二、教學(xué)中，備課是一個(gè)必不可少，十分重要的'環(huán)節(jié)，備學(xué)生，又要備教法。

備課不充分或者備得不好，會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響課堂氣氛和進(jìn)取性，曾有一位前輩對(duì)我說(shuō)：“備課備不好，倒不如不上課，否則就是白費(fèi)心機(jī)。”我明白到備課的重要性，所以，每一天我都花費(fèi)很多的時(shí)間在備課之上，認(rèn)認(rèn)真真鉆研教材和教法，不滿意就不收工。雖然辛苦，但事實(shí)證明是值得的

三、英語(yǔ)是一門外語(yǔ)

對(duì)學(xué)生而言，既生疏又困難，在這樣一種大環(huán)境之下，要教好英語(yǔ)，就要讓學(xué)生喜愛英語(yǔ)，讓他們對(duì)英語(yǔ)產(chǎn)生興趣。否則學(xué)生對(duì)這門學(xué)科產(chǎn)生畏難情緒，不原學(xué)，也無(wú)法學(xué)下去。為此，我采取了一些方法，就是幫忙班上的同學(xué)改英文名，盡量多講一些關(guān)于英美國(guó)家的文化。

四、考試前進(jìn)行有系統(tǒng)的復(fù)習(xí)，考試后進(jìn)行學(xué)科評(píng)價(jià)。

從中段考試能夠看出兩個(gè)班的平均水平相當(dāng)，八班的差生面相對(duì)較大。所以在中段考后的時(shí)間里，我把力量主要集中在兩班的差生輔導(dǎo)上，異常是八班，以縮短差距。另外，還發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的綜合本事不夠強(qiáng)，所以以后的教學(xué)中要加強(qiáng)這方面的訓(xùn)練。讓學(xué)生簡(jiǎn)便學(xué)，容易掌握。而期考結(jié)果證明，適當(dāng)輔導(dǎo)差生對(duì)班的整體發(fā)展有很大幫忙。
