第二篇：面試自我介紹五大實戰密碼

在面試自我介紹中，面試官可以借機考察應聘者的語言表達能力、應變能力;應聘者也可以主動向面試官推薦自己，展示才華。

自我介紹的時間一般為3分鐘左右，有些外企僅為1分鐘。

在如此短的時間內，畢業生如何在這短短的3分鐘內更好的介紹自己呢?如何講出一個有個性自我介紹，給公司留下很好的第一映像?有什么問題值得注意?我們專門采訪了一些實例，希望能給大家提供一些就業指導。

小心“面試第一問”暗藏玄機

案例一 如何把握時間?

研究生畢業的小劉很健談，口才甚佳，對自我介紹，他自認為不在話下，所以他從來不準備，看什么人說什么話。他的求職目標是地產策劃，有一次，應聘本地一家大型房地產公司，在自我介紹時，他大談起了房地產行業的走向，由于跑題太遠，面試官不得不把話題收回來。自我介紹也只能“半途而止”。

教路：一分鐘談一項內容

自我介紹的時間一般為3分鐘，在時間的分配上，第一分鐘可談談學歷等個人基本情況，第二分鐘可談談工作經歷，對于好范文而言可談相關的社會實踐，第三分鐘可談對本職位的理想和對于本行業的看法。如果自我介紹要求在1分鐘內完成，自我介紹就要有所側重，突出一點，不及其余。

在實踐中，有些應聘者不了解自我介紹的重要性，只是簡短地介紹一下自己的姓名、身份，其后補充一些有關自己的學歷、工作經歷等情況，大約半分鐘左右就結束了自我介紹，然后望著考官，等待下面的提問，這是相當不妥的，白白浪費了一次向面試官推薦自己的寶貴機會。而另一些應聘者則試圖將自己的全部經歷都壓縮在這幾分鐘內，這也是不明智的做法。合理地安排自我介紹的時間，突出重點是首先要考慮的問題。

案例二 千萬別太做作

小芳去應聘南方某媒體，面試在一個大的辦公室內進行，五人一小組，圍繞話題自由討論。面試官要求每位應聘者先作自我介紹，小芳是第二位，與前面應聘者一句一頓的介紹不同，她早做了準備，將大學四年里所干的事，寫了一段話，還作了一些修飾，注重韻腳，聽起來有些押韻。小芳的介紹極流利，但美中不足的是給人背誦的感覺。

教路：切勿采用“背誦”口吻

人力資源專家指出，自我介紹可以事前準備，也可以事前找些朋友做練習，但自我介紹應避免書面語言的嚴整與拘束，而應使用靈活的口頭語進行組織。切忌以背誦朗讀的口吻介紹自己，如果那樣的話，對面試官來說，將是無法忍受的。自我介紹還要注意聲線，盡量讓聲調聽來流暢自然，充滿自信。

案例三 何談成績?

小王去應聘某電視節目制作機構的文案寫作，面試時，對方首先讓他談談相關的實踐經歷。小王所學的專業雖說是新聞傳播類，但偏向于紙質媒體，對電視節目制作這一塊實踐不多。怎么辦?小王只好將自己平時參加的一些校園活動說了一大通，聽起來挺豐富，但幾乎與電視沾不上邊。

教路：只說與職位相關的優點

自我介紹時要投其所好擺成績，這些成績必須與現在應聘公司的業務性質有關。在面試中，你不僅要告訴考官你是多么優秀的人，更要告訴考官，你如何地適合這個工作崗位。那些與面試無關的內容，即使是你引以為榮的優點和長處，你也要忍痛舍棄。

在介紹成績時，說的次序也極為重要，應該把你最想讓面試官知道的事情放在前面，這樣的事情往往是你的得意之作，也可以讓面試官留下深刻的印象。

案例四 當用點“小聰明”

阿楓參加了去年某大型國企的校園招聘會，那天是在一個大體育場里進行，隊伍排到了出口處，每一位應聘者與面試官只有幾分鐘的交談時間，如何在這么短的時間里，取得面試官的好感，進入下一輪呢?阿楓放棄了常規的介紹，而是著重給面試官介紹自己完成的一個項目，他還引用了導師的評價作為佐證。由于運用了一點小技巧，阿楓順利闖過這種“海選”般的面試。

教路：以說真話為前提

自我介紹時，要突出個人的優點和特長，你可以使用一些小技巧，比如可以介紹自己做過什么項目來驗證具有某種能力，也可以適當引用別人的言論，如老師、朋友等的評論來支持自己的描述。但無論使用哪種小技巧，都要堅持以事實說話，少用虛詞、感嘆詞之類。自吹自擂一般是很難逃過面試官的眼睛的。至于談弱點時則要表現得坦然、樂觀、自信。

案例五 如何擺脫怯場?

