備課不充分或者備得不好，會嚴(yán)重影響課堂氣氛和進(jìn)取性，曾有一位前輩對我說：“備課備不好，倒不如不上課，否則就是白費(fèi)心機(jī)?！蔽颐靼椎絺湔n的重要性，所以，每一天我都花費(fèi)很多的時(shí)間在備課之上，認(rèn)認(rèn)真真鉆研教材和教法，不滿意就不收工。雖然辛苦，但事實(shí)證明是值得的

三、英語是一門外語

對學(xué)生而言，既生疏又困難，在這樣一種大環(huán)境之下，要教好英語，就要讓學(xué)生喜愛英語，讓他們對英語產(chǎn)生興趣。否則學(xué)生對這門學(xué)科產(chǎn)生畏難情緒，不原學(xué)，也無法學(xué)下去。為此，我采取了一些方法，就是幫忙班上的同學(xué)改英文名，盡量多講一些關(guān)于英美國家的文化。

四、考試前進(jìn)行有系統(tǒng)的復(fù)習(xí)，考試后進(jìn)行學(xué)科評價(jià)。

從中段考試能夠看出兩個(gè)班的平均水平相當(dāng)，八班的差生面相對較大。所以在中段考后的時(shí)間里，我把力量主要集中在兩班的差生輔導(dǎo)上，異常是八班，以縮短差距。另外，還發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的綜合本事不夠強(qiáng)，所以以后的教學(xué)中要加強(qiáng)這方面的訓(xùn)練。讓學(xué)生簡便學(xué)，容易掌握。而期考結(jié)果證明，適當(dāng)輔導(dǎo)差生對班的整體發(fā)展有很大幫忙。

五、教學(xué)原則

以聽為首，以聽助說，聽說整合，聽說領(lǐng)先，讀寫跟上，廢止“聾啞英語”。教師全情參與課堂，建立新型的師生關(guān)系，創(chuàng)造一種有利于學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的氛圍，高質(zhì)量的上好每一堂英語課，使知識、技能、興趣、音樂、情感、享受融為一體，讓學(xué)生在身心愉悅的狀態(tài)中掌握知識，在玩中體驗(yàn)，在體驗(yàn)中享受成功，在成功中激發(fā)潛能。

四年的大學(xué)生活是我人生的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)。四年的校園生涯和社會實(shí)踐生活我不斷的挑戰(zhàn)自我、充實(shí)自己，為實(shí)現(xiàn)人生的價(jià)值打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。一直都認(rèn)為人應(yīng)該是活到老學(xué)到老的我對知識、對本專業(yè)一絲不茍，因而在成績上一直都得到肯定，每學(xué)年都獲得三等獎學(xué)金。在不滿足于學(xué)好理論課的同時(shí)也注重于對各種應(yīng)用軟件和硬件的研究。

在大學(xué)期間，我始終以提高自身的綜合素質(zhì)為目標(biāo)，以自我的全面發(fā)展為努力方向，樹立正確的人生觀、價(jià)值觀和世界觀。為適應(yīng)社會發(fā)展的需求，我認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)各種專業(yè)知識，發(fā)揮自己的特長；挖掘自身的潛力，結(jié)合每年的暑期社會實(shí)踐機(jī)會，從而逐步提高了自己的學(xué)習(xí)能力和分析處理問題的能力以及一定的協(xié)調(diào)組織和管理能力。

