等根據(jù)實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行變更。

岳西縣明德東山小學(xué)教學(xué)樓工程由岳西縣天堂鎮(zhèn)人民政府建設(shè)，座落于岳西縣天堂鎮(zhèn)東山村居委會(huì)。三層框架結(jié)構(gòu)，建筑面積2055m，建筑總造價(jià)95.57萬(wàn)元。由安徽建筑工業(yè)學(xué)院建筑設(shè)計(jì)院設(shè)計(jì)，岳西縣建筑安裝工程有限公司承建，我司負(fù)責(zé)施工階段全過(guò)程及保修期間的監(jiān)理。

二、本期工程形象進(jìn)度

本期完成主體結(jié)構(gòu)分部工程，并通過(guò)驗(yàn)收。進(jìn)入建筑裝飾裝修分部工程施工階段。

三、工程進(jìn)度

因采取增加人力等措施，將工期相對(duì)趕上一部分，但仍滯后。

1、材料：本期鋼材送檢4次（復(fù)試報(bào)告編號(hào)為GJ0093、GJ0156、GJ0191、GJ0199），水泥5次（復(fù)試報(bào)告編號(hào)為Apr27-

6、Aug22-9），出廠合格證齊全，外觀檢查合格。本期所使用材料都合格。

2、施工試驗(yàn)情況：本期混凝土試塊送檢17組（試驗(yàn)報(bào)告編號(hào)為：HNT0287、HNT0288、HNT0298、HNT0324、HNT0329、HNT0371、HNT0372、HNT0373、HNT0419、HNT0420、HNT0421、HNT0490、HNT0500、HNT0522、HNT0523、HNT0524、HNT0607），評(píng)定合格17組，合格率為100%。砂漿試塊送檢3組（試驗(yàn)報(bào)告編號(hào)為：SJ0227、SJ0233、SJ0237），評(píng)定合格3組，合格率為100%。

3、質(zhì)量驗(yàn)評(píng)情況：主體結(jié)構(gòu)分部工程于10月14日由建設(shè)、勘2察、設(shè)計(jì)、施工、監(jiān)理、質(zhì)監(jiān)等單位順利通過(guò)驗(yàn)收。