阿宏畢業于中部城市的某大學，帶著憧憬南下廣東。由于自己是一位專科生，在研究生成堆的人才市場里，阿宏的自信心有點不足，面對面試官常常表現出怯場的情緒，有時很緊張，談吐不自然。他也明白這種情況不利于面試，但卻找不到方法來調控自己。

教路：談吐運用“3p原則”

人力資源專家指出，自我介紹時的談吐，應該記住“3p原則”：自信(positive)，個性(personal)，中肯(pertinent)?；卮鹨林怀鰝€性，強調自己的專業與能力，語氣中肯，不要言過其實。

在自我介紹時要調適好自己的情緒，在介紹自己的基本情況時面無表情、語調生硬;在談及優點時眉飛色舞、興奮不已;而在談論缺點時無精打采、萎靡不振，這些都是不成熟的表現。對于表達，建議阿宏可以找自己的朋友練習一下，也可以先對著鏡子練習幾遍，再去面試。

今天第一次找工作面試，因為導師不讓實習，所以以打醬油的狀態來到面試地點，本來預約是2點，我們1點多就到了，隨即領了排隊的號碼排隊，沒過多久就輪到我參加一面(經驗一、提早去排隊)。

一面技術面，這方面華為還是很松的，輕松都能過關，基本上分為兩部分：語言，問的是c和c++的問題;項目。感覺自己語言方面還是比較扯淡，問到了c++的'static變量和非static的區別，然后給了一個程序題，找改錯。確實蒙了，很長時間找不到錯，比較郁悶，心想必掛了，給的程序是一個字符串倒敘的算法，主要錯誤有：字符串會有個'/o'所以在動態分配內存時，長度要+1，動態分配完后要判斷是否分配成功，程序結束后要free動態分配的空間(這個很容易忘了)，倒轉字符串后要加上'/0'.5處錯誤就找出2處，看來基礎還是不行，好的習慣沒養成。然后是問項目，這塊忽悠的還可以，所以被告知一面通過。

接下來是二面，群面。12人分兩組，先是自我介紹，說說優缺點，愛好。優缺點是主要的吧，面試官會即興提問，比如你說出一個缺點，他會說，舉個例子...然后是12人分兩組，6 vs 6辯論，我們的論題是愚公改移山還是搬家，然后討論，在討論的時候會有面試官在旁邊聽，一定要積極討論，再就是爭取第一個發言開題;第二個階段是辯論，這時候每個人只有一次發言機會，要注意聽別人和對方的觀點，做記錄，面試官可能會問你別人說了什么。第三個階段是面試官為難你了，他為難我讓我說出我方最有力的論點，以及給我方人馬按表現排序，這個比較郁悶。不過大膽的排序就是了,他還會問你的隊友對這個排序滿意否，以及會問被你排在后面的人有什么意見，之類，總之是各種為難人。

三面是性格測試，這個沒得準備，一些題換著說法循環出現，讓你在3個問題里選一個最符合和最不符合。不少人過不了測試，華為這個比較扯。

工商管理是一個著名的專業。很多學生在畢業初期看到這個專業的名字，以為畢業后可以管理一個企業或從事一些公司管理的工作。然而，現實是非常艱難的。無數本專業的學生畢業后找不到相應的崗位，因為沒有一家企業會把公司交給一個即將畢業的學生管理。即使找工作，也是一種端茶倒水的“雜工”。這種工作的薪水很低。

3、食品科學與工程專業

從20xx年起，中國食品工業增速從20xx年的26%放緩至14%，隨后連續三年回落。然而，在大學里學了這樣一個專業之后很難找到工作。此外，食品類本科專業到食品企業就業時，只能從事質量管理或市場營銷工作。這一時期，就業形勢不穩定，工資水平不高。

This is really a great honor to have this opportunity, and I believe I can make good performance today. Now I will introduce myself briefly. I am 20 years old，born in Guangdong province, south of China, and I am a senior student at Guangdong **University. My major is English. And I will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in June. In the past four years, I spent most of my time on study.

I passed CET4 and CET6 with a ease and acquired basic theoretical and practical knowledge of Language. Besides, I have attended several Speech competition held in Beijing, which really showed our professional advantages.