思想上，令我最自豪的事情是經(jīng)過不斷的努力學(xué)習(xí)和提高自己，成為一名光榮的黨員。感覺就象在自己的生命上添上了神圣的一筆，轉(zhuǎn)化成為一種無形的力量在鼓勵我，在督促我，在時(shí)時(shí)刻刻的檢查我，讓我在思想行為方面能夠作風(fēng)優(yōu)良、待人誠懇，能較好處理人際關(guān)際，處事冷靜穩(wěn)健，能合理地統(tǒng)籌安排生活中的事務(wù)。為社會為學(xué)校為同學(xué)為身邊的人做事不再是覺得是一種累贅，而是很樂意的去做并且能夠得到滿足和快樂，不會去想做好自己的事情，別人的事情少管。并且一直在追求人格的升華，注重自己的品行。我崇拜有巨大人格魅力的人，并一直希望自己也能做到。在大學(xué)生活中，我堅(jiān)持著自我反省且努力的完善自己的人格?，F(xiàn)在我理解道理，樂于助人不僅能鑄造高尚的品德，而且自身也會得到很多利益，幫助別人的同時(shí)也是在幫助自己。回顧這幾年，我很高興能在同學(xué)有困難的時(shí)候曾經(jīng)幫助過他們，同樣的，在我有困難時(shí)我的同學(xué)們也無私的伸出了援助之手。對于老師，我一向是十分敬重的，因?yàn)樗麄冊谖裔葆宓臅r(shí)候指導(dǎo)幫助我。如果沒有老師的幫助，我可能將不知道何去何從。我現(xiàn)在領(lǐng)悟到，與其說品德是個(gè)人的人品操行，不如說是個(gè)人對整個(gè)社會的責(zé)任。一個(gè)人活在這個(gè)世界上，就得對社會負(fù)起一定的責(zé)任義務(wù)，有了高尚的品德，就能正確認(rèn)識自己所負(fù)的`責(zé)任，在貢獻(xiàn)中實(shí)現(xiàn)自身的價(jià)值。

學(xué)習(xí)上，我沒有讓自己失望，成績一直名列前茅。每年都獲得獎學(xué)金，特別英語考試每次都是班級第一，因此也是第一個(gè)并且以97。5分的成績通過了高等學(xué)校英語應(yīng)用能力考試a級考試，隨后也是第一個(gè)獲得了國家英語四級證書。由于所學(xué)的是計(jì)算機(jī)專業(yè)，因此非常注重實(shí)際操作能力，除了理論學(xué)習(xí)之外，我的實(shí)踐能力也得到非常大的提高。后來女生經(jīng)常找我處理電腦出現(xiàn)的各種各樣的問題，有的時(shí)候這些問題我也沒見過，然后就到網(wǎng)上搜相關(guān)資料，基本上每次都能夠解決，到后來也有不少男同學(xué)也請教我計(jì)算機(jī)方面的問題，這些都讓我學(xué)到了不少新的東西，因此我依然十分樂意幫助需要幫助的人，并且極大程度的提高了自己的自學(xué)能力。再有就是懂得了運(yùn)用學(xué)習(xí)方法同時(shí)注重獨(dú)立思考。要想學(xué)好只埋頭苦學(xué)是不行的，要學(xué)會“方法”，做事情的方法。古話說的好，授人以魚不如授人以漁，我來這里的目的就是要學(xué)會“漁”，但說起來容易做起來難，我換了好多種方法，做什么都勤于思考，遇有不懂的地方能勤于請教。在學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)，以“獨(dú)立思考”作為自己的座右銘，時(shí)刻不忘警戒。隨著學(xué)習(xí)的進(jìn)步，我不止是學(xué)到了公共基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科知識和很多專業(yè)知識，我的心智也有了一個(gè)質(zhì)的飛躍，能較快速的掌握一種新的技術(shù)知識，我認(rèn)為這對于將來很重要。在學(xué)習(xí)知識這段時(shí)間里，我更與老師建立了濃厚的師生情誼。老師們的諄諄教導(dǎo)，使我體會了學(xué)習(xí)的樂趣。我與身邊許多同學(xué)，也建立了良好的學(xué)習(xí)關(guān)系，互幫互助，克服難關(guān)。現(xiàn)在我已經(jīng)面臨畢業(yè)，正在做畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)，我成為設(shè)計(jì)小組的組長，更鍛煉了自我的動手和分析問題能力，受益匪淺。

生活上，我非常感謝學(xué)校能夠提供給我助學(xué)貸，緩解了我的經(jīng)濟(jì)壓力。我利用課余時(shí)間和假期時(shí)間在外面找兼職、做家教，也鍛煉了我的社會交往能力。好幾年都沒見到父母也讓我更加的堅(jiān)強(qiáng)，讓我學(xué)會了合理的自理生活。同學(xué)們都說我是一個(gè)很會理財(cái)?shù)娜恕?/p>

作為一名20xx年大學(xué)應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生，我所擁有的是年輕和知識。年輕也許意味著欠缺經(jīng)驗(yàn)，但是年輕也意味著熱情和活力，我自信能憑自己的能力和學(xué)識在畢業(yè)以后的工作和生活中克服各種困難，不斷實(shí)現(xiàn)自我的人生價(jià)值和追求的目標(biāo)。
